I'd recommend parking in the Lucky's Parking lot, as the parking in front of this place is usually full. Customer Service is great and food comes quick -- The times that I've come, there is a nice lady with great skin that sits behind the register. She took our order and cooked the food too(?) I believe. She was patient, wasn't snippy or rude despite us coming so late at night. She took my order, made recommendations, and packaged everything nicely with extra dipping sauce. Hubby and I love going to Wing Fiesta! We always went to the one in San Leandro when I lived around the area, but never knew there was one in Hayward nearby until we were driving to a restaurant for dinner. We told ourselves that when we are craving chicken, we have to go here to get it! Upon arriving we were lucky enough to get parking right in front of the store. It was during the week that was super hot and the store didn't have A/C, which was sad. We ordered to go and the lady was so kind and patient with us as we were deciding which flavors we wanted. We got the 35 piece wings only in lemon pepper, garlic parmesan and mango habanero. We also got the 4 piece ribs only in honey bbq. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our order to be completed. It seem like she was the only one working, but she was really kind and attentive. I'm glad that there's a Wing Fiesta just down the street. Looking forward to coming back for more chicken! read more

It has good flavor without being salty or messy. The chicken pieces are decent sizes and are meaty. Haven't come across anything hard, gristly or gross and I'm super pleased about it! The last time I went there the fries weren't as crispy as my previous visit. I prefer crispy fries, but it happens. I like that they offer dipping sauces (ranch, ketchup, honey mustard etc) and don't charge you extra for it. Plus the sauces were tasty! The 6 piece meal comes with 6 boneless wings, fries and a drink of your choice for $10.75. They have soda, Snapple apple juice, Vitamin water and a few others but I do wish they had less sugary options like sparkly water or just plain water. I specifically asked for my cajun fries to be extra crunch and that's exactly what I received. My favorite wings are the Lemon Pepper and sweet chili. The wings are always made fresh which I love. Plates also always included bread! This place will sell you 100 ribs with not one darn piece of bread or corn bread in sight! It makes no sense, and it is common in San Francisco too. I won't bother to say why. That should be obvious. Still, if you know enough to know what people like to eat. Why wouldn't you bother to get the sides and accompaniments right too? It's too bad.
