I can't say enough about how well I have been treated here, Chris has been amazing to say the least. I originally came here a few years ago and just looked around, but I wasn't looking to really change the way I looked. I came here about a year ago for a Yelp event and couldn't believe how well the treated us and gave us the grand tour. I knew when I needed to make a lifestyle change this is where I was coming. We have all purchased off the rack clothes that feel well okay. I have several items in my closet that way. I just got my first ever custom blazer, a nice pair of dress pants, a good pair of jeans for classy casual, some amazingly comfortable shoes, and nice shirt and some pocket squares. I don't think I have ever felt so good in an outfit in my life. Sure it will cost a bit more than going to a big box store, but I will say this I feel like a million dollars in my new clothes. I can't say that ever in anything off the rack that hangs in my closet and is never worn. Why buy something you don't feel good in just to hang in your closet. I own 3 blazers that will be going to goodwill soon and maybe even a suit. I will be back here to buy more clothes. I can't wait to walk back in knowing Chris will be there to make sure I look good and to know that what I buy will not be a fad and out of fashion in a year or less. I will say this is money well spent, that I will not be giving to goodwill ever. So when you need a good outfit for work or just to feel better about being a better dressed person, come in and see Chris or anyone else for that matter. They will all treat you the same no matter what. Thank you Chris for the amazing customer service you provided me and for the truly perfect outfit.

I've had them repair everything from buttons and pants to sewing patches on a backpack.....all done well. They also make custom suits, but I haven't gone down that road yet. They're located right downtown on 7th St. near the Macy's HQ. There is plenty of street parking. On an historical note, the east side of their building (connected to it ) is literally the thinnest building in Cincinnati. You'll have to cross the street to fully gauge it, but you'll see that a very very thin building was built between two others sometime in the late 1800's or early 1900's. It's pretty cool. You can use Google Maps' streetview to see it as well.....check it out!!

She is incredibly talented, professional, and really knows how to make a dress fit beautifully. What also made the experience stand out was the space itself. It's beautifully designed, very clean, stylish, and feels much more special than a typical alteration studio. It gave the whole experience a lovely, almost luxurious feeling, which is exactly what you want when you're preparing for your wedding. I actually felt happy and comfortable leaving my wedding dress there, knowing it was in the right place and in good hands. I felt amazing in my dress and would highly recommend Moji for bridal and special occasion alterations!

I asked Elizabeth do alterations to only one dress for a mini elopement while we rearranged the big day and she was more than happy to help. She did an amazing job on the first dress - pictures below - and now my second dress is finished for our postponed wedding that will be happening July 4th 2021. Elizabeth is a great person to work with and was always easy to communicate with and get a hold of. I'll definitely return for any future alteration needs I have for other clothing and would highly recommend St. Clare's Closet to others looking for a seamstress.

I can tell walking in that this definitely isn't his type of work as there were many nice suits hanging throughout the store. Despite that, Frank offered to repair the clasp on my bathing suit, took the time to go purchase the clasp needed to fix my suit, and I've received many compliments since on the replacement clasp that Frank picked out. He offered me such a great price that I had to give him a tip because I felt like I was walking away with a steal! I would highly recommend Frank to anyone. I appreciated that he took the time to do work that seemed typically outside of his realm, great turnaround time, and very reasonable pricing!

They sewed part of the pocket completely shut and didn't address a ripped seem (see pic). I asked for a refund and the guy literally refused which is crazy. I think the source of the issue is there are too many people between the customer and the actual tailor so communication breaks down. I suggest finding a place where you can talk to the actual person who will be doing the alteration.
