Ihops New Dubai chocolate pancakes. Two chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes. Hazelnut and cocoa spread, pistachio flavored mousse, crunchy roasted kataifi and crushed pistachio on top. IHOP understood the assignment with these NEW Dubai Chocolate Pancakes - (Short Stack). Sweet rich and worth every bite and the service was amazing 9/10

Our server was soo nice and I love that she was really good at asking us if we needed anything else. Never disappointed when we eat here. The staff is always friendly and you know when there is a line to be seated on a weekday means the food and service is good we will definitely be back soon to try more on the menu. Chicken and waffles is always my go to and the pancakes are never disappointing Poblano omelette was soo delicious!!! That's our fave!

This is our local IHOP and I've been coming here since first moving to the area in 2014. To me, IHOP has always had the best buttermilk pancakes out of all fast casual breakfast corporations in the area. I could literally order a short stack and call it a day. IHOP is your run of the mill diner, but they are exceptionally fast with their service, and the food taste is consistent. I loved that I recognized a server who had been there since a decade ago. I've been here on the weekends and on the weekdays; weekdays are still busy, but on weekends, expect there to be a wait. Food prices have gone up significantly; I paid $50 for 2 meals with tip included, but it was time well spent with a loved one.

Pooorrrr! They only had 2 workers and they were being stingy with a sauces we only asked for 1 extra one bc our friend didnt get any sauce with her food and she was asked to be charged if she wanted one bc her combo dont come with sauce. They were giving attitude . Unsatisfied , they also rushed to give us the food

Jenni was very nice the food arrived fast and hot. It wasn't crowded it might be because it's a Tuesday at 12:30. We got a booth instead of a table you can see the kitchen and the cooks preparing the food I like that. They have a 55+ menu which is good for me because I can't eat a lot of food at once. We will definitely be back,

I will say the food came out fresh but there was a bit of a delay in receiving my drink and my pancakes were supposed to have strawberry on them which the sever Jacob give me on the side. I noticed him doing a majority of the work while I was eating I saw him serving multiple tables without any assistance while his coworkers stayed talking and joking around with each other. I felt bad for him. I believe his manager came up to him and told him he needed to hurry up and clean. Although his co workers weren't doing anything in that moment the manager did not care and only gave him a talk. Whoever owns the Ihop needs to speak to the manager about proper management. I also noticed one of the employees had given a family member a customers food that had been ordered to go and her family member asked her for money which she allowed him to grab from the cash register. I wouldn't want other employees to lose the chance of receiving their tips because of this or even money being taken out of people's paychecks if there's missing money which I doubt they would do but still. You can tell Jacob was trying his best to do without any help so I truly do hope they give him a raise. I also noticed a possible health code violation such as running cold water over butter I'm not sure if maybe something was stuck on it this was one of the female employees. As well that same female employee had her phone on speaker out in the open while again Jacob was serving by himself. When we had walked in to be seated the female employee saw me and she didn't tell me if I could be seated yet for about 5 mins and when she finally did she said just seat anywhere you want. I wasn't sure since it was my first time going.

Not so good, Slow service, priced higher than competitors and the pancakes were doughy/raw. I counted 9 employees and 1 waitress, a lot of people looking busy doing absolutely nothing. Parking is extremely odd, not enough room to navigate around the back and your parking on a hill....I do not recommend this location. Go to Rosie's on B Street next to Grocery Outlet.

Food always comes in timely manor, Service is always friendly from servers, especially from the Manager. The location is convenient, as well as the decor and ambiance being clean and designed well. I would recommend if any I-Hop you go to the one on foothill is the best option 10/10.

I DoorDash from this place. My omelet had TWO LONG HAIRS . I called the business and they mentioned the manger would call and ask of now I haven't gotten a call.

The up side is, from my experience, there is never a wait time. Pre covid this location was always crowded. Now you can find an empty parking stall steps from the front entrance. The downside is, staffing. Clearly they had to cut back. You are seated quickly but you end up waiting just as long as you would if the place was busy. But I can't fault them for that. Good food and good prices (for now lol).

I love breakfast food and that's why I love eating here. It's not so big inside compared to other iHops I've been to. I did come in on a Wednesday morning and it wasn't crowded but I can only imagine what it would look like on the weekend. I ordered the egg white omelette with spinach and avocado and I added sausage. It was so yummy! Their pancakes are always so light and fluffy and big.

How are the biscuit offerings at IHOP compared to other places that offer them? I love a good biscuit and gravy.

    Do y'all have apple pay?

    Yes

Are they open for indoor dining?

There was limited dine in since the time you post this but since the restrictions were lifted, it's full dine in now no matter where you go and many places have de-constructed their outdoor arrangements.

