    Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Double Double

In-N-Out Burger remains one of my favorite fast food chains for its good value, high-quality burgers. The menu is as simple as ever--Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Fries, and Drinks, but with a ton of variations on their "secret menu." The Animal Style Hamburger came with a mustard-cooked beef patty, pickles, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and In-N-Out's famous Thousand Island dressing-like spread, all on a toasted bun. Simple yet classic deliciousness. That said, In-N-Out has changed a bit over the years--the prices are significantly higher, and the burgers somehow seem skimpier on ingredients than I remember. Nevertheless, the service remains super friendly, and the ambiance and experience are as fun and old-timey as ever!

    Long wait

I had to stop by an In-N-Out Burger during my Bay Area visit. Trying to taste the authentic California style burger. What a fail!!!! This In-N-Out Burger is within my reach. Me and a friend made our way here to find the drive through was extremely long. Then, we decided to park at the Walmart parking lot and proceed to walk. There was no line in the restaurant but people scattered around waiting for their food. We literally waited 30 minutes for our food. Considering the cost of food, long wait is expected. Not sure if it's the busy season or the way they make their food, the fries were nasty. They were dry and hard, not just one piece but the whole tray. Salt packets were provided. Burger... ugh. I had better In-N-Out Burgers in Texas than this these in California. For God Sakes... In-N-Out Burger is originally from California. But the quality is in below my expectations.

Animal style fries + grilled cheese with veggies

Okay my review is gonna focus on this specific location & what I usually order. Since I don't eat meat my order fave has been: animal style fries, grilled cheese, double cheese + double veggies, & I have the iconic pepperoncinis. but back in my burger days a double double protein style with cheese was my go to. We always order our food to go here, the line is usually a long one so it's a bit faster if we order inside. The food quality has always been consistently great, my husband has a serious in-n-out diet and if they had a yearly membership I'm 100% confident that he would purchase it lol This is our local in-n-out and the staff is always amazing, kind, professional, and calm under pressure. I've seen some interesting stuff happen in this parking lot they share with Walmart, and would just say to not leave any valuables in the car & lock your doors. I've eaten inside a few times, but haven't in years. It was usually packed, but with still tables available for you to sit. Even though there's a lot of orders they get them out very fast and still preserve the quality. The staff really sets the mood by being very positive, helpful, and creating a fun atmosphere for the customers. I'm writing this review because after coming here 10 years I have to say, it's impressive to be able to hire great staff so consistently ! It keeps your locals coming back again & again.

Our first time to try In n Out. We tried double double and hamburger. Good food, good service, but not the best fries. The fries are very soft not crispy, not to our liking.

I'm a regular customer in one of these establishment especially when it's near my destination. Mostly going to drive thru when i crave for a burger wrap in lettuce (try it!) . Me and my friend with her dog visited the drive thru section and I just discovered that they are selling an item for dogs called, "pop patties" (no salt or pepper). That's awesome! Got our orders for three in the drive thru. Employees performed well with busy site, kudos on the employees! With 10 cars ahead of us, we got our orders right, as we go thru the driveway the site had a clean and clear pathway with maximum effectivity of the orders. We are defininitely come back on this establishement.

Been here multiple times but first time reviewing this place. I usually do drive thru and it can be super long. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare, it is next to Walmart and it can be really hard to get out if you decide to park here. I would recommend to park on the other side of the lot, so that you can get out easier. Whoever designed the parking/drive thru area did not do a good design job cause it can get congested, especially during dinner time. Besides that, the food and service is fine via drive thru or if you go inside. For this review, we sat inside and it was better than I expected, pretty clean. We got a cheese burger with grilled onions, 2 hamburgers with grilled onions, and 2 fries and it was good. Ketchup, napkin etc are all self served, and the jalapeno peppers were pretty big too! I will go here again once in a while and avoid the crazy car traffic here!

2/28/2025 took 40 min. To receive food. It was worth every bite! Omg! So packed!

I ordered 2 #1 both with raw onion, one no cheese. End up getting no onions on both. They got the cheese part at least... it was 10pm and it wasn't even busy. They usually have to split the line in two but when I got there I was the 4th car next. So come on. Where's my onions

    7/24/24 FYI, Drive thru exit
    Lee D.

Quality/Quantity - Our usual order: Cheeseburger with Raw Onions - Love me some raw onions, not sure if the people around me will like it. Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions - Wife's usual order. Double Double with Grilled Onions - My daughter's order, yes she is still growing, lol. We skipped the fries on this trip, trying to be healthier. Atmosphere - Consistent. Small mall with Walmart, but in a corner. Plenty of mall parking. Fairly easy in and out. Well easier out then in. Drive thru is also available. Indoor dining, open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 11pm; drive through open until 1am or 1:30am. Be safe, car break-ins in this area, see picture of sign. Service - Good. Came here during peak lunch time, so over 30 minutes to get our food. Averaging approximately 1 min per customer. Yes, 30 customers were ahead of me when I ordered. Price - $16.11; inexpensive in my book. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1948 with your 400+ locations and still keeping it within the family!! Thanks for keeping it simple and good!

In-N-Out always hit the spot for my burger cravings. The double double animal style is my go to. This location is always packed but the staff does their best to get the orders out. Still great prices and best bang for your buck quality burger.

Everything from drug dealers to cops to blue-collar workers to people in suits and ties. And let me tell you, they're all sitting in the same small cramped area just to eat this food. So the cooks are always Latino, and the guy running the register is always Asian. But when I tell you those burgers come out all grilled with melting drippy cheese on soft buns with gtilled edges and fresh lettuce and tomatoes and perfectly sliced red onion to boot! Oh and let's not forget them old school fries you'd get in middle school that were crinkle cut! And did you notice when you were looking through the pictures of all the food posted on Yelp? I will go so far as to say, 75% of those pictures or of what was left over after the person ate their food. I say that to say it was too good to stop and take that picture first. Taking the picture was an afterthought. When I tell you all of their food is delicious, I genuinely mean that. If you're looking for a good burger with fresh produce and different sides to choose from, this is your place. One of these days I'm going to get one of the Korean dishes that are on the menu. Problem is, I always say I'm gonna do that. What I don't understand is why I'm charged an additional $2.50 for the lettuce wrap when I'm not even getting the bun. If you're taking something away, what's the justification for adding an extra charge? I could understand a modest upcharge, but $2.50 for a few leaves of lettuce is hard to justify. I can buy an entire head of lettuce for about that price. What bothered me even more was that no one mentioned the charge when I placed my order. It wasn't until I picked up my food and saw the receipt that I realized I had been charged extra. Customers deserve to know about additional charges before they order, not after the fact. When I politely asked why there was a $2.50 charge, the employee simply looked at me and said, "I don't know." There was no explanation, no offer to ask someone else, and no attempt to address a perfectly reasonable question. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the surprise charge. The burger was excellent, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. At this point, I don't plan on coming back. Or maybe I'll just bring my own lettuce next time. Better yet, just give me the burger without the bun, and I'll wrap the damn thing myself when I get home.
