Customer service was terrible! Went in (December 23.2025) .. morning ! Took my son to get sized for wedding in June 2026 ... he's in clinicals and wanted to get his fitted and suits to buy picked out!! We were told we were too early to set up account but I paid to have him fitted and told info would be in system (even though we didn't set up group account for wedding party (told too early) Went in today to get another groomsmen measured while in town and set up account! My son and his info was not in system! Was told today that's not true we could've set it up.. and also told needed group number which we didn't have cause we didn't set up group! Totally different information from two different workers! Neither one being apologetic or cared to help us! What a mess.. son whom is out of town went to men's warehouse and treated completely differently and very helpful! What a difference in atmosphere -sorry but taking business elsewhere ! Someone in that location doesn't know what they are talking about.... Need to revamp read more

I have been a Jos Bank customer for over 40 years. Merchandise and people have changed and replaced with new materials and new faces. Today I visited the Rookwood store and met Jessica. She only 3 weeks on the job, but will be a great representative as she has the natural abilities to be friendly, complimentary, patient, suggesting and the spirit to succeed and know the customer was served. Writing this review while I'm in store because the experience EVERY TIME I come here is laughable. Last two trips to get suited for a wedding it took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Tried on the suit today and the guy from across the store asks "everything good?" I don't know! Aren't you supposed to be helping me? The shirt was terribly wrinkled, loose threads sticking out, and everything fit loose but even if I said something they had no one to help. Ive never felt so cheap while spending $220+ on a RENTAL. read more

I bought my suit at a different location in Kenwood. I wasn't satisfied with how my suit looked and felt. Jacket was loose and pants were not fitted at all. Reading their satisfaction guarantee on the website I felt comfortable returning it to a different location. I called this Rookwood location and they confirm that they would except returns at this location even if it was bought at another location. I was greeted once I walked in, and asked what I needed. I stated that I needed to return a suit of which I was not satisfied with the fit. The associate said not a problem and took me to the register in order to process the return. She then went to the back and disappeared and the manager came out. Now this is where I'm disappointed. The manager could care less if I was satisfied or unsatisfied, he stated that since the suit was tailored which was a service that they up-sold to me. He said that there was nothing he could do. This location does not stand by the satisfaction guaranteed I stated the only way that I would be satisfied is with a return, and all money back, but the manager of this location in Rookwood could care less. I've been in an elite customer service role managing Private Jets my whole career, I deliver customer service training for my company, and no one has ever made me feel the way that this Manager has. There's a famous quote in customer service that says, "no one will ever remember what exactly you did for them, but they will always remember how you made them feel." This manager made me feel worthless, and a waste of his time. I hope you save yourself the same feeling of disrespect I got from this location. read more

My only regret of wedding planning thus far is choosing Jos. A. Bank for the suits for my fiancé and his groomsmen. He's had good experiences with them in the past, but he won't be shopping there ever again. Both my fiancé and one of his groomsmen went in to be measured for a suit, but when they went back to pick it up, they were given one at least a size too big (if not more). My fiancé specifically wound up paying an extra $100 for alterations that they didn't tell him he would need. What's the point of even being measured, in that case? It's an extremely dishonest way to run a business. Unfortunately, it's too late for us to move our business elsewhere, but you can bet I'm telling my friends and family members who are planning weddings to avoid this store. read more

My husband came to this store to get a tux for our vow renewal. We came a month early, before our event. Travis took his measurements, we discussed the colors that we needed, and he paid cash for the rental. Fast forward to Thursday, 5/13. 2 days before our event, Saturday, May 15. I pick the tux up because my husband is working. I didn't look at the suit before we leave, nor was I offered to look at it. Of course, we're trusting that the bag will have exactly what we need. Open the bag, and the suit jacket is the wrong color! And the vest! Okay, I call the next day and talk to Travis. He ordered the "correct" color suit jacket and vest and it's here Saturday morning, the day of our event. My husband tries it on while he's there. Guess what? The jacket is too big! Oh and how convenient that that's the only size suit jacket they have in the store. And the vest too big! And how convenient that that's also the only size they have in the store and there was not anything in the back to atleast tighten that. They definitely digged in some old boxes and gave my husband the deacons Sunday outfit. Of course at this point, he has no choice to wear it. Turns out the collar shirt is also the deacons! Too damn big. I had to put safety pins through the shirt, vest, and the damn suit jacket. And the pants were baggy at the bottom! So, we go to the store today, Sunday. Of course to return the tuxes but to get a refund. You didn't render the service as promised! That should be clear as day!! Instead, the "manager" for the day wants to argue and debate. It got to the point where I had to ask if he was going to give us a refund, or do we just leave the store. Oh, and how convenient that they only have $50 in the store so the refund would have to be mailed to us in check form. Joseph, take your employees through diversity and customer service training AGAIN. Also, retrain your employees on how to take their measurements. Nothing fit his body! The shirt said 2x on it! No way it was custom. Mr. Tuxedo and the Men's Warehouse would never! Thank you for almost ruining one of the happiest days of our lives! read more

Ordered a new suit and sport coat for a wedding I'm attending. I went in two weeks in advance, and the clothes only required minor alterations (shorten the sleeves, hem the slacks). The night I was supposed to pick up the clothes, I received a call saying they would not be ready, but *should* be ready by 5pm the next day (the day of the wedding). The manager told me they were attempting to locate a tailor and get the alterations complete in time... I do NOT suggest anyone go to Jos A Banks in Rookwood for any time sensative orders. read more

Rented 6 tuxes for my wedding and purchased a suit never again! Slowest service, zero help in matching shirts/ties etc. Never received communication that the Tuxes were ready for pick up. 4 out of 6 tuxes needed some sort of alteration even after being fitted. My jacket sleeves were too short I went in the next day when it was supposedly fixed but they were still way too short, my best man had the same issue. One pair of pants weren't even hemmed just the cut fabric at the ends. Another one was missing a cuff link and a button. Just plain unprofessional and showed a complete lack of pride in their product. Even though the manager did compensate for all the hassle I am still very disappointed. read more
