I ended up at Wingstop since I offered to grab dinner for my entire herd of a family. With us being big eaters with big appetites, I decided to go with the 75 piece classic combo [which includes: wings, 3 large fries, 3 orders of veggie sticks, and 6 dips] + 15 additional classic wings. Flavors purchased: Lemon Pepper [A LOT OF THEM!!] Hot Honey Rub Plain Louisiana Rub The order was made online and I was able to specify my preferred pick up time. All details are customizable and the staff did great in executing things correctly. Food: Food was finished and ready for pick up at the appropriate time. The wings were burning hot so nothing was sitting out for long periods of time- extra points for that! All 90 wings seemed to be accounted for and were cooked extremely well- crispy on the outside, moist and thoroughly cooked. My only slight complaint would be the skimpy portions when it came down to the veggie stick orders. 5/5 stars overall. The food was great and my entire family left the table fully satisfied. The staff is great at following instructions and 100% delivered. Thank you for a very filling dinner, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. read more

My husband & son went in to order today and the worker at the register was so rude. He completely ignored their presence for 20 minutes and did not take their order. My husband ended up placing the order on line while in the restaurant. All the while he was still not acknowledged by any worker there. And to make matters worse, his name was on the board that his order was ready, they called EVERYBODY THAT WAS ON THAT LIST EXCEPT MY HUSBAND. PEOPLE THAT HAD ARRIVED AND ORDERED AFTER HE HAD WAITED AND PLACED HIS ORDER ONLINE GOT THEIR FOOD. HE SPOKE UP AND ASKED THE MANAGER If there was a problem. Not until then did he get his food. Those places are not big establishments, so you know when you are being BLATANTLY IGNORED. That is disgustingly rude!! read more

UPDATE: went back and they made it right so updating my review. May still be awhile before I come back to this location - if at all but for today, we're good. I would give NO stars, if I could. Stopped into this location to grab food for tonight's dinner. Have come by this location before and never had any issue. I ordered 30 PC. 10 Garlic Parm and 20 Lemon Pepper. Get my bag, has three boxes and think nothing of it. Get home and first mistake - the wing order was incorrect. They gave me naked wings. Ok, fine. No big deal, they are edible. Go to grab a Lemon Pepper wing and what do you know - there is an eaten wing in my container. Took a picture and double checked with family that it was not a mistake. I've called now about 10 times to the store to talk to someone and I am unable to reach someone. Super frustrating because I went to a WS that isn't the closest to home but never had issues there before. Pay too much to get an order wrong and with someone's eaten wing. I will be heading BACK to the store to see if I can get my money back. This location just lost us as a customer. read more

This is the BEST Wingstop in the Bay! The wings are big, crispy, and packed with hella flavor. The lemon pepper hella fire

Went here on a Saturday at around 8pm, 5/16/26. Wings and fries were on point. Best Wing-stop I had in years. Good service also even though they were busy. read more

Usually, I've had better experiences here but this time they really messed up my order which is unfortunate. A lot of items were missing and it wasn't the quality worth about $80 for our big family order. Such a disappointment as I've used their mobile app for ordering in the past. read more

The service has always been very nice and thorough at this location, so I was very surprised when I got home from picking up my order and saw that the fries were different, AND they only gave me 5 wings instead of the six that I had ordered. I was hungry so I just swallowed my pride and ate what they had given me. But I will never be going back again. read more

Great servers, the food always on time and the place pretty clean, the people also very humble

This Wingstop has always been consistent with my order and quality. The workers are nice. The dining area is very small and not much room to dine in. The workers try to bust the tables as often but it's always busy since WS is popular. Ranch hits different here and man I wish it wasn't so expensive to add on. One cup isn't enough. Parking is with target patrons so it can get crowded. read more

There's an idiot that works there with no customer service skills. Basically didn't care that he messed up my order. He's working there right now and taking phone calls and being rude to the people calling in and complaining he messed up their orders too. Didn't know wingstop hired idiots . read more

I walked in to place an order for 15 piece bone-in classic wings. The guy told me it would be $36.00. I asked why it would be cheaper to place the order online. The guy couldn't give me an answer why. I went to my car and placed the order online. I paid 28.00 for the 15 piece bone-in wings. When I got home, they were over cooked and very dry. $28.00 is way over priced for over cooked, dry chicken. Never again!!! read more

We had a bit of a longer wait than we anticipated. It wasn't quite the experience we hoped for! The fries could have been better, and the chicken was a little on the oily side. read more

I placed an online order and had no trouble picking it up. It was my first time at this location and my order was complete. The wings, fries, and ranch all tasted good. I got Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey Rub, and Sweet BBQ Blaze wings. My new favorite wings are the Hot Honey Rub, as they are not too hot and have a lot of flavor. The only downside is that it is in the same shopping center as Target off of Hesperian Blvd. There may be some traffic to get there and to leave, but I had a good experience. read more

