The filling tasted fresh although I wished they added some mango chunks and didn't use that much thickener so the mango filling has a more natural flow and texture. 4/5 The green coconut was 2nd. It's pandan flavor and I always appreciate the more natural green color. Its not too sweet and appeals perfectly to an Asian parent like mine 2.5/5 Coffee caramel was our least favorite. It was too sweet and lacked the depth and caramelized sugar taste. I tasted mostly coffee and there was no texture to prevent it from being so one note aside from the chocolate shell. Personally think this one needs more R&D. I should've tried the other coffee ones. Was expecting a gooey caramel filling and a richer, darker coffee :( I love these kinds of desserts and am very picky but I will be back to try more! They change their offerings seasonally so I can't wait.

I initially placed the order with the Plano location, unaware it was closed on sundays, panicked and called the Dallas location. Thankfully, the sweet girl was able to fulfill the order with the same pickup time and even offered curbside delivery (not the standard service they offer but parking was impossible Sunday morning). She even hand wrote a cute birthday note as well. The customer service was top notch. 10/10 would recommend.
