For example, we have a very active Malinois mix who frequently bounces off the screen door to be let in, scratching the existing Plexiglass. After considering heavy duty screening to prevent damage to the Plexiglass (vetoed because it would obstruct the view out), Roger came up with covering the existing Plexiglass with another sheet so it could be more easily replaced when we decide to sell the house. He replaced the door hinges, refinished all of the scratched wood & the screen door looks & works wonderfully. Roger is a bit OCD about the quality of his work & I'm very thankful that he is. My husband & I were both amazed at what Roger charged for the quality & amount of work he did. We will definitely be calling him when we need more work done!

No details whatsoever. I had him install some closet wire shelving in February of this year, and it…read morealready came down. There was barely anything on it. It was installed incorrectly. Not one stud was used on the lower attachments, and the holes he drilled were larger than the anchors he used on the upper attachment. What's more surprising is that he didn't use any anchors for the bottom part of the brackets. He screwed straight into the drywall, which is a no-no. I had to take the other shelving unit down because only one anchor was actually put in right and there were no anchors on the lower section. Had he just used a stud finder, he could have had 4 brackets completely in the studs on each wall. I attempted to contact him by text on September 16th, and he replied with a gibberish message that didn't make much sense and hasn't gotten back to me. I would not use him.

Bobby came out right on time after we had to reschedule due to him falling behind because of the ice storm we had. He checked for moisture and let me know it wasn't black mold. He wiped the area to clean surface mold and sealed it w/primer. He said it should be fine and I could just paint it. Cost $100 which was well worth it to know it wasn't black mold!! He went on to tell me how much work they do...and wanted my full address for just an estimate. They weren't sending anyone out to look at the scope of work. I told him the city and that information should've been all he needed to give me a quote unless they needed to send someone out. As a woman, I need to be careful who I give out my address to, and his rudeness and disrespect was not appreciated. He dismissed me saying he didn't want to work with me. That isn't a problem since I was in the process of getting bids for my job. There are many drywall companies out there. This company won't ever get my business, and I will be sure to share my experience with co-workers, friends and family. This behavior wasn't warranted and there is enough anger in this world right now without getting belittled by a man.
