Another customer came in but she didn't check in on a wait list. When the 2 customers before me were finishing up, the sales associates ignored me and my wait list check in and helped the woman who came in after me. They're system said they had a pair in stock but couldn't find them, so the girl offered to check other stores to see if they had them. Unfortunately, the closest ones were on the other side of town. Prices are reasonable, the staff is nice, but I don't think there's that many people that work there. Might try again at a later date, but very disappointed with the lack of inventory for men.

One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

I had previously gone to a Foot Solutions in California, so I was excited to find one in Cincinnati. I ended up getting custom orthotics-- though pricey, they have worked out very well, and are worth every penny. I love how they take notes about your foot, gait, etc so they know which shoes to recommend. Of course, not every shoe is the most fashionable, but you can at least get an orthotic to fit into your other shoes. If you have difficulty finding shoes, I'd pay Foot Solutions a visit.

I don't come here often (because I'm a guy and....well....I'm a guy) but when I do, they always have what I need. It's pretty basic - A multi-story department store. If you want to know all they have, go to their website and check it out. Better yet, just go in and check it out. For the most part, service is typically great. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can usually find someone to assist you relatively easy. Would I go back? Yes. And, as I mentioned before, as a typical guy I go shopping when I need something. I know what I want, I go in, I get it, I pay for it, I leave. Now, let's say that you didn't try those pants on when you really should have. You get home and they're too big or........... or maybe you're too big.... whatever the case, grab the receipt and head on back. They'll take care of you. But, if you want to save yourself the trouble, go hit up that dressing room and see how sharp you look.
