Food was cold and order was wrong the biggest joke here is the bbq sauce 89 cents for one not even half container. The staff seemed overwhelmed and could care less on anything. I wont be coming back nor do I recommend this place on weekends. Maybe during their slow time they have better service. read more

Jollibee - Small portions on food - Fast Food Near Me - Milpitas, California

I love Jollibee and I think this location is one of the better ones, but my last visit was disappointing. I got there right before the lunch rush, with no one else in line. However it took about 45 minutes to get my order. I wouldn't have minded waiting since I knew the lunch rush was coming soon, but they were doing and shouting the numbers out of order. I was about #80, and they were already at 120. I asked for my order a couple times and they said something about a few more mins it'll be ready... I only wanted my fries, spaghetti with chicken plate, & pineapple juice! No wonder people wait around in that huge crowd! Seems like a lottery for your number to be called. For the chicken bucket, I recommend getting half original & half spicy. If I'm with my family I get either their family pack of palabok or spaghetti, sometimes both depending if my family was nice to me that day LOL. I also recommend getting their pineapple juice! read more

After watching a lot of videos on social media, I decided to try Jollibee. All the hypes are true. Thoroughly enjoyed the food.

It's fast food. I ordered online was able to pick up the food at the designated time slot and the food was nice and hot. So service is fine if you order ahead.... Social media said the Fried chicken here was awarded the best fried chicken compared to KFC, Popeyes, and other restaurants. And with that vote I can agree with. It wasn't too greasy or burnt and had the right amount of crispiness to it. The spicy option was not spicy but shouldn't be a problem if you have some hot digits sauce. The spaghetti however was way too sweet coming in at 18grams per serving. I'm not a fan of food being sweet when it's not suppose to be. Flavor outside of the sweetness was good. Was that hot dog for the meat? It's just okay... Eating here once in a while is alright for your fried chicken cravings. Any more would send you the hospital with a bad kidney and clogged heart. read more

This location is frequently out of spicy chicken so if you planning for spicy I would not recommend this place.

If you thinking about "trying to go faster route" do not follow the online time stamp to pick up your food. Ordered at 6pm: pick up at 6:17pm and it's already 6:50pm and I'm still waiting in line for my food. Ordered a bucket of jollibee chicken joy. No sides. Mr. Jowell was helpful & very friendly. I love the new look.. more seatings for weekend and family to enjoy indoor meals. The line for the dine in moved quickly but the line for the order for pick up was not moving as fast as it should be. Another person next to me was waiting for more than 20 min for his online order also , I'm not sure what was going on for online orders. read more

I went at the Jollibee in Great Mall. I was in line at 7:00 pm and order done by 7:24 pm. What time I got my food, 8:04 pm!!! The timing of the food is way off. All my other orders are ready, but have to wait for the chicken. The chicken is ready and now waiting for the gravy. And the server has the audacity to ask if I want my chicken without gravy. The managers should stop accepting customers if they cannot give all our food on time. The wait time is ridiculous. They have two managers on duty and all keeping quiet, not updating guests who are waiting. Servers playing around because it's busy but the orders are not all there. This has been an ongoing problem at this branch. read more

Jollibee - Fast Food Near Me - Milpitas, California

I like this Jollibee location since it's right next door to Red Ribbon and there's plently of parking since it's at the mall. The staff is always so nice! Finding a table can be hard during peak times so I would recommend that one person in your group hold the seats while the rest order. It can take a little bit long for the food depending on the rush but the buzzer helps so that you don't have to wait around at the front. read more

50 mins wait after placing my order and then they told me they are out of spicy chicken when I walked up to ask for my order. The man in gray suit said to me: what can we do we don't have chicken . They should have told me earlier when I placed the order. I wouldn't want to wait for over an hour here for the chicken!!! Bad bad bad read more

