No. But do you order take-out level Chinese to get a fancy dinner? The staff was friendly, the food was fine (unmemorable, but not bad), and the portions were HUGE. I used the restroom while I was there and it wasn't gross. In fact, the whole place looked pretty clean. Didn't get sick off the food. And the price, for the portion, was exceedingly budget friendly. I don't live near Millersville but if I did I would order from this place again.

I ordered from UE late on a Thursday night because they lured me in with a promo. After 40 some…read moreminutes, UE canceled my order. I called Eastern Carryout immediately and the lady said they had my order and offered to bring it if I just paid by phone. She said the order had been ready for a long time and UE canceled because no driver was available and now they were closed. A short time later, she was at my door delivering the food personally, at the end of what I'm sure was a long work day in her restaurant. Whole fried wings live happily in my heart. Customer service directly from the restaurant is way better than what you get from UE or anything like that.

Apparently not. It's a burrito. I ordered a miso soup and it's literally separated. They didn't even bother to mix it. So this tells me it's been in this container all day. They also didn't provide a spoon. Normally not a problem except this was an order to take to a bar. A restaurant must not assume every to-go order is going home. Also got two pieces of ginger which is my favorite part So now I have no way to eat my soup and no clean way to eat this sushi burrito. Also, this isn't Empire Garden anymore. It's called Kudo. No idea if they switched owners or not, but I would go somewhere else.

The pork fried dumpling and the pork chow mein easily slayed (very very good) and I would definitely go here to order those two again. Their traditional Thai menu offers vegan and gluten-free modifications (though I note they charged me extra for a sauce, which was not disclosed in-person though it was in their online ordering system). My pad pik king was capably cooked if unsubtle in flavor; the lime and chili came through strongly. I had the option to order a Thai tea with coconut milk and it was very sweet as well, resulting in a vegan (and filling) experience. The results weren't the best ever, but pretty good Thai food with options for special diets is a worthwhile find. The restaurant is also a nice place to sit and has ample outdoor seating for a calm day.
