First of all, the customer service factor was through the roof. We were the only customers for about 15 minutes. During that time one of the owners (a genuinely charming husband-and wife team) measured her foot, suggested styles she might like and spoke knowledgeably about - what else? comfortable shoes! Once the line of customers started rolling in, he and his wife handled each person with care and courtesy. I was surprised at how many people are out looking for what `are - let's be frank - old lady shoes. I was also surprised at how many times I looked at a style and said, "I'd actually wear that one!" Propet, Asics, New Balance, Aetrex, Drew, Foamtreads - you name it, they have a comfortable shoe for men & women in every size from the narrowest to widest. Dressy, casual, running and walking shoes are all here. Granted, we're talking mostly shades of black, brown or cream but still if your feet are looking to be cushioned, cossetted or float along - go here! They will get down on the floor like shoe people used to do, measure for your exact sze, regardless of what you THINK it is, and find you a pair of shoes to fit perfectly. We spent 90 minutes while Mum tried on pair after pair, walked around the store and debated the merits of brown vs. brown vs cognac vs. brown. They were patient, pleasant and encouraged her to take her time!! Have you been to a retail environment lately where (1) a person wanted to help you, (2) was patient and understanding, (3) didn't leave you to work things out for yourself? The back wall was lined with all the orthotics you could want to make your shoe feel perfect. I fondled the pretty laces longer than I really should have and almost bought a pair of woven fabric oxfords that, in my defense you really have to see to appreciate. I'm not going to be here every week, but we walked out with exactly one pair of shoes that aren't ugly, are casual and sporty-looking, weren't overpriced and are most definitely comfortable. These are professional shoe peeps who know their styles and are willing to go the extra mile to make a customer for life. Go here and feel appreciated!

Had numerous questions regarding my medical condition involving my feet which were all answered. My questions involving the proper sizing of my shoes was quickly resolved as they promptly measured both of my feet. No pressure sales at all. I was told to do my research and look around before committing to a certain brand(SAS, New Balance). Came back the next day and purchased a pair of SAS sneakers at a great price. I was really pleased with the level of care and professionalism that was extended to me during my multiple visits. At one point a gentlemen in a wheelchair was leaving the establishment and the owner quickly broke away from my questions and wheeled that man up the ramp and into his vehicle. Enough said there. There were also lots of racks that had signs advertising 40% off so I would definitely say you could easily find some good deals here. There was another customer in the store who was telling my friend and me that she buys from there a lot and the clothes are long-lasting which tells me that the stuff here is of good quality. They had some accessories as well such as jewelry. I had already spent a bit more than I had planned to at another store in the mall so I actually didn't end up buying anything here but it was very fun to look around and I did see a few tops that I liked. I would definitely like to come back here next time I'm in the mall and next time hit this place first!

Their skincare section has LOVELY, stocked with many K-beauty brands (CosRx, haruharu, anua , innisfree, beauty of joseon, laneige) AND the hello kitties I was looking for. Earlier today, I had found a frankenstein kitty (only one left) and I was in shock when I saw that they had 4 frankenstein kitties here! ALSO, I FOUND THANKSGIVING TURKEY HELLO KITTY HERE! I left here, a very happy gal. This was my 5th hello kitty today and I am glad I found it ;)

Bathrooms are to the back right of the store all the way in the back by the kids toys section. The clothing is organized by sizing racks and by type. I.e. tee shirt aisles, dress shirt aisle, suits / sport coats, shorts, jeans, athletic wear. They also have furniture, home goods, some luggage, crafts, and toys / bags/ backpacks, some beauty care and the cheap end cap charging packs cables phone cases and random tid bits and snacks.

When I got in the store I said I needed to return some clothes and the manager immediately had an attitude. When she saw that I had not opened the bag she said, "You haven't even tried anything on and you're already returning it?" She had the BIGGEST attitude when she said that. I told her that it was an impulse buy. She just shook her head and walked away. She was even rude to someone who had called about an order that they had ordered to be picked up in store. She basically hung up on the person. She didn't even listen to them. She literally held the phone away from her ear so even I was able to hear what the woman was saying. Don't go to this store. Order online and if something doesn't fit I highly recommend mailing it back. It's free if you are a VIP member.

Torrid is a women's clothing store that only sells plus sizes…read more I'm a plus sized short woman. At most clothing stores, it's nearly impossible for me to find a pair of pants that fit. Not a problem at Torrid with large selections of both plus size and short jeans, pants, & leggings. Thanks to them, I own a pair of jeggings! (Who knew those look good on plus sized women too?!) The prices are a little high, but I'll accept that as a trade off for items fitting me off the rack (no alterations needed). They often have sales. The one going on today for regular priced clothing is buy one item get a second item 30% off. There is also a great selection of dresses, bathing suits, bras, and tee shirts. The sales staff are helpful and not over the top in pushing sales. I'm wicked psyched that there is now a Torrid close to my home.

Also for sneakers there's always deals to be had the latest for me was 40% off tag price. Scored some Lebron witness 7s for $36. That's a steal, super comfy. The staff took care of everyone in line during checkout even tho it was passed the closing time. There was a return we had to from a bday gift for a family member which we lost the actual receipt for and didn't scan our snkrs / nike + app on purchase. We got credit on a GC and used that toward a pair of sneakers for little sis' bday! Manager is cool, didn't get his name but he always there when we are. Bless and glad nike factory close by!

They then said they could order me a new one online. Again, Fine. They then proceeded to send AE.com my incorrect name, zipcode, and email. After immediately calling AE.com to correct this mistake, they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that there was a "possibility" I would get my sweater. Moral of the story is do not go online to order ANYTHING! Their customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!

Seems Chico is cheapening the clothing. My bad I went to return in Kingston but that store is now closed. It is a drive to Hingham and I missed the cut off date to return. So now the new pants with tags are at Savers! Chico is saving money by cheapening their clothing. I caution DO NOT buy on line as they are not consistant. And with store closings more difficult to return or you have to pay for return. Maybe if you live near a store OK to shop. But looking in the store today, the quality has declined and the prices have gone up. Buyer Beware!!!!!
