Burgers good and the fries but man the prices have gone so high it's $18 for a burger and fries no drink, also they add mushrooms automatically to your burger , honesty is key and this used to be a cool place to go to when you could get the peanuts and throw them on the ground and their burgers where good sized burger. I've gave this place multiple chances to show me that it can be better but it hasn't proven that to me at all. My first time here I ordered a regular cheeseburger with bacon and they forgot my bacon. My son likes Five Guys burgers, we used to like in and out but when the patties get smaller until we have to ask "where's the beef", then we started to move to Burger King, flame broiled and we could see the meat. We don't eat burgers often, once a week at the most, so we prefer what tastes the best regardless of prices. Yes, 5 guys regular burgers are $9 here, but it's worth the money, quite tasty, moist, the cheese do melt, we get everything on it with the same price. The fries is excellent and tasty without using ketchup or anything like that. I can have all types of sodas, especially Dr. Pepper cherry flavor. While we're waiting for our food to cook, we have salted roasted peanuts for appetizer LOL, quite crunchy and good. I'm glad we have this one close by, better than the one in Fremont, a little way away. Costco is in the same center, which I could fill up the gas afterwards. I love five guys fries! Regular are great, cajun even better. Burgers were pretty good too back when I ate meat. There is not much choice here for a vegetarian but it's a burger place so I get it. However, in researching vegetarian friendly choices online I found that some five guy locations offer burger bowls; this one does not. It would be great if they would offer more alternatives for us non-meat eaters. I usually get the veggie sandwich. It's basically a salad inside a bun (mushrooms,lettuce,onions). They really should put in a bean or lentin or tofu patty.. I mean where's the protein? Haven't come here in a while so when my dad suggested we hit it up for lunch I was pretty excited! We walk in and there's a buzz of people but we got through to the cashier pretty quickly. He was young, got our order quick and easy. Here you can ask for the type of burger then tell them what toppings you want (some free and I believe some were for an extra charge?) We sat down and waited a bit to get our order. However it was worth it! The simplicity of the burger is what makes it so damn good! The meat was extremely flavorful and juicy! Every bite was just flavortown! They put 2 patties of meat per burger and just wow! I got the regular cheeseburger, plain just ketchup and mayo and it was super flavorful. The meat was cooked to perfection the bun had sesame seeds(yum!) not to mention my amazing milkshake! I got the chocolate milkshake and they're made right there. It's super rich in flavor and thick! Stopped in Friday evening with a serious burger craving. I like that the burgers are made fresh and that there are such a wide variety of topping to choose from at no additional cost. I opted for a "little bacon burger", only to get home and realize there was no bacon on my burger. Not the end of the world but with the additional cost for bacon, I will admit that I was sort of disappointed. Nonetheless, the burger was good. The Cajun fries, a tip from the wise, ask for them to be cook extra well done. This wont make them crunchy - but just prevent them from turning into mush as they sometimes do! Terrible service during COVID times and no real implementation or enforcement of social distancing! Placed an order online with an ETA of 8 minutes, but we'd have to check in for our fresh fries. Arrived about 15-20 minutes of ordering for a buffer and hopes of a quick pick up -- the area in front of the pick up area was PACKED and other customers waiting weren't moving to the side to wait for their items. No one in line in the Order Here section, so I decide to go and ask if my order was ready. Very pricey and they ran out of strawberry milkshakes after I placed my order on a Sunday evening. I've had 5G many times back home in NJ, so I knew what to expect. The double bacon/cheeseburger was tasty but really greasy and the bun was pretty soaked by the time I got it. The cajun fries are tasty. I ate all of this (plus a chocolate milkshake) in one sitting, as I was starving, but definitely felt it the next day. I don't recommend that. The key selling point of this establishment is the fact they give you a mountain of fries with your order--if you like potatoes, you're in luck. Honestly. I love five guys' food. It's amazing in every way possible, but the cashier's attitude today just ruined my entire mood. Matthew was his name. I heard him taking the order of the man in front of us, and the entire time Matthew kept talking down on the man, trying to make him sound like an idiot. We were next in line and Matthew did the same thing to my girlfriend who was explaining her order to him. All I'm saying is Matthew was lucky that we were on our way to church on Easter Sunday, and I kept my cool. Too Inconsistent I have to dock a star. I really like Five Guys (I'm an In-N-Out fan too, but