Teresa and driver, Jonathan, really came to my rescue last night. My daughter had a boxed bookshelf…read moredelivered that could not fit into her small studio apartment and she did not want. She was desperate to try to find a way to get rid of it not only to be able to use her apartment but the size and 90lb weight restricted her ability to move it. I did some desperate google searches and Yelp reviews at what would be closing or after closing hours for the area. Teresa made it work and her driver offered to pick it up within the hour. An hour later I received a text from a very satisfied daughter and to be sure I was a very satisfied customer. Thank you Teresa and Jonathan.

David ( the owner) was SO helpful, honest, kind and easy to work with! I called him the evening…read moreabout moving a piece of furniture about 15 blocks, and he was there at 8:30 the next morning- ready to help! My need was time sensitive and he was very responsive- from the first phone call. On top of having great service service, he was extremely generous with his cost and charged me a fraction of what other movers quoted. It's rare you'll find someone who is genuinely interested in helping-- I think most companies would be more interested in higher paying clients than me, with more extensive needs. David fit the job into his busy schedule, regardless of the price point. You won't regret working with him and his company. He's personable, a good communicator, reliable and kind!!!!!! He even gave me tips on how to safely hang the piece (a giant, heavy framed mirror) without damaging the walls. And, he helped me carry it up two flights of stairs without any stress (it was HEAVY!).

Bully? Intimidate? Me. He stared me down, driving side by side with me. When I slowed down to let him get ahead, he slammed on his brakes to stay beside me! Eventually he floored it and sped away (easily doing 55-60 MPH). This driver is dangerous and doesn't deserve to be on the road, representing your company!

However, during the execution of the service, some moments arose: it seems that they did not fully understand how to work with certain institutions. Despite this, the problem was solved, and the overall impression remained positive. I can recommend, although small improvements in personnel training would not hurt.

I called back to book the delivery and received the same friendly service along with same quoted price and was able to quickly pay by phone. The price was fair and they were a bit less than the one other courier service I had called, I chose Cascade because of the service I received during the quote. Highly recommend if you need a courrier service in the Portland area, will use again. Thank you
