He dug the hole put in the rebar and cement and put in the base plate and made sure it was all perfect came back about 3 days later to complete the job putting my hoop system together. It was a very complicated job and he was very fast and efficient putting my MegaSlam together. If I tried to do it on my own I know I would screw it up and it would take me hours and hours and days to try and figure it out. But after remembering how it wasn't very easy to put together a chair from a box, I remembered this place. They had rows of this Knoll Regeneration chair (choose your color!) and sitting in a couple, I realized how many adjustments it has. I got it dialed in, fell in love, and rolled it to the checkout. Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. He made sure he cleaned up everything and checked in multiple times along the way to make sure everything looked good. Super impressed and have hired him for other projects now too!
