It was pretty empty when i came because it was so early in the day, but as a result i got a button with my order-- you can collect all 7 by ordering early at certain times on each day of the week to join their vip program which gives you discounts and benefits. I ordered a peppermint jasmine tea and it was very delicious, refreshing, and minty! I also really liked that the cup is reusable and the price felt very affordable compared to most bbt shops! Their drinks are still very good and I appreciate that they have red bean as a topping. The people who work there don't smile or greet you. I don't let it bother me because the main woman is like that with everyone lol. They are usually busy making orders and they always make them right so I honestly I can overlook that. Most of the time they don't take your order regardless if you're the only person in there or if there's a long line. They have a kiosk to take the order and they would help you at the register if you get their attention and want to pay with cash. Nothing has really changed as in decor but they did add some claw machines. I order from here a lot, probably the place I order from most consistently. I only go pick up if I have someone with me to stay in the car because the parking is terrible downtown. I often order on GrubHub or UberEats and it always comes just fine.

They refuse to have any interpersonal interaction with customers. They inform the customers to use the kiosk machine instead. Cleanliness: The store is clean with no garbage or debris left on tables, chairs, floors, or near the garbage can area. Pricing: The drinks and snacks here are decent prices from $5.00 and up. Ube Coconut Vietnamese Coffee: This drink was a little different and it just did not taste great. My friend stated that he was glad he added sugar, but he felt like this drink could have been better as it was not to his liking. Mango Matcha: I have mixed feelings about this drink as it tasted a little weird. One sip it tastes a little sweet and another sip it tastes a little bitter. I think I should have stuck with some mango drink instead. Chocolate Egg Pancake: Last time we got this item it did not have any chocolate filling inside of it. It was just a regular egg pancake but chocolate looking. They perfected this with the chocolate filling inside and it definitely tastes better now. The little "store" which is more like a kiosk is located inside a Kbg restaurant off the main street near Rutgers. Our order was of an oolong milk tea and a mango yakult bubble tea with tapioca balls. The oolong milk tea tasted very bland, it didn't have the normal tea flavor that generally concentrated in bubble tea and my mango tea was flat out disgusting. It was shaken with such a small amount of ice that my drink was almost lukewarm and the actual drink was a weird herbal medicinal flavor and didn't taste like mango whatsoever. Will not be coming here again.. bubble tea for dessert ended in a big disappointment.
