This location has a great team. I want to give a shoutout to Miguel, Gaby and David. They go above and beyond to take care of my family. My family got an extra sticker because we all love the movie gremlins. We just picked up the food inside and it was a lovely simple and clean environment. Thank you all for your hospitality and wonderful customer service! read more

All we ever order is tacos. The cheap ones. Using the app. And the Mini-Tacos Loaded. No burgers, no fries, no drinks. Yesterday's order was for two Tacos and two Sauced & Loaded Tiny Tacos. The app said that the order would be ready at 1:18pm. There were 5 employees inside. One at the register; two with headsets and two making the food. Only one customer at a time in and out. Pretty slow for "fast food". Can't imagine what it would be like if it had been "busy". read more

I really used to love Jack-in-the-Box five years ago, but it seems like every time I come to Jack-in-the-Box especially this location. It's such a disappointment. I paid $22 for a jack spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. They totally forgot the cheese there is no mayonnaise on the burger and my large curly fry was half a box completely cold and the thing that also sucks is we have to beg these employees to make our food fresh after spending $22? read more

More a review of the app and it's interface with the restaurant. Ordered a late night meal with the tacos and halfsies fries. They.... Substituted the tacos for 3 freaking onion rings which is just .... Stupid. The app has nowhere to report this except to the driver and what's he going to do? Just ridiculous. read more

I go twice a week to get a morning mocha to start my day. Once in awhile, Nellie is working the drive thru. She always provides service with a smile and kindness. My mocha is tasty and I appreciate her so much. Great customer service isn't that easy to get anymore, and she's a true asset to this location. I appreciate this start to my day! read more

I'm not sure what's changed recently, but it's disappointing. I don't even like complaining, but this recent visit has me super irritated. I used to love going to this specific location, but the workers lately are super unqualified. I ordered #25 & #27, like i usually do. I had a friendly conversation with the worker, and everything was good. Got my order after a reasonable time, then realized my order was incorrect. I went back & they said they would fix it, there was just some miscommunication?, which is completely fine. Not my fault. I waited even longer, they gave me my updated order. I was so tired I went home without checking. The second order was incorrect again. So I paid for two different things that I did not order. Super frustrating, and I don't care about the money or food of it all. But it's just the principle. Like get it correct please. Another weird thing: The first time I asked for honey mustard, they said they were out. When I came back, they suddenly had some? Idk it's weird read more

The food was very good and tasty, additionally the drinks tasted exquisite and the variety was incredible. On top of that the service was amazing, especially Maggy who was very friendly and kind. The whole crew of workers were good. The ambiance was also good. read more

Food was okay, my issue is what I assume to be the Generally Manager working the drive thru. I was ordering my food and then handed my card to the window as you would. He then proceeds to slightly close the window and start making fun of me, my appearance and my attire to his coworker inside. He was speaking in Spanish and probably assumed I wouldn't understand him but I did. He was calling me obscenities and all that stuff. This is completely unprofessional and horribly rude. I would not recommend going here unless you wanna be berated in Spanish. read more

Was craving a milkshake so we went here to grab a quick one. We ordered two regular sized milkshakes and they were over $10!! Wtf?!? The regular sizes decreased in size and cost more? Guess they're following this trend. Not only were the smaller sized milkshakes overpriced, they handed us generic straws that weren't even wrapped! Can I say ewwwwww? We asked for an actual straw and they said that's all they have. It's a bendy straw you buy in a 100 pack from the dollar store. It's beyond gross to be handed an unwrapped straw after they just touched money, credit cards, and whatever else. They went straight into the garbage. We weren't about to put our mouths on a germ ridden milkshake sucker. I grabbed a spoon and ate it that way instead. Overall you're better off grabbing a dollar frosty from Wendy's or going to Safeway and getting ice cream and milk. read more

Went here to pick up my mobile order for 6 tacos around 12pm on 10/21. Right off the bet, the lady at the drive thru was rude but I didn't mind it since I just had to pick up my food. However, I checked my tacos before leaving the drive thru and saw that the one taco I checked had cheese in it. I was glad I checked because I came here the other night and left with tacos with cheese in them even though I ordered with no cheese. I went back to the lady and told her there's cheese. She rudely replied "there's no cheese." I said I checked and there was cheese and she said "did you check all of them?" I said no..... I was in the drive thru... I was surprised that she thought I had enough time to go through all 6 tacos there. Maybe she thought I had super speed super power? Unfortunately, I don't. She rudely asked for the bag back and then came back with a new one. No word was said, she handed me the bag and then closed the window. The whole experience was bizarre. From her gaslighting me and saying there is no cheese, to her thinking I have super speed to check all 6 tacos. I don't expect an apology, it's a drive thru. However, I still thought when a mistake like this is made, the worker would at least be nice about it instead of making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I'm highly allergic to milk and this situation could actually kill me. read more

Been here twice and the sheriffs were here. They say where the cops eat is a good sign. There's plenty of parking, so there's just me and the 5-O. Super clean store and very friendly staff. Such poor service I've been in line for 10min. It's 1:25am and they haven't given us our food don't come here.

