You buy a tasting card at the counter and then you can try any six wines on their menu. Their most popular is the almond sparkling wine and they offer a variety of other flavors. We tried lots of different wines including the sauvignon blanc and petite sirah but our favorites were the different sparkling wines. It was less of a quiet wine-tasting vibe and more like a party-vibe. There were tons of people and we saw a lot of bachelorette parties. The music was loud and there was a fun social vibe. There were still some vineyards that you could walk through and take pictures, but the core of the action is where the food and drinks are. Even though it was geared toward adults I saw a lot of kids and strollers around. We spent a couple hours here drinking the different wines and relaxing at the table. It was fun to people-watch and just enjoy the experience and energy. If you are coming to Temecula Wine Country, this should be one of the places on your list to visit.

Each time we've come, we've had such a wonderful time. The food is always delicious and their variety of wines are superb. We recently came and brought new friends and they loved it. I understand that a larger group can be a bit overwhelming for the servers so we always try to commend them and thank them for their patience. This time it was Luke and like all Leoness staff, he was attentive, patient and knowledgeable. We asked him about his favorite wines and his recommendations were great! Wineries always have such a relaxing ambiance and beautiful atmosphere. Leoness is no exception and actually an exemplary winery when it comes to customer service. We parked at the lower lot and there was a golf cart that went around and picked us up to bring us to the top. The property is different than any other wineries. It has an outdoor relaxing vibe like being in the woods. You seat yourself. There's a QR code at the table to order and pay for your food. If you want to order drinks, walk up to the front hut to order and bring it back to your table. They are known for sangrias in red, white or rose. We got a pitcher of red. We also ordered a basket of fries and tenders. There were live country music band singing covers. The upper deck is for members only. There's even a lake but it was occupied by the wedding. We saw kids and pets. It's great for all ages. They also serve beer, juice and other drinks besides wine and sangria. When you leave the property, there's a shuttle station to take you back down to your car. It's also one of the few properties that open late until 10pm on Fri and Sat.

This type of winemaking differs from traditional wines because large ceramic vats are used in the winemaking process. Our tour guide was Hunter. He was very knowledgeable about the different varieties of grapes on the vineyard and was also able to describe how the vines grow, are trained, and pruned. He also explained the bottling process to us. After the tour, we returned to the tasting area where we met Kyle. He was doing a great job managing a bachelorette party. Both Kyle and Hunter kept it light and professional. The vineyard offered a great deal on a case of wine. Luckily, we drove out so we have a case to take home. I would recommend this place.