There wasn't a wait for food or a table. It was actually pretty empty. Such a homey vibe and the chefs/cooks were super friendly and attentive. They cooked our food outside on a grill vs a traditional kitchen. The prices are pretty good for all the food you get. They stack your plate! We really enjoyed all the food (chilaquiles rojos and the verdes with meat, and three quesabirrias). We couldn't finish it all! You can tell it's all homemade, which is nice. A lot of places don't make their chilaquiles sauce from scratch. We'd definitely return. The only thing I'd pass on is the Vietnamese coffee. Maybe it was our fault for ordering this at a Mexican spot, but it tasted more like cold brew than Vietnamese coffee.

They have seating in the back area but it still a bit snug and the tarps covering the area tend to make it warmer. For context, when I visited it was a beautiful day but it felt a bit hot due to the beaming sun on the tarps. The food definitely tastes like a homemade meal. It's good! I recommend sharing an entree, the servings here are very generous! I tried a Vietnamese coffee but it wasn't great. It was too sweet and tasted more like cafe de olla iced coffee. Prices seem fair, especially with the large portion sizes. I recommend you give a try!

It took a few minutes for us to be greeted and then seated and then some more time after that for our waitress to take our orders. I ordered the Tom Yum crab omelet; my friend ordered the eggs benedict, and we agreed to share the ube pancake on the side. I also ordered the ube latte to drink while my friend ordered the matcha latte. When we got our drinks, mine tasted like milk with light ube flavoring and my friend didn't care for her drink either. I'll bet if we had ordered Thai iced teas, it would've been a lot better. It didn't take too long until our food arrived. We tried the ube pancake first and unfortunately it wasn't that great. The pancake itself was dry and tasteless and the small serving of syrup it came with didn't help. I'm sure the ube pancake entree was a lot better as we saw someone next to us eating it and it was topped with fruit and whipped cream. That would have definitely helped with the taste and dry texture. The omelet was really good though. The sauce was delicious and it was a perfect combination with the rice. I wasn't too crazy about the crab, but I loved everything else about that dish. I ended up sharing a bit of it with my friend as she said she wasn't happy with her meal. I saw our waitress glance to see if we were doing ok, but it seemed like she didn't want to interrupt our conversation. I noticed that she was the only one on the floor and the place was getting busy, but her demeanor seemed a bit cold and she really looked like she didn't want to be there. I'm not sure if I would come back here. The Tom Yum dish was good, but that was about it. Based on other reviews, it looks like their traditional dishes are popular, but for me there are many other Thai places that serve delicious food while providing good customer service. I think that's why I was a bit taken aback with my experience here. I've always received warm welcomes and great service with every other Thai restaurant that I've been to. I might come back to try their more traditional dishes, but it'll be awhile before I return.

The wait to order wasn't too long, maybe 15 minutes? While you wait, you pass by a display of cookies and they even have samples out for everyone to try. The staff was very nice, even though they were super busy! We tried: - Free chips & salsa: These are a must everytime I visit denica's. They are a great snack while you wait for your meal. 9/10 - The ube pancakes: These were pretty solid. I didn't think that the pancakes themselves had a very strong ube flavor, if any. I think all of the flavor was in the ube coconut sauce that they come with. However, there is only sauce on the first layer so you might want to get extra! It is an additional $2.75 or so to get the extra side of ube sauce, though. The pancakes themselves could have been a little more moist and fluffy, as they were a bit dry and dense. I loved the fruit and sauce, so that definitely made up for it! I'm glad that I got to try, but I don't think I'd get them again. Instead, I would get a regular pancake and a side of the ube coconut cream! 8/10 - The chorizo burrito: My bf said that this was also a pretty good option. He thought that it could have been a bit more flavorful, but was still satisfied with his meal! 7.5/10 - The side of hash browns: These were good, as to be expected! The portion was a bit small in comparison to other diners in the area. 7.5/10 Overall, I always enjoy my experiences at denica's! The vibes are always there, and they are such a convenient place to grab breakfast or brunch.

We sat in the back portion of the restaurant, which seems to possibly be a new addition for them? I'm not sure. I liked all of the picture framework in the front of house, with cute bacon and egg play on jokes. Menus are worn out. Could use a reprint or lamination, but that's minor. Food: Ordered the beignets, a corned beef hash breakfast meal (husband's dish), and a 3 egg pancake combo for myself. Yum! The beignets are more doughy than I expected, but tasted fresh. This is not your princess and the frog beignet, more of a doughnut puff type? I don't know how to describe it exactly, haha. The staff was accommodating in putting their vanilla and chocolate sauces on the side for dipping which I appreciated. Pancake was good, eggs cooked well (I love a place that knows how to cook a soft scramble), while their home fries are not what I expected (I think I typically prefer a more crispy potato), this showed me that I can possibly save myself time in the future when making at home. While not crispy, the home fries were delightful, entirely cooked through with a thin crisp edge. Staff: very kind! You know it is a family run business. The only thing I found mildly off putting was that one of the young servers wore his pajama bottoms. It did not feel like something a server should wear. But, if the place is a "come as you are" kind of a place, I understand. Overall: we will come back. Good food for a good price. Overall a good atmosphere and positive vibe.
