Guillermo and Alex did a great job painting my bathrooms (including ceilings), and mouldings and doors throughout my condo. They worked really hard the whole time and were perfectionists about quality. I had a hiccup with my job -- I had a big sticker on my closet doors and it took off paint when I removed it! Jeff worked out a solution with me, to take the doors off-site and sand them all the way down. I appreciated that he didn't charge me full price since it was an unexpected cost. I also had a hiccup with a door that wouldn't close properly after painting. (It was probably a very tight fit before painting). This door also needed some off-site work to shave down the top, so it would close correctly. The team came back on a Saturday morning to bring me the restored closet doors. These little pain points come up with lots projects. You need a company that will take care of things when everything doesn't go perfectly. ESP will make sure everything is taken care off. read more

This is a continuation of my review that I made previously. The owner contacted me and was happy to come out and do the tops of the gutters. He said the two people who had painted my house had only been with the company for 2 months and was sorry for the miscommunication. I just got done at Sherwood-Williams because after the gutter touch-ups, my paint can looked pretty beaten up. They were happy to give me a new can. I called ESP recently to put a bid on painting the front of our house. The team was extremely responsive and even pulled in their estimate date to come by the next day in order to accommodate my short window. Jeff's experience showed as he surveyed our house, and he even offered to help paint our front door which I was in the middle of when he stopped by, which now looks great (thanks Jeff!). His bid was competitive, though we ultimately went with another painter who had a lower bid, but also no presence on yelp or reviews anywhere - but we decided to roll the dice to save a little $. When our paint failed shortly past the paint warranty due to a bad batch (not ESP's fault) Jeff came through for us to get it fixed at no cost which he didn't have to do - but it shows the kind of guy he is. These guys did a great job painting my exterior. The price was below the other bids I got. In fact, my neighbor had her house painted by the College Pro guys and within the year her paint already is starting to look bad. Mine still looks great with no signs of needing to be redone anytime soon. They were on time and clean. I have T-111 siding, which tends to get bubbly on the south side of the house. They spent alot of time scraping and caulking to prepare for the new paint. I did a change of color and I think it looks great. Also if I recall correctly, they rolled and hand painted everything, no sprays. I was very happy with their work and would hire them again. read more
