There were two customers ahead of me. I looked at a few items in the store and was helped in about five minutes. I was measured for an insole. Staff heated the insole. I then stepped on a piece of equipment that would mold the insole to my foot. Staff were super helpful. She had me try on some slight compression socks. Once the insole was ready as well as my results, staff got me a pair of shoes. She placed the insoles inside and had me try them on. They felt so good. I was on a time crunch so I had to leave shortly after that. Staff sent me the foot evaluation results to my email. Interesting process and good to know the results. Shared parking lot.

Over the course of what was probably an hour, she helped me try on almost every shoe in the store. She offered very helpful tip and information on how to better understand the fit of the shoes. As I began to narrow down the options of what I wanted to purchase vs what I was just there to see, Aspen was so patient and ready to assist. Because of the wider selection online of colors and styles, she helped me to place my order online at the store for delivery in a few days. I appreciate her generous help and am looking forward to receiving my new shoes!

She brought out my normal 9.5 size but they were a bit too big. She then brought out a 9 and they were perfect. She was so helpful and I could tell she really loves what she does. Mostly shoes along the walls, but you have upper clothing, plus some socks, belts and maybe scarves.They have a wide variety from dress to casual styles. I will say it's either 99% or 100% men's selection, even though they do have a women's line you can see sometimes in other stores or online. But regardless, I stick because the shoes are a quality product that has always lasted for me. My only caveat is that somehow I've never found my size in stock - my feet are borderline large but definitely wide. Of course I can always ship free to my house in 4-6 days and return in store, but that's kind of inconvenient when you're window shopping in a mall. Whether it's the PV location or even a random J&M at the mall, I've only failed to find my size in stock here, let alone multiple visits. At least my friends enjoy finding shoes when I take them here...