MAY 3rd 2025: Opening time, I uber eats most the time from here. I can deliberately tell the difference between who's working. And today my least favorite Wingstop employee fuckin ever made my order again. Why the hell am I paying so much for wings and they're HALF WAY FLAVORED??? WHY TF IS HALF OF EVERY WING NAKED???? WHY. TF. DOES MY CORN HAVE MORE SEASONING THAN MY WINGS???? Bro FIRE WHOEVER TF IS WORKING THERE RN bc this ain't the first time my wings came out like this. Yes I still ate them before I posted this. I paid $50 for it. I got one example for you. This is supposed to be a garlic parm wing. Pathetic excuse of a Wingstop employee. Lucky I didn't get the first Spicy Korean Q wing. First side barely wet, flipped over looked just like that 2nd side of the garlic parm wing. Naked. read more

I ordered a little over $100 worth of food for a little party. My daughter chose wing stop because she heard it was good. The French fries were really good especially with the delicious ranch. We ordered a variety of flavors to try. I couldnt taste any of the flavors except for 3 and we must have had at least 6 or 7 different flavored wings and boneless wings. Maybe even a few more. I could only taste the lemon pepper, elote and Korean sweet and spicy because it had a sauce. I was looking forward to garlic parmesan but couldn't taste that on anything. I did order on the app and it was ready on time. That was helpful and parking here is not bad. read more

The worst customer service experience of my life. I've never felt more insulted in my life. Let me explain. On Uber Eats, I placed an order for their special, Buy One Get One Free 20 piece boneless wings with large fries. I go to pick up my order and they hand me a bag. I drive the 2 minutes home, check my order, and see that I'm missing 30 boneless wings. I drive back to the store, maybe gone for 5 minutes at most. I'm polite as I tell them that I'm missing 30 wings. The guy working the front counter says "No problem, we'll make you them" Problem solved right? No. Another employee comes in and talks with him in Spanish, looking frustrated. I don't know what he says, but I see one of them on the phone. The original guy comes up to me and explains that the other employee swears he put all 40 wings in the bag. He tells me that they're going to need to check the cameras to see if they really hadn't. HE'S TELLING ME TO MY FACE THAT HE DOESN'T BELIEVE ME. He also tells me that since their manager isn't there this night, they can't do anything tonight, because "They don't want to get in trouble", and that I'll need to come back tomorrow. What an absolute joke. As I mentioned at the start, I've never felt more insulted as a customer. Attached is a picture of everything that was in the bag, you know, since I'm such a filthy liar. read more

TL;DR: Good food, but expect to wait if placing a walk in order. Shout out to Luis for his kind and excellent service in fixing an issue with our order as well! Dined here on May 17, 2024, and placed a walk in order for 25 wings (3 flavors: hot honey, BBQ, and lemon pepper) and fries. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, but for reasons unknown, it took an hour to receive our food. The food was good, but we were short a wing which Luis kindly and quickly resolved for us. Thank you, Luis! Regarding the wait, I understand restaurants get busy, but there was no communication on when our order would be ready. When we asked after ~30 mins of waiting, we were told just a bit longer which was not the case and a frustrating experience. Regardless, the food is good, Luis is awesome, and I'll probably dine here again. read more

Ordered from this wingstop (On Hesperian) on DoorDash around 5:30pm, the order was cancelled due to "some items not being available." Completely understandable. I called the store to check in on what items were available, so I could order the available items. Talked through the robot all the way to getting answered by an employee, only to hear them physically pick up AND hang up the phone immediately. Tried to call again, and no one answered at all. Horrible costumer service provided by this specific wingstop store. If i could give zero stars, I would. read more

Ambiance, work environment, service and food is absolutely great, (except the fries) @Wingstop needs to change the recipe for the fries that it doesn't taste good at all and are full of oil. We had to pass on those horrible fries. But this is in general for all the Wingstop's restaurants. Believe me Wingstop, if you change the way you prepare fries your wings will be the best out there. Got there at roughly 12:20am. Store is open till 1am. How the hell are you going to have your hours posted open until 1am and tell me you are no longer taking orders? That is totally not acceptable. And fast food workers want $20.00 an hour? If you are gonna post your hours till 1am. Your store should be taking orders till that time. Can't be saying we have to clean up. B.S. you close your doors at 1 and then complete your closing procedures then. read more