Finally I got to be able to try Jollibee! This one is located conveniently just inside of the entrances of Great Mall on the east side. There's an outdoor patio with signage so you can see it from the parking lot. I came for a later lunch at about 1pm but it was still quite busy. There was only one cashier taking orders while the rest of the staff were hustling to get orders together. I went with the basic Chick'N'Joy C1 combo which was 2 pieces of chicken, a side, and a drink for $6.99 plus tax. I was really surprised to find out that the pineapple juice was included and wasn't just limited to the fountain drinks. I'm not sure what the make of the pineapple juice was but it tasted pretty good. It wasn't excessively sweet and didn't taste too artificial but I can't vouch for whether it was real juice or not. After you place your order you get a pager which is pretty helpful. I was grabbing my order to go but it was so busy there wasn't a spare table to hang out at and there wasn't really a good spot to stand so I couldn't help but feel like I was in the way because of how busy it was. The chicken and fries that I got survived a short drive in the car and held up really well! The skin was still crispy and the inside was quite juicy. There was one thigh piece and one drumstick. I can't put my finger on why but both the chicken and the gravy had sort of a sweet undertone which was kind of strange to me. The fries survived the drive as well but they weren't my favorite in terms of flavor once again. A pretty safe choice but I think I still prefer your average Popeye's. read more

Horrible service. Expect a 20-30 min wait after your scheduled pick-up time. That team of staff has no communication skills to their customers. They lack team work & basic people skills. Worst JB I've ever been too. read more

Friendly service and awesome food . Wish there were more locations in San José . Save room for pie and their drink is so good

6 Pc Chickenjoy Bucket (regular): 7/10. In terms of fried chicken, I think KFC or Popeye's makes better chicken; but the gravy they provide adds to the fried chicken Big Yumburger: 5/10. Average burger, on the sweet side. Classic Chicken Sandwich: 4/10. Chicken was dry. French Fries: 0/10. The fries were so dry and tasteless; needed more salt. Jolly Spaghetti: 7/10. Again on the sweet side but unique; I didn't care for the cut up hot dog in the spaghetti Palabok Fiesta: 3/10. A white noodle dish with sauce, shrimp, and eggs. The noodles were too soggy. Peach Mango Pie: 8/10. Not too sweet which I like. read more

The feeling of ordering fried chicken from Jollibee and the cash register fixes your order so you get better bang for your buck definitely deserves 5 stars by itself! "Good Jollibee noon sir, please have a Jollibee day" hehe so cute. If you haven't had Jollibee fried chicken(I like mine spicy) you're missing out. It's really crunchy outside and juicy inside. 3.5 stars. Nothing says loving for a Filipino then a fresh Bucket of Jollibee fried chicken fresh from the fryer. Spaghetti so delicious with those slices of hot dog and their delicious spicy fried chicken. Today I woke Up the kids and surprised them by driving them here. There is a Starbucks 5 steps away. Minus one star because they decided to open at 8:30 Instead of their posted time of 8am. There were like about 15 people already in line. We ordered 1 breakfast chicken joy with egg and steamed rice for each kid 1 spaghetti 2 pineapple juice Adobo rice 6 piece bucket all spicy Food here is consistent for Filipino fast food Staff are hot and cold. Some people are really sweet and sometimes they get stressed out and can be a little abrupt. It just depends on the time of day. That Pineapple Juice is fire!!!!!!! read more

Why Jollibee in the us doesnt not have white meat like wings and breast part of the chicken ??

How can you can these many employees working AND STILL mess up my order.. wow! First off they took 15 mins to serve me my fresh spicy chicken which was indeed delicious but they forgot my pineapple juice and Jolli hotdog which is my fault but you'd think they'd not forget especially with the receipt order in front of them. Aside from this mess up, I did enjoy their fried chicken and palabok. The place can get real busy so make sure to arrive during down times. read more

Its been a while since I came to Jollibee and I decided to come here since I was at the mall. They blocked off the entrance inside the mall so you can only enter from the outside and you have to wait for an employee to open the door for you which I found a bit odd but maybe it's for restricting the number of people inside.  They only had three small tables inside to dine in so most people got their food to go. The chicken and spaghetti are always great here. Definitely dip the chicken in the gravy! Their gravy is the best gravy I've ever had. They also have a new ube pie which I LOVED. I like it better than the peach mango pie. The Pineapple juice is SOO GOOD. It's super refreshing. They also just released chicken tenders which I tried. They were a bit dry so I wouldn't get it again. Their fries are also pretty average. Sadly when I came they ran out of chicken tenders. They had to freshly make some more so I had to wait 20+ minutes for my order. They gave me a free drink for the wait which was nice but I was in a hurry so that was unfortunate. read more

