The ordering process was difficult. We couldn't tell if the person was speaking to us through the drive thru machine or not. They couldn't hear us but also could hear us at the same time. The drive thru menu doesn't list the sauce options that they have. Their ghost pepper ranch was pretty good. I ordered the Wednesday meal of misfortune. It came with 10 piece nuggets, fries, and a frosty. The two sauces were good but they were both a little spicy. Keep that in mind if you're sensitive to spicy stuff. As a person who writes reviews, this is one that I really do not like writing. But I need to let the public know. This is not something that I'm writing out of anger, but to let people know what they may experience at this particular Wendy's store number#3763. First, let's start with Customer Service. Our order was made incorrectly. By the time we got home we realized it. We ordered egg cheese sausage biscuit, but that's not what we got. We ended up getting just a sausage biscuit. I called the number on the receipt and let them know that they had made a mistake and that I was heading back to correct it, and I would like my food remade. Upon arriving one of the young ladies there told my wife that the fries were eaten, and she was only given the sandwiches. Additionally, my wife understood what they were saying, and they called her a very bad word in Spanish that I can't list her due to yelp's policies. After 10 minutes of waiting while they were helping all of the drive-through people, my wife finally got the correct meal, but then when we got it home, you could see that it was not made correctly, but was overcooked and falling apart, almost as if they were just giving us what we wanted appease us, but didn't care how it was made. Unfortunately, I have to take this a step further and call Wendy's corporate number to let them know that the entire staff treated us unprofessionally. this is the wendy's I usually go to and I don't normally have complaints, but this time they totally messed up. I ordered a diet coke for my brother and a coke zero cherry vanilla for me. What I got was one coke cherry (that I wasn't sure was diet) and one coke vanilla! Worst was they asked us to pull round to the front and our food would be brought out. That place is on a ONE WAY STREET! I had to drive around a very long block, hitting speed bumps and dodging road work just to get my dang food! This place must of been remodeled because it's way more up to date than even a Starbucks, better customer service than a McDonalds (that's not actually saying much) and CLEAN! They offer a great breakfast menu which rivals the tired standard of McD's & Jack in the Box but missing at this Wendy's is the Biscuits & Gravy alas they made up for this with great coffee. I came to Wendy's store #00003763 and was serviced by Aracely Ramirez. I tried ordering 3 two for threes off the menu. Ms Ramirez told me I couldn't order three of them. I ask Ms Ramirez how was I suppose to feed the rest of my family? Her English was not at a competency level for her to understand me. Ms. Ramirez had to receive assistance from her co-workers to barely understand what my concerns were. Ms Ramirez could not communicate with me at all. In the middle of my order Ms Ramirez just walk away and appeared to be very upset. I was was confused and had thoughts of canceling my order. I asked Ms Ramirez coworkers for a manager and supervisers names. I believe someone employed in a predominantly English speaking country should have a English speaking competency level to perform their job. I also believe Ms. Ramirez needs customer service training. Ms. Ramirez coworkers English competency levels were just barely above her own level. This is not the first time myself and my wife had had issues with this Wendy's store. The Wendy's in Castro Valley are a lot more competent and professional. The food is fine never had a problem with getting what I ordered or the quality of the food my problem is with the INSANE wait time at the drive thru I went yesterday around 6:15 and I know I spent at least 30 minutes in the drive thru, it sucks this is the only Wendy's in the area going towards San Leandro, besides the insane wait time for the drive thru I paid using my Venmo debit card, and the lady kept looking at it (not the side with the numbers or anything) just the part where it said Venmo and she was still looking at it before she gave it back to me Once she gave it back I started driving off and said "it's real!" But I did taste the product multiple times, and I could see it and feel the texture well enough to be privy to the primary consumer's qualms with his purchase. The purchased item was a Vanilla Coffee Toffee Twisted Frosty. It tasted really good, but it was obviously just a regular Frosty with some extra flavorings. The problem was that it was damn near melted. It seemed acceptable at first, but after we'd hit the second red light, it was apparent that we needed a straw. And we weren't provided with one. Gave me the wrong change. Chicken sandwich tasted like it was all fat and chewy and soggy and inedible. Mushroom burger was soggy and gross. Frostys were melted. Even my 2 year old said his burger was gross. Extremely long wait, 25mins in the drive-thru before I even had my order taken. Fries aren't salted, and taste gross. Me and my boyfriend go to this Wendy's often. We usually get a 4 for 4 and a sugar cookie. This time for some reason I decided to break the cookie before eating it and after I broke it i saw a dead bug inside the cookie, it looked something like a red ant. I wasn't even thinking of taking a picture due to the fact that I was in shock because we eat there all the time, so we showed the manager and all the employees were just laughing not taking it serious.
