I love the chicken here with the fries and I have a friend that loves the ribs but one thing that throws me off is the seasoning on the ribs there is none. One thing I can say is I love waiting on my food rather then it's already ready then it's cold so they make it when they get your order right then and there. Why, the lady I'm assuming is the owner is very nice and attentive. She was the only one working tonight but manage to have a great attitude which for me is a plus. Hubby and I love going to Wing Fiesta! We always went to the one in San Leandro when I lived around the area, but never knew there was one in Hayward nearby until we were driving to a restaurant for dinner. We told ourselves that when we are craving chicken, we have to go here to get it! Upon arriving we were lucky enough to get parking right in front of the store. It was during the week that was super hot and the store didn't have A/C, which was sad. We ordered to go and the lady was so kind and patient with us as we were deciding which flavors we wanted. We got the 35 piece wings only in lemon pepper, garlic parmesan and mango habanero. We also got the 4 piece ribs only in honey bbq. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our order to be completed. It seem like she was the only one working, but she was really kind and attentive. I'm glad that there's a Wing Fiesta just down the street. Looking forward to coming back for more chicken! read more

They are very similar to Wings stop (just WAY better!). The staff here are pretty chill and go out of their way to make sure they are accommodating you. I specifically asked for my cajun fries to be extra crunch and that's exactly what I received. My favorite wings are the Lemon Pepper and sweet chili. The wings are always made fresh which I love. You can see them making your food in the front. Make sure you order your wings extra crunchy, trust me they are super delicious this way! Customer service is exceptional! The young lady taking my order was fantastic. Every request I asked for I received. BOOM; Like that! Customer service is extremely important to me, so they already earned 4 stars just walking in the door and being greeted. Plus, the prices are cheaper than the regular ol' Wingstop. Person was there alone serving as cashier and cook, I believe - so despite it not being busy, it was pretty slow. But I figure, at least the food is fresh! Venue: It was clean with a few tables to sit at TVs to watch. When we were there, music videos were playing Latin pop - upbeat, high energy music. Food: It was fresh and hot, just not that great. I would compare their chicken strips to something you would get in a school cafeteria. The wings were really no better, just drowned in the sauce requested....ugh.