Spaghetti and chicken joy with gravy, can't go wrong with that!!! Love the Filipino sweet spaghetti! My husband and I ordered the meal and added rice on the side. No doubt this location is very busy they have lines to the door and a small dinning area. The staff is friendly and they definitely work efficiently! They also add gravy to your order. My husband loves the gravy and literally drinks it and something he normally wouldn't do with other gravy's which I find so funny and the highest compliment to jollibee. The chicken is well made and very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The spaghettis so flavorful with the sweet sauce and cheese and hotdog. Can't wait to have this establishment come closer to home read more

I tried Jollibee for the first time at this location. Chicken alone, I say 4 stars. Prices are pretty reasonable compared to other fast food chicken. The mango pie is forgettable, not sure what the hype is there. Despite coming in at non-peak hours, the place was packed with customers. Getting your order in took quite a while, but getting your food went a lot faster than expected (they also ran out of gravy). If there is any way to order in advance, that's your best bet. The line was neck and neck, no social distancing, and really a COVID cesspool. If you're COVID conscious this isn't the location for you. read more

Does your favorite chicken spark joy? Mine does. Sometimes it's hard to be absolute about these things, but yeah, the Chickenjoy does it for me, with spaghetti, and gravy, and mango peach pie, "and that's all I need...and these matches...." To me Jollibee is on the same level as McDonald's, an institution which defines the quick service version of a certain cuisine, in this case Filipino food. I love this style, how cooks in the Phillipines take so many different foods and put their own unique spin on them. Did they invent spaghetti? No. Were they the first to put little hot dog slices in it? Probably not, and while Jollibee isn't going to get a Michelin star for their offering, if you put it on your plate, with a piece of their fried chicken you will feel at home, wherever your home may be, however far away you are, regardless of your cultural background. If that wasn't good enough they have peach mango pies, little empanada-like personal sized deserts stuffed with a filling as hot as Hades and the flavors of Xanadu. I don't get Jollibee much because I don't live very close to one and they get super busy, but I mentioned Chickenjoy recently to a colleague who has a serious Popeye's addiction. He hadn't tried it. He scoffed. Oh yeah? It's like that? We'll see.... So Tuesday rolled around and Jollibee has a family pack deal: six piece Chickenjoy with a family size Spaghetti for $19.99. I drove over to the fairly new location in Great Mall early, before it was busy. I ordered two family packs for my office, one spicy one original. I also ordered one peach mango pie. I ate it myself on the way back. I burned the roof of my mouth and everything. Serves me right for being stingy and not buying one for everybody, but they're expensive and I didn't want to totally blow their mind all at once. Better save something for later. Still I deserved one. Finders fee. I delivered the goods. Everybody loaded their plates a couple times and we still had left-overs. The Popeye's addict liked it. He isn't going to admit how much. That's ok, I made my point. Jollibee has lots of other stuff on their menu. I'm stuck on chickenjoy, spaghetti and mango peach pie. I tried a Yum Burger once and it was appropriately named. I may never try the other stuff, but you know what they say about saying never. Overall, I give Jollibee a 4+, but the location in Great Mall Milpitas is a 5+. The people are super nice. I dare you to leave feeling the same or worse than when you arrived. Just try. It's also new and clean. That doesn't hurt either. read more

First time ever for me to be at jollibee! It was busy but the lines and the time it took to receive your orders were pretty fast moving. We got the bucket of chicken and the kids spaghetti meal. The chicken was delicious and I loved the mushroom gravy that came with it. My kid devour the spaghetti! Next time gotta order a bigger portion! I need to go back and get the mango pie, it looks delish. The most surprising thing was the pineapple refresher drink, it was light and not too sweet, might even be better if they somehow added some spritzer to it and make it sparkly. Can't wait for the one in Hayward to open up so that I will be regular there! read more

