I haven't been to 5GB in a long time. Decided to give their BLT a try and OMG they layered the bacon on. Since I didn't dine in I asked if I could have the lettuce and tomato on the side. So when I got home I can finish assembling it so it's not soggy. The fries were flavorful and fresh and they give you tons. The workers here are super nice and friendly. I ordered Cajun fries, but instead of seasoning the fries, they put my burgers at the bottom of the bag, dumped all the Cajun seasoning onto the foil, and then threw plain fries on top. There's this ongoing division among hamburger lovers as to whether Five Guys is the best or it's overrated. I actually fall somewhere in between. This was my first time and I thought it was pretty good. It's delightful that you can get a little tray of complimentary peanuts while you wait for your order. The fries were pretty decent and you certainly get a generous amount, but I don't know that they were epic. The burger patty was really good, but when you get everything in terms of the toppings, beware that the burgers prone to falling apart. There is no elegant way of eating this thing. Meh...just not sold on these burgers. Ordered two cheese and one patty melt all three were made the same slopy way. No difference between the three. The guys seemed more interested in joking around by the grill and talking than putting food out. The burgers sat on the counter probably 5 minutes... I guess waiting to be made?? First time trying to BLT. It was loaded with bacon to a point where you would have to open your mouth super wide. Bacon was extra crispy not what I'm used to which are two pieces of thick bacon. Anybody seen the burger comparison on Ig? Where the McD's burger didn't decompose after 2 months and 5 guys burger started rotting after 1 day? This is basically natural ingredients vs synthetic ingredients. Once again my bf was surprised I never had Five Guys. So one day he decided to treat me to some burgers at Five Guys! Everything is ordered separately to the fires to the drinks, all paid separately! They have complementary peanuts which I think is funny never seen that before lol. My bf ordered himself a double cheeseburger with regular fries and I ordered a regular cheeseburger w/ Cajun fries..yum!! Keep in mind I'm not fully aware these burgers are HUGE!!! Once we got our food I was in shock!! I knew I cannot finish the whole burger by myself lol. I loved the Cajun fries it had a hint of spiciness to it which I loved. You can never have too many fries. But my CHEESEburger was awesome! Comes with double patty and all the fixings including mushrooms if you wanted. I like thick steak cut fries that are both soggy and crispy and Five Guys offers it. My partner tried their "All the Way" regular burger for $11. He said the burger tastes like "In n Out" except "Five Guys" prices are quadrupole that of "In n Out". "Five Guys burger buns are thin to where they disintegrate, causing a messy burger-eating experience. Overall, my partner thinks "In n Out" burgers are more worth it for the price and taste. Although I do like "Five Guys" fries, it is pretty expensive. You do get a lot of fries even if you order a small size so that is worth it. read more

I have been here a few times at different times of the day, first thing in the morning, busy weekend lunch crowd, and close to closing. The staff is always friendly. The food is pretty good. My toasted cheese with extra patty was a bit burnt for my liking but still better than going to a faster food joint. My thing is cleanliness. It's never really clean. I'm heavily biased as I've been going to Five guys since their beginnings in DC. You know about their hamburgers, to rival in and out. (Obviously better in my east coast native opinion) Peanut allergy beware they use peanut oil in their fries, and have roasted peanuts in the dining room for free. (I love love love eating the peanuts as I wait for my burger to get ready) I often order from here from door dash which is always good. Five Guys is one of my favorite burger chains and this location was just disappointing. I came in on Tuesday afternoon. I was the only one in the store and ordered 2 burgers total -- a Hamburger and a Cheeseburger, plus a side of fries. It took almost 20-25 minutes for the food to come out. That's quite a long wait even for some sit-down restaurants, and this is a fast food joint so I expected the wait to be even shorter. The patties were juicy and well seasoned. The option to add mushroom is the reason I like Five Guys so much. However, the fries were so incredibly salty I could barely eat it and had to throw almost the whole bag away. read more

The fries came way overly seasoned to a point that they were not edible and the burger did not have bacon on it but it did have what appeared to be some kind of grease all over it. It also doesn't have the sauces that I ordered. You need to review your staff working closing on sunday January 12th. This is a health issue. I should not have mystery grease all over my food.
