One project was a very challenging disassembly of a large gazebo (16'x9') and deck (about 25'x 9') and he and his team took such great care in taking it apart without damaging any of the pieces and loaded it into a 20' uhaul. The other project was to install a large cedar trellis, and it came out really beautiful. The project included taking down the old trellis and then doing craftsman style angle cuts, fitting notched pieces together and installing 6x6 posts and 2x8 cedar rafters. I've hired OrCo for two projects, tiling my sunporch as well as my kitchen and dining room. The sunporch was quick and painless, and their master tiler whipped it out in a day. The kitchen was a bit more of a challenge given the age of my home, unlevel surfaces, and surprise layers of linoleum lurking below what we thought was the bottom layer of flooring. The OrCo brothers were consumate professionals despite these challenges, and by some miracle they were still able to finish the job on time. Honestly, I still don't know how they did it! I love my floors! It's been several weeks since they finished the work, and every morning when I step into my kitchen I look upon the results with joy. I don't know why I didn't contact OrCo sooner! The floor is level, the grout is holding up, and the floors sparkle when I walk in the room.
