Please give that man a raise! I generally truly and intensely dislike shoe shopping, especially as shoes tend to hurt my feet, which have multiple issues. However, I was in and out of the Nike Factory Store in less than ten minutes, and my experience was phenomenal. I came in, went to the back where shoes are sold, and Stephen approached me, asking if I needed any help finding a pair of shoes. I explained that I had severe arthritis (knees, ankles and feet), coupled with pronation, on-and-off plantar fasciitis and flat feet. Stephen went right for a specific pair of running shoes (only $75!) and said they would be the best in terms of comfort and support for my feet and joints. Stephen was right. They are perfect. Best, most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever purchased. I didn't want to take them off but I was wearing a dress and they didn't quite match. Stephen even rang me up right then and there. I didn't have to go to a register. I could just sit and relax while he got everything together. The best and easiest shoe shopping experience I've ever had. Thank you, Stephen!!!

So many styles and different colors. I'll definitely be going back there soon for Christmas. To the guy who checked us out...Txs for being so nice! It means a lot. :)

We were looking in the mens section and saw some really nice dressy shoes that would've looked great on my then fiancé and now husband for our wedding day. We weren't looking to buy anything but my mom ending up buying my husband his wedding day shoes. They were indeed spiffy. I asked about the return policy as I wanted to make sure they fit and since we didn't directly live in MA we wanted to know. We were assured we could return the shoes and then have the right size delivered to the house for free. Fast forward they were too small for my husband he needed another size up. I know big foot, ha! So I brought them back so they could mail us a bigger size. We were offered bottled water, greeted kindly and were apologized to that they didn't fit. Everyone was so kind and they acknowledged we traveled to return the shoes. We were indeed sent the correct size and my husband wore them and looked dapper! Thanks everyone! Oh and we were given a bag with some stuff, a shoe horn for the new shoes, some socks and some goodies! And my husband was in awe with his surprise!

In my mind, okay, that is probably true and they just might not have them in stock. Usually I'd be okay with this response. However, I left embarrassed and honestly wished I never walked into the store. The two male staff members in the store were rude as can be. Honestly, please fire them. They spent more time on their phones and did not even offer to help check the inventory if the shoes I asked for were in stock elsewhere. I even showed them the photos on MY phone in case I misspoke the name of the shoes. Like... How do you not know your own company's products!? We shop often in the stores in the area (McQueen, Gucci, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc) and I NEVER felt this way with any other customer service representative. Customers, please stay away.

I've also visited the flagship store in Maine, I love the quality and style of L.L.Bean. I left my car charging and walked over to L.L.Bean. Once inside, I entered a beautiful and well stocked store. The nice part about L.L.Bean is they have mannequins dressed in a full ensemble to give you ideas on how to pair their clothes. From the shoes/socks to the layers of shirts, L.L.Bean just owns this style. I found a green sweater (not too bulky) with a lighter green collared shirt for a nice layered look. With any L.L.Bean, going to the cash register is last attention grab. There are candies, soaps and L.L.Bean coffee mugs wanting to come home with you. I grabbed a bar of soap that smelled like pine trees. When I arrived at the register, I gave them my information and my profile populates the screen. I'm given a receipt and I'm on my way. L.L.Bean, it was a pleasure to shop at your Mansfield, MA location.