This location recently opened. It replaced Supercuts (I'm sure that the pandemic played a huge role in terms of it only being around for about 2 years). I tried to go here with my family about a month ago, but it wasn't open yet. I don't mind, but the location is a hole-in-the-wall. The seating capacity is only 10. A bench that seats 3 makes up the waiting area. Like some others, I sat down in the eating area while waiting. We were greeted right away by 2 male employees. 2 women who were together ordered before us because we needed some time to look over the menu. Our cashier was friendly, but too quiet. I could not hear her at the end. I even told her so. I was impressed with the staff overall. They worked hard and were in sync. Our order was ready in about 15 minutes. The area by the entrance needed to be vacuumed, but the restaurant was otherwise clean. A big TV is in front of the restroom. The unisex restroom is small, but nice. 2 employees were cleaning it at the time we left. The food is kind of pricey, but I'm not really docking for this because food is expensive in general now. The menu inside is a little limited. Some more options are featured on the website. I think you can order $.70 boneless wings on Mondays and Wednesdays. Coca-Cola Freestyle: I love the machines, but we were taking our food to go (I went with one flavor instead of trying at least three). Anyway, Hi-C Raspberry is worth trying. You can upgrade to a 32 oz. drink for only $.70 more. A container of Homemade Ranch comes with each order (we received 3). Note: All prices include tax. Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie: $2.72. They look good. I will order one next time. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wingstop-hayward-3?select=7RzThhlkUfNmJMWjtSuHCg: Large 5 PC Crispy Tender Combo ($17.03): "5 Crispy Tenders with 1 flavor, regular fries or veggie sticks, 1 dip and a 20 oz drink." My son loved his crispy tenders (I will order some for myself next time). For the most part, how big they were, and how many fries were given, justified the price. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=8tSN4Wvp7zw9_kcn9uEOMg&userid=eyx42e79U0UEIqWabS1GEA: Some fries with boneless Hickory Smoked BBQ wings. I have enjoyed the flavor for years. It stands out, but is not overpowering. I even dipped some of my fries in the sauce. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wingstop-hayward-3?select=uoLnWyTexhEeslA8JkS8Hg: The picture doesn't make it obvious (my bad), but we received a lot of fries. I was even reminded of Five Guys. My wife and son did not care for our fries (my wife will ask for some veggie sticks next time). I found Wingstop fries to be average in the past, but I actually really liked my fries this time. The amount of seasoning was great, and the fries were cooked well. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=WIpMaONzsoI3_JK7eCiQWQ&userid=eyx42e79U0UEIqWabS1GEA: 15 PC Meal For 2 ($30.14): 8/10. "15 Boneless or Classic (Bone-In) wings with up to 2 flavors, large fries or veggie sticks, 2 dips and 2 20 oz drinks." Her boneless Lemon Pepper wings were fine, but my wife will order some Garlic Parmesan ones next time (when she ordered, she couldn't remember what flavor she liked more). I was pleased with how big and tasty my wings were. The parking lot is solid. The area by Wingstop is just cramped at this time because Target is doing a store remodel (a lot of steel storage containers are taking up parking spots). Our food was good, and we had a nice experience overall. My family and I will return. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lA7M6qucXS8&list=RDYoinrBYKjkI&index=14&ab_channel=SpiceGirls-Topic read more

Glad there's a new Wingstop in Hayward. However, I was shocked that when I placed my order online I noticed that it was almost $20 for a 10 wing combo. That's $4 more when I purchased it a week ago at Bay Fair. So I checked and apparently this location costs about 25% more than Bay Fair does. That's not right. Hayward and San Leandro are only a few miles away. I'll make the drive next time to San Leandro since I live between both Wingstops. read more

I've frequented wingstop as a comfort meal for over a decade. I crave it to celebrate, destress, as a go to place! This wingstop has stood out to be my favorite location, and it's only been here for this past year. The workers are efficient, you don't wait foreverrrr like at some other places. They're on top of cleaning- I always feel comfortable enough to grab a table and eat while my food is fresh and crunchy. I've noticed there's always house music playing lol, maybe a wingstop playlist or someone here really likes house. Tip in case you don't have it yet-- the app has special deals and secret flavors. Like the lemon herb remix I got.. it's kinda like lemon pepper but more.. herb-y? read more

Been to this wing stop a few times and most of the time it's good. The trick is to order online so that you won't have to wait there and it'll be ready when you get there. I've usually had a pretty seamless experience when I do that. Plus this particular location is so small, there really isn't much room for seating. Maybe 2-3 tables. Recently, though, I've experienced some mishaps. Last time I went they forgot to include my boneless wings. So I had to go back to the store and wait. Thankfully I don't live far so it wasn't a huge deal. Just inconvenient. We tried their new special the full court meal (12 classic, 8 boneless, 3 flavors, large fries, 2 dips for $21) which was a good deal in my opinion. Also tried their new flavors: the meltdown and crunch time. The meltdown is garlic, Cajun, and Parmesan and it was really tasty. The right amount of spice and flavor. Crunch time is honey and lemon and it was just ok. Not bad but not amazing. Might have to try their other limited edition flavor pure mayhem (fry seasoning on wings) next time. read more
