**** Review 49 ****…read more I used to shop at this franchise a while back and like it. I needed a pair of black dress shoes, and I found a pair. They're system said they had a pair in stock but couldn't find them, so the girl offered to check other stores to see if they had them. Unfortunately, the closest ones were on the other side of town. Prices are reasonable, the staff is nice, but I don't think there's that many people that work there. Might try again at a later date, but very disappointed with the lack of inventory for men.

When we were trying to communicate something about our transaction, she was too distracted by her coworker and her FaceTime call and messed it up. We had to repeat ourselves several times and she was unaware of when the stores sales ended. This review is for a visit in store I had toward the end of August 2020…read more I came in to purchase a pair of Doc Martens as a gift. Unlike when shopping for footwear for myself there were multiple pairs in multiple in the styles available. The staff were available to discuss the fit, sock options and offer the accessory care kit. Social distancing and safety procedures were in place including all staff properly wearing a mask. What made this visit even better is that I was able to find a pair of adidas that I liked. As to no surprise the size I needed was not available in store. The staff was able to process an order with free delivery to my home. Overall an easy shopping experience.

So, I just tried to return a pair of Vans I bought for my eight year old daughter. Sounds simple…read moreright? I couldn't believe the attitude I received!!! I like most of the world have returned things before but I walked out angry this time. I explained that I wanted to return or possibly get a store credit because I didn't have my receipt. I planned on giving them the card that I used to buy them so they could pull the purchase up and proceed. The shoes had been worn once and hurt my daughters feet. They said with attitude "they've been worn we don't take anything back that have been worn". My first thought was... I've had shoes before that have hurt before but I had to wear them first before I knew they wouldn't work out. Sometimes they feel ok in the store but then once you wear them for a bit they start to hurt. They also won't take the "non worn" shoes back without the box. I asked the guy if this was a new policy? He replied with asking me "would you want to buy used shoes". I was like say what!!! I just started walking out but I wanted to answer his question first. I said no I wouldn't want to buy used shoes and I didn't appreciate the attitude. I wanted to write this review to warn people about this policy of bringing the box and the brand new shoes to the store if you want a return or a credit. I worry for this young person. If he doesn't clean up the "tude" his life will be difficult. People don't want to deal with that. He needs to remember that you get what you give. Ok I'm done venting. Thank you!!!

I went back today after a long hiatus to just check again and see if things were any better since…read morethe initial opening. I was blown away for starters by the customer service from multiple employees. One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. This particular one has lots of parking and very centrally located. Prices are fair to the brands they offer. Oh I forgot they also have some snacks right near the check out. I had previously gone to a Foot Solutions in California, so I was excited to find one in Cincinnati. I ended up getting custom orthotics-- though pricey, they have worked out very well, and are worth every penny. I love how they take notes about your foot, gait, etc so they know which shoes to recommend. Of course, not every shoe is the most fashionable, but you can at least get an orthotic to fit into your other shoes. If you have difficulty finding shoes, I'd pay Foot Solutions a visit.

I don't come here often (because I'm a guy and....well....I'm a guy) but when I do, they always have what I need. It's pretty basic - A multi-story department store. If you want to know all they have, go to their website and check it out. Better yet, just go in and check it out. For the most part, service is typically great. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can usually find someone to assist you relatively easy. Would I go back? Yes. And, as I mentioned before, as a typical guy I go shopping when I need something. I know what I want, I go in, I get it, I pay for it, I leave. Now, let's say that you didn't try those pants on when you really should have. You get home and they're too big or........... or maybe you're too big.... whatever the case, grab the receipt and head on back. They'll take care of you. But, if you want to save yourself the trouble, go hit up that dressing room and see how sharp you look.
