Went here to pick up my mobile order for 6 tacos around 12pm on 10/21. Right off the bet, the lady at the drive thru was rude but I didn't mind it since I just had to pick up my food. However, I checked my tacos before leaving the drive thru and saw that the one taco I checked had cheese in it. I was glad I checked because I came here the other night and left with tacos with cheese in them even though I ordered with no cheese. I went back to the lady and told her there's cheese. Just got home with a $50 order. Jumbo jack w/cheese meal w/ vanilla shake & fries, ultimate cheeseburger meal w/ root beer & fries, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 onion rings, a reg french fry & 3pc chicken strips. First, there was nobody at the counter when I walked in. Took about 3-4 min for the young lady working the drive thru to take my order. She gave me a cup to fill my soda but the machine wasn't working properly. I waited at the counter again for at least 5 min for thw other older lady to sorta acknowledge me. Finally she filled the drink from behind the counter. Why are they just ignoring customers. Another couple came in and left after a few min. Nobody at the counter. I told her the order didn't look right. The lady, who I assume was the lead or manager, said the order quickly, it sounded right. BUT, They left off a med french fry from one of the meals, the separate reg french fry, gave me 2 orders of burnt onion rings, no sauce for the chicken strips. The lead or manager lady was running the fryers and trying to figure out someone's chicken bowl order that wasn't correct. So to her I say, $50 is a-lot for fast food. The very least you could do is keep a better eye on the fryers. And hire more staff!! I will not be going to this jack in the box ever again. Sad, It used to be good. read more

When I approached the speaker to place my order, an employee asked what we would like to order and another staff repeated the same question seconds after in which I thought was very unprofessional. He disappeared for a moment and then started laughing and said "Oh shit, what do you want?" We approached the next window, where I saw another young man wearing gloves which he used the same gloves to pick up his pants and I immediately thought that this was very unsanitary. Infection control went down the drain. When I came home to eat my meal my beef patty was missing which was the important part of the cheeseburger, obviously. So let's begin with this review and how this location failed to exceed my expectation of customer service. After a fun night on the town my friend and I decided to go to Jack in the box which is conveniently open 24 hours (thank you for that) Are Uber driver was so nice we wanted to give him a cup of coffee on us. We pull up to the drive-through ordered our food and asked for the coffee. the shift lead on duty informed us that they have no coffee, This immediately seemed off as I knew that coffee is very easy to make and readily in stock. Having experience with the Jack-in-the-Box chain I felt that that this was not completely accurate and begin commenting on whether or not there was actually coffee available or if the crew was too lazy to switch out a new cup of coffee. There were three cars in front of us and I knew that by the time a fresh brew of hot cup of coffee was put on it would have been ready. Being very familiar with the brand I know that Jack in the box prides themselves on ready to order service which ensures that food is hot and fresh. I begin making comments after our order was placed. I begin to rant about my very possibility of being a mystery shopper . We pulled up to the window and the shift lead on duty took payment Ben said he is aware about mystery shoppers and said that he would give us a fresh brew of coffee at no charge. I was delighted and saddened at the same time because I felt like the only reason we got coffee was because of my Kantor about being a mystery shopper. I get it graveyard shift is very difficult there is a lot that needs to be done to turn this shit before the next morning but I should not have to talk about mystery shoppers before I get the quality service that Jack in the box chain promotes. I informed the shit sleep that I would in fact do a review he said that he was not from this exact store location. I cannot stress how important it is to treat each customer With the same quality of service that you would treat a mystery shopper.
