    Pork buns - perfect
    Ameil S.

Popped in today for a quick lunch and while they were not busy, the service was excellent. The food came timely and was deliciously prepared and the ambience was really relaxing inviting and quiet. I highly recommend this place. You're probably in the neighborhood picking up a few things anyway it's a perfect spot to grab some soup especially on a day like today..

Small little place located in a strip mall not too far off Easton Ave. The Ramen bowls are average size the Tonkatsu and the Osaka Ramen had a good depth of flavor . The miso Ramen was pretty Blah but usually is at most Ramen spots . Prices were comparable to most places . We ordered the gyoza which I wish were a little pan seared to have that crisp they came out more steamed . The pork Bao buns were decent they needed a touch of cucumber or pickled vegetables to break up the fat from the pork . My daughter ordered Bubble tea which was way too sweet . Service itself was a tad slow considering they weren't too busy . All in all we enjoyed our our meal.

I've been wanting to check this place out since it opened and finally got around to it last night. The place is very casual and no-frills but the food is good! It was pretty empty on a Wednesday night so it was pretty quiet in there, but I don't mind that after a hectic day. We started out with the edamame, veggie gyoza and chicken bao. In terms of ramen, I got the Osaka Ramen - pork bone broth with black garlic oil. It was so flavorful and I definitely recommend that one - the waitress said it was one of their more popular ones and rightfully so. The chashu is so tender and it was the perfect portion size. My hubby isn't really into pork so he went for the Shrimp Ramen which, unfortunately for him, was not nearly as good. The service was very fast and the prices are reasonable.

Came back here for bubble tea - I ordered the black milk tea. A gentleman made it this time and honestly it tasted like milk only. I swear it was white. It was so bad that I just gave it back and asked for my money back because I can buy milk across the street at the grocery store. If the lady is making your bubble tea it's worth it but if it's this gentleman then please go somewhere else !

This had so much potential to be good. The presentation of my ramen was nice. The atmosphere was cute. The lady that served me was young and attentive. It just needed love and care. I've tried soooo many different ramen places and have a set expectation and this didn't meet it. The eggs were almost frozen in the middle, the chicken was rubbery and had a freezer burnt taste. The broth lacked in flavor and was barely hot. Everything just seemed thrown on top. I ended up not even eating it and having them discard it and take it off my tab. They also had no milk for the 8 milk tea options they provided. I just wasn't too pleased. If i was new to ramen it would've been decent. But my standard were not met compared to the ramen i've had in the past. Best luck to them!

First time at this family owned business. Welcomed by the owner who told us that the broth takes 8 hours to create. We had the pork buns which were delicious, the shumai which were delicate, and the Osaka ramen which was flavorful with the pork being sliced thin and caramelized and hit the spot on a cold rainy day. They have bubble teas too! Clean, bright, and airy, a nice place for a sit down meal. Order online or at counter for take out or have a seat for table service. The owners were lovely and we chatted for a while. Definitely will be back!

Ramen was excellent as was the pork gyoza. It was nice and warm and clean in the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Good quality and service. I took my children to try this place. It is in the plaza next to ShopRite. The indoor space is very comfortable with soft music. I am often picky about the restaurant bathroom, and this one is nice and clean. Regarding the ramen, the owner introduces that all soup base are made in house. As a ramen lover, we like both the soup and noodle. I have the vegetable ramen since I like lighter taste. My older one likes the beef ramen. For my younger one, the owner is very patient to suggest her food. Highly recommend!

I have been wanting to try this place since they recently opened so I went for lunch yesterday. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and it was delicious. The portion was large but not too huge and the service was great as well. The menu has plenty of different offerings and the group next me ordered teriyaki meals and they looked really good. It was fast too so it's perfect for a lunch break. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying some other things on the menu. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

This is easily one of the best ramen spots I've ever tried. They offer a great variety of broths, ranging from clear to creamy and spicy. My personal favorite is the Spicy Miso Ramen; it's the perfect balance of richness and heat, accompanied by incredibly tender pieces of slow-braised pork belly. I also love that you can fully customize your bowl with different toppings to make it exactly to your taste. You also cannot skip their appetizers. This time we ordered the Rock Shrimp Tempura, which was fried to perfection without overcooking the shrimp, and the sauces were the perfect addition. You also need to try their Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, the Bao Buns, and my absolute favorite: the Ika Geso Karaage, which comes with the most delicious mayo dipping sauce. The cozy ambiance perfectly complements the food, and the service is always attentive. It's a BYOB spot, which is a nice touch, and they'll provide glasses upon request. Since they don't take reservations, make sure to add yourself to the Yelp waitlist so you don't have to wait too long to try this amazing food!

Still unbeatable. The spice and depth of the miso? Well balanced. And yes, we definitely got the takoyaki again (some habits shouldn't be broken). One major plus: street parking is way easier here compared to the Bayard St location. No circling the block endlessly or needing to pay metered parking -- we found free parking right out front, which made the whole experience feel way more relaxed. Any downsides? The Easton spot is smaller, with fewer tables and a tighter layout. It feels more like a ramen bar than a sit-down social restaurant, which is fine for a quick meal or a casual date night, but maybe not ideal for bigger groups or a cozier intimate feel. Like many people today, I'm mindful of what I spend dining out, so I expect good value for the price. Since I live in South Jersey, I brought the food home to eat later. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The ramen included four slices of chashu (pork belly), but three of those slices were entirely fat with no meat. I understand that pork belly naturally contains fat--that's part of what makes it flavorful--but receiving pieces that were essentially all fat made the dish unpleasant and felt like poor quality control. I called the restaurant to share my concern, but the response was underwhelming. I was simply told the manager would be informed. When I asked if there was anything further that could be done, I received no real resolution--just a basic explanation of what pork belly is. As someone who understands the product, that explanation missed the point. The issue wasn't what chashu is--it was the quality of what was served. Everything else about the meal was fine, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. However, customer service matters just as much as the food. A simple effort to address the issue or offer a solution would have made a big difference. As a former business owner, I've always believed customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and for that reason, I won't be returning.

Upon entertaining on a weekend evening, there were a few tables with patrons but not too busy. The restaurant did seem a bit understaffed with only one person taking orders / bringing food out, making it difficult to flag down this one person to successfully take our order and ask for anything additional throughout the night. Gyudon: for the price, we were really surprised at how small of a portion this was. It was not only in a small bowl, but the meat was layered on top perfectly deceiving you to think that there was more than there actually was. The majority of this dish was rice, and with limited sauce at that. As displayed on the menu images it was to be served with a runny egg, but unfortunately we got a fully cooked one (disappointing, as we were looking for something to mix with the rice!) Sushi: We got a 3 rolls and they were just alright. They were pretty small in size, with less rice than I'm used to (which is something I do like - I would rather more fish than rice!) With us getting spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy scallop - they all kind of tasted the same, so I wish the fish wasn't as heavily masked with spicy mayo. Ramen: I got the black garlic ramen, and it wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. I've purchased fresh ramen packages in the supermarket before and it tasted just like that, so it made me disappointed knowing I could achieve the same at home. The soup itself was extremely rich and fatty, and the charsiu had no flavor whatsoever leaving much to be desired. The main reason I'm rating this so low is upon having my last bites of sushi, I could tell something was off. I don't recall which specifically I had but I made a statement that it was extremely fishy and off putting. Fast forward later that night, I was hunched over the toilet vomiting with stomach pain - and I can deduct that the sushi was the culprit. I might consider trying Ottoyee again due to the great deals they have listed on food delivery apps, but the sushi quality (quite literally) put a bad taste in my mouth.
