Old Navy is conveniently located in the mall just across the street. I was in need of several pair of new pants specifically corduroy pants. Upon entering I walked to the rear of the store to get to the men's department. Back in the right corner was a clearance rack with pants on it. Corduroy pants! Behind that was the changing room. Also they actually had my size in several colors. I found and tried on a black and a gray pair. They fit which was great news! While in the back of the store I spoke to a friendly and helpful employee. He kept track of my pending purchase as I went to the men's bathroom. The sign said you can not take clothes in there. When I was ready to leave the same employee directed me to the moveable checkout counter on a rolling cart near the front of the store. I got 2 pair of pants for less than $12 each. In less than 2 minutes l was walking out to the mall again feeling very satisfied! If you find yourself at the mall at Liberty Center check out this store. Until next time be kind to each other. #oldnavy #yelpcincy

There's K&G before Covid which was 5* most of the time for variety and selections, workers ready to help you and then there's K&G after Covid...less selection on colors for suits and hardly any help in all departments. My hubby has a closet full of suits and the last 4 times we went he left empty handed. He said they have a lot suits but nothing he wanted. He's looking for classic browns, a solid black suit that has a nice sheen-not mat and not pin stripes or styled like a lounge singer. Same with navy and brown/tan. And they never have his size. Everything is way too big or slim fit and tight and he hates that. They had a guy tailoring for them for years and now it's someone else who said he wouldn't put a cuff on our grandson's pant leg because kids don't get that. We found a pair of dress shoes for our other grandson in his size which is 7 in mens and it had a mismatched 7.5 wide with it. After scouring with a cashier's help they found the only 3 pairs his size were all mismatched. They had zero boys dress shirts for 12 or 14/16 but upon coming back today they got a shipment in and had some thank goodness. In the end we were able to get the boys each a 3 piece suit in black and a dress shirt/ties. Had to go online for dress shoes elsewhere. They did alter the suit we got perfectly.

She was wearing a particular pair of jeans that we inquired upon that were super cute. I finally made my way into the shop about a month or two later. If you are looking for a place to shop that has unique fines that are picked up from different designers, this is your place. I love the different options that they have to offer. Now, they are pricey! It is not your typical Boutique where are you can get a shirt for $30. But on the flipside, their items are definitely high-quality and as I mentioned unique. What I really like about this place also is you can take your items home and try them on However you would normally wear them. They take down your card number and will give you a call the next day to see what you thought. If they don't hear from you, they will charge you for all of the items (or if you like them of course) or you can bring them back as long as it's in the 24 hour. I don't know of any places that do that, but I will for sure keep coming back!

Just not sure if the Cincinnati client is ready for something like this yet.

I highly recommend coming here for the FC. The inventory here includes styles suitable mostly for the 18-25 year old set, but I did find some things I would consider more age-appropriate for myself as well. The boutique was having a 15% off entire inventory promotion when I was there, but other than that, everything mostly goes for MSRP. They do have a few sale racks in the front where everything is $30. I highly recommend sifting through these racks as there were some nice garments hidden between the oddly-sized, oddly-patterned cast offs. You can also find apparel by Splendid, Kensie, Joe's Jeans and Citizens of Humanity.

Unlike when shopping for footwear for myself there were multiple pairs in multiple in the styles available. The staff were available to discuss the fit, sock options and offer the accessory care kit. As to no surprise the size I needed was not available in store. The staff was able to process an order with free delivery to my home. Overall an easy shopping experience.

I like most of the world have returned things before but I walked out angry this time. I explained that I wanted to return or possibly get a store credit because I didn't have my receipt. I planned on giving them the card that I used to buy them so they could pull the purchase up and proceed. The shoes had been worn once and hurt my daughters feet. They said with attitude "they've been worn we don't take anything back that have been worn". My first thought was... I've had shoes before that have hurt before but I had to wear them first before I knew they wouldn't work out. Sometimes they feel ok in the store but then once you wear them for a bit they start to hurt. They also won't take the "non worn" shoes back without the box. I asked the guy if this was a new policy? He replied with asking me "would you want to buy used shoes". I was like say what!!! I just started walking out but I wanted to answer his question first. I said no I wouldn't want to buy used shoes and I didn't appreciate the attitude. I wanted to write this review to warn people about this policy of bringing the box and the brand new shoes to the store if you want a return or a credit. I worry for this young person. If he doesn't clean up the "tude" his life will be difficult. People don't want to deal with that. He needs to remember that you get what you give. Ok I'm done venting. Thank you!!!
