Final Touch did great work. The team was polite, finished within their quoted time and priced fairly. As with all jobs little things came up and Vitaliy was great with his communication and assistance. Team was COVID friendly w/masks and showed great respect to my wife and I. Would absolutely use them again or recommend to friends. read more

Final Touch canceled our painting project three days before they were scheduled to begin. This was after months of planning and discussing the details of our project with the owner. The owner stated that only one painter, among the 10 or so that he employed, was trained to spray the exterior of our three-story house, and this painter was leaving the company. But rather than postpone our project while another painter was trained to, uh, paint, Final Touch simply canceled. Now we have to start all over again finding a reputable painting contractor who can fit us in during the busiest season of the year. What a frustrating waste of time. read more

Vitaly and Team are great: responsive, provide detailed bids, available within 3-7 days, do decent quality job, live place clean, send invoices and follow up. We highly recommend Final Touch for tub/shower/countertop resurface, interior paint, cabinets painting and carpentry work. read more

I worked with Vitaliy with Final Touch Painting, and he is awesome! The workers were on time and did a great job with little instruction. I was able to do a walkthrough and choose paint colors. I WFH, so having people in the house can be tough when I'm on calls. They were very respectful of this while working. The project included vaulted ceilings, interior painting of 4 rooms, doors, and trim. There were a couple of issues that popped up, and after a quick call or text to Vitaliy, the issues were solved. I highly recommend working with Final Touch Painting for your painting needs! Thanks, Vitaliy, for all of your help! read more

I got quotes from 5 companies on Yelp with 4 stars or better reviews. The price range was huge and the attitude from some of these companies was disappointing so I recommend getting multiple quotes and talking to them to see if your dealing with a painter or a salesman with sunglasses on. The decision to go with final touch was based on the great customer service from Vitaliy and the way the painting crew worked. The quality was good enough for me to hire them for 2 other exterior paint jobs after they fished the first. I couldn't be happier with the end result at each one and the way the paint crew works is very professional and thorough. read more

I highly recommend Final Touch Painting as the service we received were excellent. We contacted over 10+ painting company to quote our house project and here are the reasons why we chose Final Touch Painting: (1) SUPER easy and fast communication via Yelp message/text/email. (2) Very detailed oriented when doing the walk-through quote - the owner Vitaliy takes pictures and detailed notes as to what we want and pays attention to details. We are satisfied with the results: (1) Vitaliy walked us through the paint work and took notes when we had questions, anything minor items that needed fixing were completed right away. (2) Vitaliy was very professional and easy to communicate throughout the process. read more

Thank you for all of the amazing work you have done! He is always very professional, on time, and clean work! When we are in a pinch or just needing standard resurfacing he is absolutely our only call! read more

We have called upon Final Touch Painting on several occasions since moving into our new home and each time they provided us with outstanding service. We requested various services from wall repairs, multiple rooms prepped and painted and even our front door refinished. Every job far exceeded our expectations. Needless to say Final Touch Painting Company have become our go-to painting and refinishing professionals. They are highly recommended. read more

We are in property management. Our vendors performance is a direct reflection upon us. If a vendor does a poor job; we look poor to our customers. From start to finish, FT did an excellent job. Communication with Vitaliy was smooth and timely. Pricing was spot on. Work was excellent and done in a timely manner. We look forward to working with FT on future projects. read more

!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I hired this company to paint the exterior of my house last year (0ct 19) and this is what I experienced. Vitaliy requested an additional 500usd half way through the job due to "we used more paint then expected and we are not making as much money". I was shocked by this blatant display of lack of professionalism. If you underbid a job then you eat it if material cost is higher then expected (its called saving face in front of a customer due to your incompetance) or bid a job properly (unless you underbid to get a job and hope to get the customer to donate more money to your profit margins). I requested a copy of their invoice from SW paint and he never replied. They did a poor job in properly painting all the batten board trim and i had to have them come back 3+ times to properly touch up missed spots prior to paying them for the job. To this day i still have issues with paint quality in various places due to the lack of proper paint application techniques or lack of proper amount of matierial application. They also got paint on my foundation which they did not remove, they broke sprinklers which i never requested replacement for due to frustrations with dealing with them and not wanting incompetent people around my house and on my property anymore. During the job they dented a gutter which they bent back out and now is obvious that it was damaged before. A few weeks after completion of the job, i noticed paint bubbling on a gutter. I decided to wait till we got better weather which wasnt till 2020. When i contacted vitaliy, he said he couldnt work due to covid restrictions. I understood and waited till recently to reinquire on warranty work for the bubbling paint. Now he claimed "for obvious reasons we cannot work outside". Seems like you need to work on your customer correspondance skills because thats not how you talk to a customer. I can understand that too due to the smoke issues recently. However after the smoke cleared, vitaliy didnt respond to my text messages regarding completing this warranty work. He never reached out post job on my experience, nor did he ever reach out to address this known issue. If i can suggest anything to anyone needing paint work done, go look elsewhere. These guys are not professional, lack skill when it comes to painting, they are hard to get ahold of (sending that older gentleman to come back for touch up work with crusty old paint brushes, who didnt speak english, was ridiculous by the way), they do not stand behind their work. Frustrated with them is a nice way of putting it. This has been my honest review based off of my experience with them. Vitaliy, know this... you have lost at least 4 exterior paint jobs that i know of due to the work you had your crew do on my house and me sharing that experience with coworkers, neighbors, and various community and family members. read more

