Kurt is now not returning calls from me or the subcontractor, and the subcontractor has hired an attorney to pursue payment from Portland Commercial Construction. I too have had to hire an attorney to try and straighten this mess out. Do not work with this company, they do not do what they say they will do and they do not pay their subcontractors.
