The atmosphere did not live up to the party you see on TV, but still a good to experience the game with other fans. The food was good if a bit expensive. We over ate because we don't really know how to enjoy a 3 hour football game without feeling like we're loitering so we kept ordering more food. Maybe that's just a sports bar thing in general. The service was friendly the whole time and our server never acted like they were trying to rush us out or anything like that. Getting there was pretty easy, parking was easy, seating was easy. While waiting for table, placed a To Go order as they have different specials on the app that you can't get at restaurant. & very Faulty app as did not connect my name & reward card but you can add points afterwards so no big deal. Buffalo Wild Wings is always a solid choice for game day wings IMO! The space is huge, lots of seatings and TVs, and parking is easy, so it's perfect for large groups. I've never had a problem with service either, despite how busy it gets. It might not be the fanciest option, but it's great for what it is. Some of my favorite wing flavors are: -Lemon Pepper (dry): they have a dry rub version and a saucy version but I think the dry rub is better! You can really taste the sour lemon seasoning paired with pepper. The saucy version just tastes like garlic. -Asian Zing: sweet and salty -Original Buffalo: can't go wrong with this one! Came here for the AYCE wings for 24.99. Honestly, idk if it is actually a good deal, because I cannot eat as many wings as I thought I could. haha. But it was fun trying all the different flavors. I ordered 60 wings online five hours before I needed them. They were ready when I picked them up, and I appreciated not having to wait at all. The girl who helped me was nice. My complaints are that the celery was brown and almost inedible and some of the wings were a little overcooked. They definitely saw that the celery was old when they put it into the bag. I took a few people to get lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings in Hayward on Hesperian Blvd. Walked in to see two groups in front of me with no host at the desk. I waited 5 minutes and started to walk around to see if I could get some help as we were starving. There had to be only 20 people in this location. I finally got the attention to the hostess who was conversing with management. I asked if anyone was working today. The hostess told me that that there was a waiting list. I said ok, I'll wait but the place is empty. She proceeds to sit the two parties in front of me. I sat for another 10 minutes waiting to be seated. I got up to go to the restroom and saw three staff members in the corner performing tic toc dance moves and another three staff members waiting on the patrons that were already seated. I asked if anyone was available to seat us and provide service. One of the dancers came over and said she would see where I can be seated. We finally got seated but the wait for seats and food was way too long for a place that was only at 20%' capacity. Should have gone somewhere else as this was only a sign to experiencing unsatisfying food and service. Stay away.... A family ahead of us waited for over 30 minutes without being seated, which is unacceptable. This is not the first time I've encountered issues at this location. On my first visit, the bartender refused to serve us drinks even though we were on time, had valid IDs, and were well within the service window she deliberately waited until the cutoff time, which showed a complete lack of professionalism. It makes no sense that guests are left waiting half an hour for a table when the restaurant is half-empty, especially at 9 PM. The staff seemed unmotivated and poorly trained in basic customer service. To the owner or manager of this branch please address these issues. Hire and train employees who are dedicated, attentive, and willing to do their jobs properly.
