Jollibee is a Fast Food chain from the Philippines. Their main entrees are fried chicken, but they have noodles (sweet spaghetti, palabok), burgers, and chicken sandwiches as well. I love that when I ask for spicy chicken, their chicken is actually quite spicy. On that note, the chicken is pretty consistent here. Crispy, juicy, and reasonably priced. Make sure you give the chicken a nice dunk into their gravy. Wife loves to pair it with a scoop of white rice; however, I think their fries are underrated. I also can't leave here without getting their mango pies to go! Lots of the lower reviews here is centered around service and it can get quite busy here. There's no reviews on their breakfast sandwiches, so here it is. After trying Proudly Serving's longanisa burger in May, we were excited to try Jollibee's new item, longanisa breakfast sandwich. When entering the store, there were no one at the front registers so we just ordered via the kiosk. I suppose they were short staffed. There were able 4-5 families dining inside at 7:45am. There was also 2 people conducting a survey and when completed, you get a coupon for a free sandwich. When we took the Longanisa breakfast sandwich out of the bag, and unraveled it from the wrapper, the sandwich was TINY! It's sooo not worth $5.49. I'm sorry. They need to just call it a slider, or a "sample" of the longanisa breakfast sandwich. If you take big bites, you can finish it in 3 bites. After a few hours, we returned to use the coupon to try the chicken & waffle sandwich. It sets you back $7.99 & it's small, but tasty. I think it should be worth $5. Another great To Go order! We get family packs to take home. It stays.very hot and fresh, travels well! It's easy to.order online or inside on their Kiosks. The turn around time is slow, but they are making it fresh so well work the wait. We tried their chicken tenders for the first time, very good! My second time at Jollibee in my whole life and everyone hypes up this place like no other. Serving up delicious fried chicken that's crispy and juicy. I really like their gravy where you can add that on their mashed potatoes and dip your chicken into it. I dipped my fries in here too and it was delicious. Fries remind me of Mcdonalds a little bit, they are okay. Mashed potatoes are good but get old after a couple of bites. A lot of people get their spaghetti too which I tried my first time but haven't recently. The ube and mango peach pie are a must, such a good way to end your meal. As much as I love jollibee and the food, there's just too many inconsistencies. I've loved going to jollibee for years, but I've always noticed some things that make my experience a little less enjoyable. For example, picking up my food (whether eating in or taking to go), I constantly find missing items, or in rare occasions, additional items I didn't order. I've had countless experiences where I had to go back to the pick up area, try to get someone's attention (50/50 gamble since they may be too busy to pay attention to you), and request my missing item. Another example: I placed a mobile order through the app ahead of going to the restaurant, was told my order was ready, went up to the counter only to find that it was nowhere near ready and I had to wait for them to basically start over. Also, something about the spicy chicken... it's almost always out for some reason. You would think for it being such a high ticket item that they'd cook more. I've had several occasions where they either ran out of spicy chicken or there was a 20-30 minute wait for it. Mind you, I'm not going in at or near closing time, so I'm shocked they run out midday. Don't get me wrong, I love the food and will keep coming back for it, but the service is just way too inconsistent to give this a good rating. Jollibee is always a treat! I don't get fried chicken very often, and when I do, it's usually Korean fried chicken, so Jollibee is a nice contrast from what I normally get. I always order the 12-piece chicken bucket and always get it spicy because I think it's better than the original. It adds an extra kick without actually being too spicy. The pies are pretty good too, but for me, they're not a must-get. This location also has a drive-thru and a fairly spacious dining area, which is a nice bonus. Food is good. They just need to improve on the service and need better structure. Wait times were a little high for the food which is expected for a Saturday afternoon. They just need better system in place. It looks like they have a lot of employees but it also looks like they are standing around and they have multiple employees jumping in to help and kinda get lost in keeping track of the task that have been completed. We were called that our food was ready. When we go to pick up the complete order wasn't ready. We