We ordered 2 big breakfasts and got 2 egg and cheese sandwiches instead. When we approached the cashier about this discrepancy he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked if they don't serve big breakfasts anymore he just shrugged his shoulders again. Never again! read more

Super slow. Mobile ordering means nothing to this location. My food wasn't ready and I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes

Morons working with managers that are morons...they would not ring my order up on the drive thru cash register because their dining area counter machine broke. And too many cars in driveway sorry.. Apparently this restaurant doesn't think that all the great sauces that the Jack-the-box franchise has to offer matter to their customers. You have to ask for sauces and even online orders that say they come with sauce, this restaurant does not include. A very poor way to impress their customers. This happens repeatedly at this restaurant and I strongly suggest choosing a different Jack-in-the-box. read more

Just got home with a $50 order. Jumbo jack w/cheese meal w/ vanilla shake & fries, ultimate cheeseburger meal w/ root beer & fries, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 onion rings, a reg french fry & 3pc chicken strips. First, there was nobody at the counter when I walked in. Took about 3-4 min for the young lady working the drive thru to take my order. She gave me a cup to fill my soda but the machine wasn't working properly. I waited at the counter again for at least 5 min for thw other older lady to sorta acknowledge me. Finally she filled the drink from behind the counter. Why are they just ignoring customers. Another couple came in and left after a few min. Nobody at the counter. I told her the order didn't look right. The lady, who I assume was the lead or manager, said the order quickly, it sounded right. BUT, They left off a med french fry from one of the meals, the separate reg french fry, gave me 2 orders of burnt onion rings, no sauce for the chicken strips. The lead or manager lady was running the fryers and trying to figure out someone's chicken bowl order that wasn't correct. So to her I say, $50 is a-lot for fast food. The very least you could do is keep a better eye on the fryers. And hire more staff!! I will not be going to this jack in the box ever again. Sad, It used to be good. read more

Lol. Please change the hours and have the courtesy to say that it is closed when people go through the drive thru. Literally said nothing even though I said, "Hello? Are you open?" But promptly responds when I make a negative remark. Too bad I was already driving away so I couldn't hear. I probably wouldn't have understood them anyway, lol. NOT OPEN 24HRS read more

I do not write negative reviews but this one was much needed. When I approached the speaker to place my order, an employee asked what we would like to order and another staff repeated the same question seconds after in which I thought was very unprofessional. He disappeared for a moment and then started laughing and said "Oh shit, what do you want?" We approached the next window, where I saw another young man wearing gloves which he used the same gloves to pick up his pants and I immediately thought that this was very unsanitary. Infection control went down the drain. When I came home to eat my meal my beef patty was missing which was the important part of the cheeseburger, obviously. I called to make the complaint but the phone was a busy dial tone for the entire night. I did not want to go back to the restaurant because of the unworthy staff that I just experienced. I hope that they would hire more staff that are pleasant and actually follow the policy even if it's just Jack in the Box. It's quite disappointing and I was hoping to speak with the main manager who does the hiring for this location. read more

The little girl working the drive thru this morning was so high she couldn't even take anyone's orders. She pretended to be deaf because she was too lazy to do her job. Drive Thru Service was absolutely terrible. I was told by one of the employees that the one taking my order's name was Anna. She was so disrespectful and seemed upset that she had to take our order. We asked if she could please report our order because she gave us no time to review it and instead of doing so, she just says the total and we ask again politely if she could repeat our order and she completely walks away from the window and makes a different employee do her job for her. Would not recommend this location at all. Terrible management and no respect for customers one bit. read more

We ordered through their website, paid for the food, only to arrive at a closed Jack in the Box. There was an employee sitting in the dining room eating by himself, but everything else was closed and the doors were locked. Review from 10/9/22: After a concert, my family & I decided to stop by Jack in the Box. We arrived hungry & left hungry. After ordering & paying with a nice lady, we were given our food by an older man with glasses, wearing a black long sleeve polo shirt. He said we paid for only one soda, which we paid for 3. And after speaking with him, I noticed he was not wearing gloves and just tossing ketchup in my bag of fries. He confirmed that the kitchen didn't wear gloves and that it was optional at this location. I don't find this to be very true. I requested a refund & received it in cash. read more