I go to Five Guys more), but this location has tried my patience for over a year now. When my wife and I go here, we rarely leave fully satisfied. Yelp wants to know if there's a PokéStop Nearby. I think that's hilarious. The prices here have gone up markedly since 2014. I provide 2 examples below. (My wife and I regularly spend about $30 here, and I don't think the food is quite worth it.) Note: All prices include tax. Large Fries - Five Guys Style ($5.49): 8/10. The fries can be a little hit or miss (according to a sign inside, most of the potatoes seem to come from Idaho, and the rest come from other locations around the U.S.). Over a year ago, my wife and I had some fries that were super salty. That was the case again on Friday night. In both cases, the fries were almost inedible. I'm glad that my son hardly had any on Friday (I got the sense that the salt was indiscriminately dumped on the fries). There should be a better system in place for adding the salt. It's a lesser issue, but there are always some fries that are slightly burnt. (I recommend ordering Little Fries. You get a lot of fries for only $3.18.) Cheeseburger ($8.02- they were $6.97 before): 8.5/10. About 2 months ago, my wife had a cheeseburger that was charred. She was nice about it, but I should have brought it up and insisted on another one. One of my recent cheeseburgers was a bit burnt, but not enough to complain about. Kudos to the cashiers here. A minute later, he headed out with it (I quietly applauded him for seeing what was taking so long). The lead server on Friday was very loud when calling out numbers (still, some people were slow to respond). I understood this, but he came across as rude to me. "There you go, here's your order." I didn't like the tone of his voice or the way he pushed the bag at me. He may as well have said, "Here's your damn food." Grilled Cheese ($4.39): 8/10. They're very tasty, but small. They're cut in half most of the time, but not always. I didn't get mayo the last 2 times. I was assertive (pissed off) on Friday and asked for a side of mayo. Kosher Style Hot Dog ($4.94): 7.75/10. My wife and I still like them overall, but we ordered them more often in the past. The hot dogs sometimes don't taste that fresh. They could also be bigger. Bottled Water: $1.75. Regular Drink: $2.63 (they were $2.17 before). A Large is only $.11 more, but I usually get a Regular because I don't mind getting up to get refills. The new hand-spun milkshakes are kind of small, but fucking good (score: 8.5/10). They're $5.05, and should be ready within 5 minutes (if you order a milkshake and some food, your number will be called twice). I had a Strawberry milkshake. My wife tried an Oreo Cookies one. Rock music is always played inside. This now includes country rock (a guy near the fountain machines rocked out to this one song on Friday). I'm not docking for this (my bowels needed to be cleansed anyway), but I had the runs after eating here on Friday night (I went to the bathroom 3 times in 2 hours). Tired of eating the usual fast food spots around Oracle, I was happy when our friends suggested ordering our pregame meal from here. After a quick study the night before, I decided on trying a burger and a hot dog instead of the usual pairing with fries. The sauce I requested didn't make it in the burger and the toppings were skimpy. The fries were still great at least. I use to like 5 Guys more than In N Out. Five Guys get five stars. I love this place! A fresh ground burger makes all the difference. The best is a double bacon cheeseburger with mustard, hot sauce, peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, raw onion, pickles and jalapenos. I guess my only complaint is that the bacon is more like bacon bits, but still good. The Cajun fries are good, but the familia prefers regular fries that we order extra crispy. A small order of fries is huge. It's plenty for 3 of us and most of the time we don't finish them! The service at this location is usually friendly and quick. My husband likes to enjoy some complimentary peanuts while we wait. It can get busy here, but the wait is never really too long. We never even think of In-N-Out as an option anymore, we just drive right past it and head to Five Guys! read more

At this location, the service was quick and the staff was friendly. I was kindly greeted by the cashier who asked if I had ever been to Five Guys before. Later she even came around to ask if we needed anything else. Tip to Five Guys virgins: The "little" burger isn't so little. It's basically a single patty burger. The "burger" is the equivalent of In-N-Out's double--basically two patties. We also got a "small" order of the cajun fries. I'm not sure if this is their typical practice, but the small cup that the fries come in was overflowing! We got nearly two times the amount of fries that come in the order. (see my photo) The are a tad on the salty side, but overall a delicious alternative to regular fries. My mom, who typically doesn't even like fries finished nearly half the order herself, all 5'3 of her! I will not compare Five Guys to In-N-Out, it'll be like comparing apples to oranges, but overall it's a nice alternative to In-N-Out. read more
