I love Jollibee. Hands down, it's my favorite fried chicken. I've tried a lot of fried chicken places, and this one is easily my top choice. That said, consistency is always the issue with Jollibee locations in general. They're often either out of spicy fried chicken or get the order wrong. I always order all thighs, and at many locations they'll still throw in a leg instead. This location is one of the better ones. They've never messed up my all-thigh order, which I really appreciate. The downside is that, like most Jollibee locations, they tend to run out of spicy fried chicken pretty often. Even so, I'll keep coming back because this spot is still more reliable than the Alameda location, which doesn't even offer palabok. Overall, one of the more consistent Jollibees around, just wish they'd keep spicy in stock. read more

Location is pretty new and plenty of tables but this main location is busy. There is private parking in front and back. Expect a crowd as this is inside Seafood Market. She made me and my family wait 50 minutes for our food after pick-up only to tell us that our order had been canceled and I needed to wait in another 20 minute line to re-order the same items without any appeasement. Food is good, I'm from Florida so I was lowkey comparing the Jolibee there. Only thing is that they watered down the pineapple juice a lot compared to what I've had. Service was slower than I was used to as well, but not too agonizing -- it's just there weren't a lot of customers (there were two families already eating there) and I didn't order a lot, but I got my food almost 30 minutes after I ordered. Dipped in the gravy it helps mellow out some of the spice. The chicken never fails to be extra juicy and fall off the bone. The palabok is good for fast food. Add the lemon packets for some balance. This is mainly garlic flavor. Has egg slices and some pork and sauce. The adobo rice is usually hit or miss sometimes can be dry. The lychee ice tea is bomb. Refreshing and not too sweet. The mango peach pie is amazing when still warm and crispy. Be careful when you eat it because the filling literally spills onto your hands like drippy goopy bliss. I went here with my family 6 days ago. I was intrigued because my experiences with Jollibee have been very limited. I reviewed the Union City location back in 2012. The menu for the chain has changed a lot in recent years. For example, tocino and halo-halo and hotdogs aren't served at some U.S. locations. I will partly order Jolly Spaghetti later because hotdog pieces are included. A lot of staff was around. They worked hard and were thorough. Our cashier was male. Princess might refer to the young woman who handed me the food. Lol. We had to wait about 5 minutes for our order. The seating capacity is only about 50, but it's really nice inside. This location basically has the look of a fancy bar. Black Friday: The fountain machine was out of order. Some customers ordered specialty drinks, but this still wasn't cool. Note: All prices include tax. Peach Mango Pie ($3.31): 10/10. My son devoured the pie in the car. He loved it even though it was slippery (he felt rushed to eat it, and this kept my wife from getting a piece- she will order her own pie next time). KATSEYE Special: KBBQ Chicken Sandwich ($8.85): 8/10. My son's sandwich wasn't plain, but I can't really blame the cashier. I got (2) 12 piece bucket for $27 each, that comes with legs, thighs and 2 large gravy, one bucket spicy. Only complain is that it wasn't spicy at all, need more kick!!! Service was fairly quick as it as we ordered in advance. They take a picture of the order before packing it up. This was more than enough for the two of us for 2 meals. I hate giving bad reviews. Got off work, all I wanted is my once-in-a-while cheatday at Jollibee. Personally, I don't favor this location. Been here once, and the drive to the Union City location didn't make sense for me after work. Back to this location. On several ocassions now, I have walked up to the cashiers area to place an order and wait 7-8 minutes without anyone giving me attention. If I attempt to get someones attention, they look the other way like they are busy and already have enough business. When I arrive, I can observe plenty of chicken already cooked and being kept warm... its not like they are struggling to stockpile more ready-to-serve food. Ultimately, I leave without placing an order and I observe the same with some other locals. If there is no one at the front working as cashier, its a signal they don't really want your business at that point in time or they already have so many orders that it might take them 30 minutes plus to take care of you.... perhaps they never got their break or perhaps someone called in sick and everyone is having to cover a little more... I feel they need a few digital kiosks or they need a way to present their queue so that people dont get the wrong impression for being ignored. I really like this location but when a business cannot even maintain their store front for receiving orders, its an unhealthy sign and things need to change. read more

I went for the combo meal that included mango peach pie, and for an additional $.50 the pineapple quencher. My side was the Mac n cheese; gravy automatically comes with the chicken. The chicken was crispy, sneaky spicy as it accumulate with each bite until you feel sweat from your brow. The two pieces were drumstick and thigh. The pineapple quencher was alright, just a hint of pineapple, not too sweet. My dining buddy was alright with her chicken and disappointed at not having any Korean chicken. The pineapple really went well with the chicken in my opinion. I came when they just opened after shopping at the near by shops and they already had a few customers inside. I ordered take out online, but the line was confusing for take out. I was in the regular line and a lady just cut me in line, and got her takeout order before me. I guess there is no line for takeout orders? Lucky my order was packed in a secure bag, and it included a lot of extra utensils. Wish they had spicy fried chickens, but they were sold out. The ube pie was interesting, but I don't think the crust mix well with the ube paste. My brother had the mango pie, and he said it was ok for him as well. Glad we got some gravy, which made the fried chicken so much better. It's was super crispy, but the flavor alone was bland. Once we found it, we noticed it's right near the entrance doors to the building. But oh well. we eventually found it. I was sad to see they don't offer corn anymore as a side!!!! I then tasted my husband's fries, and his were the same. I went up to tell the worker, she took the bags from me and didn't apologize. My husband and I continued eating our meal.
