This place is tucked away so for me it was a little confusing to find but it is convenient that they are at the back of a strip of stores and has parking. Once inside it was much larger than I thought it would be. Lots of space but at the time of my visit pretty limited seating. What we ordered: - Classic Milk Tea with boba - Taro Milk Tea with boba - Passion Fruit Tea with rainbow jelly All the drinks were fine, not my usual taste but I truly appreciate that they exist as there are not many boba shops in this particular area without going into Somerville or Bridgewater. The service was ok. They also offer some food but as I just dined elsewhere I did not try it. They also have ice cream, which I also didn't try but it was a nice addition and they can make ice cream float drinks. I think I would be back because it does have potential. read more

This place is a nice addition to the area not too many bubble tea spots around here. It's a little hidden so it's not easy to see off of any of the main roads. It's owned by a pretty cool family. I was there for their semi grand opening celebration All hands on deck. It was cute to see the little kids running the register while all the adults were making the drinks and food. They have some pretty tasty french fries, little fried Asian treats . They have a floatea which is a combination of ice cream and bubble tea. This is a meal all by itself, but pretty tasty if you've never had one . So if you are in the Martinsville, Warren or surrounding areas stop in and show some love. read more

After Grumpy Bobas in downtown Somerville closed, my husband and I ventured to find our next go-to boba spot. We discovered Twisted Boba on Yelp and had to give it a try! Twisted Boba is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, the strip mall right before Gabriel's Fountain in Martinsville if you're coming from Chimney Rock Road with both being on your left side. The inside is very spacious with some tables for dining in and a cute Instagram-worthy wall. The owner was also very friendly and said that he was open to feedback if there are any improvements he can make. I love that! I REALLY enjoyed my taro bubble tea! It was so milky with great authentic flavor and bouncy tapioca! Grumpy also didn't have a taro flavor so it's great having a new local spot to get my taro fix :) I also love that they have a rewards system to get free boba on your 10th purchase!! I'll definitely be back to take advantage of that lol read more

This was my first time having boba and this place great! Came here on a week night and it was pretty slow and then picked up! There was plenty of parking and they were open pretty late. They also have light bite offerings and soft serve. I got the passion fruit tea lemonade with popping boba and it was the perfect balance of not being too sweet or bitter. Conveniently located in the town center, the staff here are incredibly accommodating, offering samples before purchase. Although they seem to have discontinued their punch card program, the quality of their products still shines. My only reason for not giving a full five stars is that I prefer bubble tea made with freshly brewed tea leaves rather than powder. read more

Both my fiancé and I came here the other day for the first time after my suggestion since they caught my eye on instagram. We are a pretty chill pair of people, who enjoy great boba and good service. we are always looking for new places to try, and because grumpy closed in somerville we don't have too many that are close to us. Per the Instagram videos, the place looked cute, tasty, and inviting. Although the drinks were okay, the customer service lacked as when we walked in and said "Hello! How are you guys!" we were met with crickets.. okay no problem maybe they just didn't hear us. Then we got to the register and once we were done and ready to order, everyone at the front desk was sitting down on their phones looking down with no acknowledgement. With it being our first time there paired with me seeing how warm and welcoming they were to other people on their Instagram page, this kind of left a bad taste in our mouth, but we still proceeded to order because we really still wanted to try it. In our mind, maybe the product will be better than the service? Anyways, we finally get acknowledged to order, and what was also a tad strange was that while they sat on their phones, they had a young child taking our order and putting it into the system. I will admit? She had the best customer service out of them all. We finally got our drinks (all while someone else was open mouth phlegm coughing in the background where they are making our drinks the whole time -_-) but come to find out they have a rewards program as well? We were unfortunately not given any rewards cards with a stamp for future visits and use. I am a little disappointed to find that out because any other boba tea spots we go to, if they have a rewards program they automatically stamp your ticket, hand it to you and invite you back letting you know after a certain amount of stamps you get a reward for it. That alone usually gets us to come back time and time again. I will say, the product looks nice, but that's about all. Service lacked, the drinks were okay ONLY after mixing the ice cream in to the drink, and we probably won't be back :( disappointing to say the least.. read more
