Idk if it's with all Jollibee's but their customers and staff at any location seem to get confused how to order or take orders. Always seems to take longer to take orders as well and this location is no exception. they do have the electronics kiosk but I refuse to use them. The amount of people that were able to use them to place their order vs the cashier was surprisingly effective. They give you electronic buzzers, but for some reason the customers that had taken their orders at the only cashier after me with the same or similar sized orders had received their orders way before mines even went off ! I had to approach them a few times to check up on my orders after witnessing everyone leave before my buzzer went off. Spicy chicken deserved 5/5 as everyone said they were shocked it was actually spicy. Original was just as good 4/5. Pies were 5/5. We frequent Jollibee from time to time. They forgot to fill my items so I had to keep going back up to the counter. Doesn't matter everything was just as it always is. I love Jollibee. Hands down, it's my favorite fried chicken. I've tried a lot of fried chicken places, and this one is easily my top choice. That said, consistency is always the issue with Jollibee locations in general. They're often either out of spicy fried chicken or get the order wrong. I always order all thighs, and at many locations they'll still throw in a leg instead. This location is one of the better ones. They've never messed up my all-thigh order, which I really appreciate. The downside is that, like most Jollibee locations, they tend to run out of spicy fried chicken pretty often. Even so, I'll keep coming back because this spot is still more reliable than the Alameda location, which doesn't even offer palabok. This is mainly garlic flavor. Has egg slices and some pork and sauce. The adobo rice is usually hit or miss sometimes can be dry. The lychee ice tea is bomb. Refreshing and not too sweet. The menu for the chain has changed a lot in recent years. For example, tocino and halo-halo and hotdogs aren't served at some U.S. locations. Ultimately, I leave without placing an order and I observe the same with some other locals. If there is no one at the front working as cashier, its a signal they don't really want your business at that point in time or they already have so many orders that it might take them 30 minutes plus to take care of you.... perhaps they never got their break or perhaps someone called in sick and everyone is having to cover a little more... I feel they need a few digital kiosks or they need a way to present their queue so that people dont get the wrong impression for being ignored.