ordered 3 different combos. Only 2 of the three were ready. We were waiting on the tenders. They said that they would call us when the tenders were ready. It took them an additional 25 mins for them to call us back. Family was already done eating by the time I was called up just to be told by a "supervisor" that they still weren't ready and they were having issues with the tenders. A whole 40 minutes after ordering the food. She asked if I wanted I can wait an additional 15-20 mins for them to be done. That would have put the whole wait for tenders close to an hour. Family was already done I was shocked as it had already been 40 mins. She apologized and stated she was bearly made aware. She offered to substitute the tenders. We came here to try the Katseye meal and our first impression was WOW this Jollibee is FREEZING. It was so cold inside the store. We ordered at the kiosks, which had signs saying that ChickenJoy would take a 20-40 minute wait. That's crazy honestly - takes the fast out of fast food. I was starving, and the long wait coupled alongside the freezing temperatures was quite uncomfortable. After about a 20-40 minute wait, we got our food. I got the Katseye Special: 3pc KBBQ Meal (w/ 2 sides). This fried chicken was more "Gnasty" than "Gnarly." The chicken was cooked fine, but I really disliked the KBBQ sauce. I did not think it tasted like KBBQ. This sauce tasted unpleasant, as if sweet, spicy, and sour came together and had a big argument in your mouth. The sourness was the most offputting part for me. It tasted as if they dumped a bottle of hot sauce into a vat of BBQ sauce and called it a day. I could not bring myself to finish the chicken. The regular Jollibee items were good. This was actually my first time having the adobo rice, and I loved it! I will be ordering adobo rice from now on. The peach mango pie was perfect and delicious as always. I also ordered the Ube Coconut Freeze, a new specialty drink on the menu. The flavor was good, but the ice to drink ratio was too high. This location has a dining area and a drive-thru. The parking lot can get very busy as there is an Asian supermarket and bakery in it as well. They recently (as of December 2025) added kiosks for self-ordering. They have a fairly large menu so if you are standing at the counter trying to decide between the burgers, chicken, spaghetti, etc., you may have a wait a while as they scroll through them. Makes it a bit painful as there is usually a line waiting to order. So you either have to know before hand or just be ready to wait for the page you want to see to appear. On the other hand, you can try the kiosk and scroll through the menu at your own pace. The burgers are okay, often lacking sufficient meat for me. So ordering the double is suggested. The spaghetti is Filipino style (of course, this is a Filipino fast foot restaurant) so it will take a bit sweeter than traditional Italian spaghetti sauce, have some cheese sprinkled on top and it will also have slices of hot dog mixed in. I have grown to really enjoy the flavor. The meal portion of this is good sized. If you get the chicken / spaghetti combo, it's not quite enough for me. Speaking of chicken, their chicken joy is also good. Not quite KFC original recipe tasty but still good. The mashed potatoes are good, the brown gravy here is for both the mashed potatoes and to have along with your chicken. They staff is somewhat helpful but you won't always get an answer if you have questions about menu items. Seems to confuse some of them. All service items (napkins, forks, knives, spoons, etc.) are behind the counter. They do have fountain drinks for free refills. The women's bathroom is open and unlocked, the men's bathroom has a lock - you'll need to get the code from the cashier. Peach mango goodness!! After a big meal a block away, my family and I walked (and wheeled my mom) over to this Jollibee. It was upon my brother's suggestion as he lives a 45 minute drive from the nearest one out of state. It was a gorgeous day outside so, the 5 of us waited while my brother was inside ordering 6 peach mango pies. Some of us waited until the pies cooled down a little and ate it outside. I had a bite or two but decided to eat the rest at home bc it's messy and I wanted to drink hot tea w/it. These pies are deep fried so the texture is nice and crunchy. I love Jollibee, and have gone to their chain restaurant chain many times over, but this past July 4th 2026, only a couple days ago, I suspect I got food poisoning from this location, along with me and my family, and it is suspected it came from this location. Received our order in a timely fashion. Bit into the spicy chicken flavor bucket then bit into the regular flavor. Omg! The chicken was moist and crunchy. One of the best fried chicken I have tasted.