Never really had a Filipino fried chicken before... and verdict? I like it, I like it a lot! Ordered C 1: The combo consists of two good old fried chicken (original or spicy), your choice of sides (rice, spaghetti, fries, etc.) and drink. It was a pretty enjoyable combo and my favorite one has got to be their original chicken, it was cooked perfectly, moist meat and crispy skin (the spicy was a little dry) and I've always LOVED having my fried chicken with gravy! YUM! The spaghetti was also something different, a good combination of sweet and salty - so addicting. The peach mango pie was that guilty pleasure that I can have all day long, and having it with pineapple juice made it was even more perfect! read more

We do takeout and the chicken is always moist, crispy skin and flavorful. Honestly if you are craving something fried and inexpensive Jollibee is the way to go. Whenever I go the the mall with my family, we always make it a point to eat at Jollibee! This Jollibee is located across from Starbucks. There is a bakery connected to Jollibee called Red Ribbon. It looks a bit small inside at first glance, but if you keep walking down the restaurant there is a whole back room with plenty of seats and tables! I always order the chicken or palabok. They never disappoint! The chicken is always crispy and tender, love dipping it in gravy. Another thing that you should try dipping in gravy are the french fries! I love the pineapple juice drink they serve here too, super nice and refreshing - a great way to end a delicious meal. Can't wait to come back :) read more

I typically avoid writing reviews for big chain places, but this is an exception. The reason being is specifically to announce my recent discovery that this Jollibee location serves ube pie! I don't know how long this has been around, but all my friends are fake for not letting me know sooner (half-joking). Anyways, it was great like I expected. So good, I ended up going back and getting some again the day after! On another note, as the chicken sandwich wars continue to heat up in the fast food industry, I would also like to highlight that Jollibee is a great contender and deserves more recognition! Each place has it's own spin, and what I enjoy about Jollibee's sandwich is the garlic aioli that comes inside. Easy to say, I'll be getting Jollibee more often now. read more

Jollibee is an iconic Filipino fast food joint that specializes in western food with a Filipino twist. While they serve some traditional Filipino food like palabok, they serve hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, and spaghetti. I'll be frank - don't come here for the hamburgers... they're expensive and not that special. However they do have a mushroom gravy hamburger steak which I hear is good, and non-Filipinos seem to enjoy the cheese hot dog. I think the best things here are the spaghetti, fried chicken, and palabok. Jolibee spaghetti is well known - it's much sweeter than traditional Italian tomato sauce and true to Filipino twists, has hot dogs in addition the ground meat. The fried chicken is amazing - their Chicken Joy is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It also has incredible flavor - some people may find it on the salty side but I find it way more savory than KFC or Popeye's. Best part is that it comes with a side of gravy for dipping! Seriously, it's a great combination. My usual meal here is the palabok fiesta with a side of fried chicken. Their palabok is very good - not sure how to describe the flavor, but the sauce has an addictive savory taste that goes well with the mild rice noodles. It's not too fishy either, which can be a problem with some palabok dishes. The side of fried chicken is always a generous piece that goes well with the palabok. If you're trying the sweet spaghetti, have it with some fried chicken. Fried chicken and spaghetti are a Filipino comfort combination. They also have some Filipino desserts like halo halo - perfect if you have a craving for something sweet. I prefer to get their pearl drinks, especially their buko flavor. The boba isn't that great here since it always seems to be under cooked so very chewy or frozen from the drink, so fair warning. One issue I have with this place always seems to be crowded... they share the space with a Red Ribbon on the other side. With the convenience of the Great Mall and this being the only location in the area, expect a line and some difficulty finding seating. I normally get my meals to go here. Also service is hit or miss - although it's a fast food location in America, it still seems to hold the Filipino standards of customer service. ;) Again, it's a bit more expensive for fast food... like their Chicken Joy is way more expensive than KFC (although it tastes better). Costco sells discounted Jolibee gift cards, which are handy if you come here often. read more
