Not only did Dale give us a really good bid (same as one other, quite a bit less than another - who we feel were trying to scam us, claiming "quite a few repairs" were needed), but he was able to get going within a few days. Dale and his crew showed up on the minute, day 1. That day, they pulled off all of our old shingles. Day 2, they were on the minute again and were able to complete our 2 roofs in one day. His crew worked like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend ARM roofing to re-do your roof. At least get a bid from them. They will show up the day they say (a huge plus in this industry) and stick to the bid and the time frame.

Well the roof has leaked ever since 3 to 4 years now. He has come out and looked at it a couple times and said it was fixed but it still leaks. Today 1-12-2021 it is raining heavy and I have already called Dale a couple times and left messages and he does not get back to me at all. We use to bowl together and I love the guy but now my ceiling is falling into my home and I have buckets scattered on the floor catching water. The photos with captions are updates. Photos without captions are from the original review. Previous review. When I first met Joe, he seemingly promised the world. We also talked about my years of volunteering with at-risk youth, and I talked with his foreman about his kids and grandkids as I am expecting my first soon. Then the foreman mentioned twice about how he painted over the cracks and the cracks came back. You can see by the mess I have been left with as to why I believe this was due to poor, or no, prep work. While the foreman came back on two partial days, there was more major repairs and mistakes that you could see from three feet away than he could finish during that time. Plus, he add some more work as well. The picture with the "Joe M" was from the last such visit. I signed it for Joe as I got the sense that Joe was not taking ownership for such mistakes. While working with Joe, I saw another side of him beyond all the self promotion, it was the side that would ghost me and my pregnant wife and leave us in such a lurch.

Dec 2018 Looks like he opened his business again since I…read morehired him Dec. 2018. Hired Brandon to paint my basement he stated the project would take a week and starts his day at 8am. I let him know was flexible since was my basement and just need to be informed on his schedule (will never state that again with any contractor) He started mid morning worked a few hours a day. The last day after 3 weeks he was going to finish painting the last section and do touch-up and stairs. I left and he must have left soon after since he did not finish the job. Another issue: I had a bsmt floor drain which told him to paint and make sure nothing happens to it since very hard to find for older home. I notice it was missing and he said he had it and would get it back to me.....He is not returning my calls to return this or to finish painting..... Do NOT recommend -if you do hire do NOT pay him until he does all work even the touch up.

Yes- the tenants were AWFUL...I was a bit in shock from my tenants when I was referred to Brandon. I didn't trust anyone- as I had just been thoroughly pooched by my tenants. Brandon was immediately trustworthy, professional, and just plain awesome! He checked out my house, emailed me the most professional bid I've ever gotten, and then got to my house a WEEK early so I could put it on the market earlier (as I'm never renting it out again.) His bid was extremely fair (dare I say cheap- especially since he knew I was in a pickle), his work was excellent and FAST! He was able to fix my thoroughly goofed up ceiling...and did such great work I signed on for him to paint another room. If I wasn't selling the house I would grab him up immediately to repaint the entire house! Absolutely top-notch, excellent, trustworthy, smart service.