Final Touch Painting showed up when they said they would and sometimes that alone is worth a positive review. I received their quote after they visited the property with the previous tenant still living here but I was not available. As it got close to the date to paint we did a walk through together. This time they said they would have to charge 25% more because there were areas that would have their color changed. In other words, it would take more than one coat in these areas. This was not something they wouldn't have seen the first time they visited as it is on two of the three levels of the house. It seems the initial price was a low ball price to get you to go with them and then they think of an excuse to raise it after you have committed to them. So BEWARE of this. Also, the place I was moving into was empty except for some clothes I had placed in the MBR closet and in a laundry basket and a box of books. I was having the carpeting replaced which made it easier for them to be less concerned about drips etc. When I showed up to see how it looked I found my clothes from the closet thrown on the floor, the laundry basket of clothes emptied onto the floor and they had been walking on them with paint on their shoes, probably that had dripped on the carpet somewhere. Consequently, I have shirts and clothing with paint stains that can't be removed. Fortunately, not a lot of items. They also opened up my box of books which was taped shut and took a look. Later when I advised them of this the response was "I apologize". Nothing more. Hence I advise anyone considering them to be on their toes. It felt like animals had torn through the house without regard or respect to anything other than getting a coat of paint on the surfaces. Everything was painted the same color with the same finish so beware of this as well. Doors, casings, baseboards were all painted the same with the same finish. If you work with them make sure you work out these details in advance! read more

It was great working with Final Touch. Getting an estimate was quick and easy. The crew worked quickly, was friendly, and considerate. We have a lot of landscaping around our home, and they did a great job minimizing damage even tho we got our whole exterior painted. We had some hard to reach areas that needed touching up and they were out the next day. Which I think is great and it shows that they want to do quality work. read more

This team was outstanding. We are SO happy we went with Final Touch! Working with Vitaliy on the estimate went really smooth: he was super responsive and he made some solid recommendations when he came out. When the team arrived on painting day they were professional, friendly, respectful, communicative (as much as was necessary), and man they moved fast... even on a couple of 99 degree days! The house looks absolutely amazing and they left no trace. 10 out of 10 chance will be using these guys again. Highly recommended!! read more

The exterior of our home needed a color major color update, and after calling around to several other painting companies, Final Touch not only quoted me the most reasonable price, but they got back to me within hours of submitting a quote request online. Vitaliy was so kind, and easy to work with. He was able to quote out several different options for me as the scope of the work that needed to be done was a little out of the ordinary. On the first day of the painting, the crew got right to work, and had no problem scaling our super high peaks and dormers. We had a very detailed trim plan in place, and the guys nailed it perfectly. Our paint job turned out beautiful and modern and it was exactly as I had envisioned it. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy that I booked with Final Touch Painting. Highly recommend this company! read more

Vitaliy and his crew are professional, efficient and overall excellent. I hired them to paint the interior of my home after another company basically botched the job. They arrived at 8am every day and did great work, completing the task in record time. Also, the quote for the work was reasonable. I would absolutely hire them again, as they are trustworthy and pleasant to be around. read more

I hired Final Touch Painting to paint the interior of a vacant apartment I own. Vitaliy replied to my contact request right away and immediately gave me a rough estimate of how much it would cost and when they could start the work. He followed up with an inspection and a written estimate that matched the verbal one. They were able to provide the paint so I didn't have to and they charged a very reasonable price. I was happy with the quality of the finished work and would definitely hire them again. read more

Very responsive, reasonable price, respectable, and super efficient. Highly recommend!

I am overall very happy with the work these guys did. They were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. My only complaint would be that there was a lack of communication. To get information I had to ask, it wasn't just laid out for me. Perhaps this is normal, but since I'm not the expert I would have preferred someone let me know when something is going to be done. This resulted in excessive caulking of my siding. I just assumed that they would not caulk my butt joints on my fiberboard siding because it has flashing behind it, but they caulked it. I realized this and asked them to remove it, and they did. This could have been avoided if there was a discussion about expectations ahead of time. Ultimately, though, they did a great job and I am happy I hired them. read more

They came in with the lowest estimate, did the work quickly and cleaned up well. In the walk through Vitaliy gladly touched up a couple of spots. I'd use them again. read more

Final Touch definitely earned 5 stars from me. Vitaliy and his crew were responsive, prompt, and professional. Our entire project took less than one week from contacting for an estimate to project completion. We had them paint all of the trim and sills in our 1500sqft house and it looks amazing! We will definitely be contacting them again when we are ready for our next painting project. read more

Final Touch re-coated our old sink and tub in the master bath. Unbelievable-- they now look like new! Actually, better because of the type of coating they used. It's an industrial grade coating that's engineered to last and look great. If you have an older sink or tub, don't replace it; just give it a face lift-- you will be impressed. read more
