    Chicken on a Stick
    Erin T.

First time stopping by since we were in the area and ordered carryout. They were quite busy with phone calls and steady stream of customers picking up carry out. We order the Joy Combo Fried Rice which was quite good. The Chicken on a Stick was moist and pretty good, but not much flavor. The Kung Pao Triple was a weird flavor sauce and was too spicy and I like spicy. Spring Rolls were small (see picture - size comparison next to condiment packets), and Won Ton Soup was bland and had weird taste. If we come back, we will stick with fried rice only.

Meh. It's Chicken Chow Mien. Not something I'd order again, way too bland and mushy. Decent size for lunch. Crispy Noodles were ok.

Craving American-Chinese food, I decide to try out Joy House, Dublin. A couple of misses but also a few hits. What put me over the edge to give it a go were online complaints that their fried rice was "too dry" which is just the way I happen to like it ‍ Been nibbling on these over the past week, my new place tests typically involve lunch portions of a few dish standards. Comments with photos. 3.7/5.0 overall.

    Vegetable Spring roll

Stopped at Joy House for the first time and enjoyed a delicious lunch. We ordered Wor Su Gai, egg rolls, spring roll, won ton soup and Singapore noodles. Everything exceeded our expectations! Food was fantastic. We definitely will be back.

Came through on Christmas. First time ordering from here. Got pepper steak, vegetable lo mein, and ham fried rice. The ham fried rice was excellent! The low mein was ok-not much flavor, and the pepper steak had great flavor but some of the meat was hard to chew or to chewy. That being said-I'd definitely order from here again. Crab rangoon (no pic) was delicious.

With many Asian fusion places popping up I can't help but appreciate traditional Asian cuisine. Joy House serves fresh and delicious traditional dishes that I grew up with. The Covid safety measures in place are strict and the restaurant was very clean. The carry out packaging was appropriate and the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the lack of utensils and napkins in the bag. Overall delicious food!

Compared to other local Asian restaurants, this one was very good and slightly less expensive.

A small, very pleasant, family-run place that's become our go-to for Chinese takeout.

Always a great experience. Ask for the fortune cookies, you may not get any or only two.

Had the chicken pad thai, incredible. Tai's is still the pinnacle for me in Columbus, but this is up there.

Cannot even express how good this was. Wowza! I have been traveling for several weeks for work and…read moreeating out everyday. My stomach is truly tired of restaurant food. I opted for delivery and was looking for a quick soup. Another helpers picture caught my attention and they offered free delivery on dash. Food arrived really fast, piping hot, and was absolutely delicious. I had the Dapanji stirred noodles which was silky and smooth and packed with flavor. The chicken was chunks of thigh meat on the bone and had bell peppers and potatoes. Sounds simple but MAN! Delish! It also had fresh noodles in a separate container. I also ordered hot n sour just in case I didn't like it, and I tasted it but couldn't put the Dapanji down. Hot n sour was also fantastic (leftovers for lunch tomorrow!). The eggroll was so so fresh and crispy. Not oily at all and the texture of the meat (white meat chicken) and veggies was PERFECT! This was probably the best door dash meal I have ever had. I must try eating in the restaurant soon! Side note, they also packed everything in the cutest containers and included utensils (spoon, chopsticks, toothpick)

The Spicy and Sour Tomato soup with hand pulled noodles is something I dream about. There are…read moreseveral vegetarian options, but I ordered this the first time I came here and I cannot bring myself to try anything else. I always add a soy marinaded egg and I can't imagine not doing so. I've tried both the thin and wide noodles and both have the most amazing texture. I've come with meat eaters and they enjoy it too. You order using a QR code at the table and the staff are attentive. The dining room is comfortable and medium sized and I've never had trouble finding a seat, though I do hear that sometimes business is bumping.
