I'm not sure what to make of this place. I got a scoop of Rocky Road and a scoop of Bourbon Pecan. They were good, and I'm pretty sure it's the same ice cream I buy at Sam's Club. It tasted just like it anyway. So, paying $6.50 for two little scoops doesn't feel worth it if it's not homemade ice cream. Also, the bourbon pecan had a grainy/icy texture like it had defrosted a little and refrozen. The labels identifying the ice cream flavors on the case were scrawled in sloppy handwriting on mismatched scraps of paper and taped to the freezer. Some flavors were misspelled. That all gave me the impression that the owner or staff doesn't care about presentation. It would look less amateur if it had been printed out or made with a label maker. I was the sole customer. There was only one person working and he was nice. I thought the shop was going for a cute Japanese theme with the boba tea and cotton candy machine, but it offers unicorn tumblers for purchase that have Portuguese sentences written on them. This is a puzzling product to sell here both because nothing else about the store is Portuguese and because this town doesn't have many Portuguese speakers living here. I'm not sure if waffles are still available. I didn't see them on the menu. Also, the one wall is decorated with large photos of fruit, but I didn't see any actual fruit offered for sale. I would have liked a banana split but didn't see that on the menu either. Next time I want ice cream I'll just go to the convenience store in this same strip mall and for less money buy a pint of Ben & Jerry's and a banana.

The gentleman working was GREAT. He gave us recommendations and was super nice but the Coconut bubble milk tea is DELICIOUS 10/10

The gentleman working in the front was so nice, we couldn't find the place and he actually stepped outside to guide us. He gave us recommendations and most importantly the tea was FANTASTIC!

Basic boba but conveniently located in a shopping center I frequent daily because my gym and cleaners in the same shopping center . I was hoping it would be really good due to location. But nothing extraordinary about the bubble tea. It is a good size and like the sealed covers so you can mix it upside down. Taro best so far. Had the brown sugar bubble tea but not Better then taro. They use the powders and boba not anything special. They also have ice cream which yet to try and an interesting cotton candy machine in back. Nice feature is the self order kiosks that you have to use for the specials and collecting points per visit. Ambiance is very big spacious but not been there to where the space was a standing line only since it's usually pretty empty every time I stop by whether weekend or weeknight.

New bubble tea spot that opened up in May 2023 inside the Cedar Grove strip mall. The menu boasts a wealth of flavors and options for teas and ice cream combos. Like any other place your teas can be customized according to ice and sugar levels. What it's interesting to me is there "party pack" which offers discounted drinks for a minimum of $50. They also have charming collectible unicorn and bear water bottles. Service was quick and drinks were exactly as we specified. Worth a stop.

Heard there was boba, ended up getting ice cream. It's SOOO good. This has to be one of my favorite ice cream spots now. Cute set up, very spacey. The woman that was helping us is a champ, even with a bunch of soccer kids coming in she managed to get us our treats fast. Good selection of choices, lots of different ways to customize, and I love the ordering screen :)

The bathroom was so dirty, no hand soap and hasn't been washed in years. Not sure how employees wash their hands.

Best ice cream in the area. The Bourbon Pecan is to die for and I don't even like bourbon

Once inside it was much larger than I thought it would be. Lots of space but at the time of my visit pretty limited seating. What we ordered: - Classic Milk Tea with boba - Taro Milk Tea with boba - Passion Fruit Tea with rainbow jelly All the drinks were fine, not my usual taste but I truly appreciate that they exist as there are not many boba shops in this particular area without going into Somerville or Bridgewater. The service was ok. They also offer some food but as I just dined elsewhere I did not try it. They also have ice cream, which I also didn't try but it was a nice addition and they can make ice cream float drinks. I think I would be back because it does have potential.

It's owned by a pretty cool family. I was there for their semi grand opening celebration All hands on deck. It was cute to see the little kids running the register while all the adults were making the drinks and food. They have some pretty tasty french fries, little fried Asian treats . They have a floatea which is a combination of ice cream and bubble tea. This is a meal all by itself, but pretty tasty if you've never had one . So if you are in the Martinsville, Warren or surrounding areas stop in and show some love.

The tables and the floors were clean with no garbage or debris in sight. There was no music playing in this tea shop and it is quiet. Staff: The staff here seemed friendly and are patient when taking your order. Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken: This lacks a bit of flavor as they could do a little better with this. It is not crunchy on the outside and the inside is cooked to perfection and is chewy. However, you can still taste the oil that they fried the popcorn chicken in. Colorful Fruit Green Tea: It has some green tea taste, but you can barely taste it. Peach Green Tea w/ Crystal Pearls: It has a hint of green tea as well and you can taste the peach flavor. The crystal pearls taste hard and is meh. Maybe I should have ordered the regular tapioca instead. Overall: This bubble tea shop is like any other tea shops in the area. The only bad thing about this tea shop is that they do not serve hot drinks during Spring, Summer, Fall. I have never heard of any tea shops that only serve hot drinks during Winter only. Most of the other bubble tea shops in the area sell hot drinks all year long.

The taste of the drink was pretty solid, and the syrup made it a little more fun than chocolate milk teas from other places. I was disappointed with the pearls though; they were lacking in flavor and didn't quite have the texture of well-made tapioca. Other plus points include the ambiance and service. BOBALICIOUS is in the same building as a Nathan's, and I think the overall decor and cleanliness are quite good. The guy running the spot was very friendly and eager to make sure I was satisfied with my order. BOBALICIOUS is off to a good start, and I hope they can continue to improve over time. Side note: they have a promotion where you can get a free topping for writing a Google review. It could be perceived as trading a 5-star review for a discount, which could explain the abundance of 5-star reviews on Google. I didn't specifically incorporate this in my review but I want to mention it so you can make your own judgment.
