After three failed attempts to deliver the machine, DICK's had the New York company contact Reliable Assembly & Delivery. We immediately received an email from them followed up by a phone call verifying the date and time, and fifteen minutes before the scheduled delivery another phone call saying they were on their way. Casey and Jaymi not only assembled the machine but also took the time to explain details about its operation. They wore masks and practiced safe social distancing.
