I wrote to the Jollibee link, which they response quick, but realized now Jollibee has implemented a system (via Qualtrics) that uses AI-driven analytics to process customer feedback from surveys, comments, and reviews. This AI helps: Sort and analyze complaints Detect patterns (e.g., common issues) Speed up resolution times (reportedly improved by 50%+) So AI is helping internally, not necessarily talking to you directly. I am writing to formally document the issues we experienced during our visit to the Jollibee Ajax location. Our order came out to be like 164.94$ after taxes. We came to pick up the food and get on the road. I wanted to eat there so that the food would be fresh and hot. The only good thing that was hot was the chicken. The Angus burger was served cold and dry. We also ordered 24 pieces of Jolly Chicken -- 12 regular and 12 spicy --, but the buckets were not labelled or distinguished in any way. When I approached a staff member to ask which buckets were spicy, she initially pointed to a toothpick that was not there. I had to insist before she checked the receipt, consulted the manager, and corrected the order. Additionally, fries were missing from one of the combos. The manager, who was responsible for dispatching and packing the order, never acknowledged the mistake or offered an apology. Neither did any other staff member. That was not the reaction a manager should be having. They should be taking care of it themselves and apologizing for the error on their part. The thing that really makes me feel like we are not guests at the location is that we are just a number with $$$ on top of our heads. We were ready to take the order and go. If we did, there would be a lot more upset people who gave money to taste the food. We would have turned back to drive all the ways there. For sure, there will definitely be a huge complaint. Surprisingly, there were no apologies from the staff either. Funny thing is, I was doing a review of the food and service. It probably won't be that great due to the circumstances. I told myself not to post anything, maybe he can do a review another time after we speak to them. I guess not. During our wait for our food, a white Caucasian man said I do not usually do this and it's my first time here, but my burger inside was cold. I'm sure your manager on duty can recall this complaint. How can we ensure that this situation does not happen to anyone else, and what steps will you take to make things right? It has now been 12 days without any response or communication from the store. This is incredibly disappointing. Even with advanced technologies like AI, they still do not reach out to their customers after 12 days and counting. This was my first time trying this location in Ajax. There's a drive thru at this location. The spicy chicken is definitely crispier vs the original Jolly chicken. The menu offers good variety and they have Ube pies now. The restaurant was well maintained and clean. The service is fast serve. I love Jollibee. I have a quiet goal to visit all Jollibee locations in Canada. I have one location in Winnipeg left to visit. This city got Jollibee first in Canada. I have more work to do in the greater Toronto area (GTA). However, visiting this location in Ajax was special. For some reason, most Jollibee locations in the GTA don't have drive-thrus. All three eateries in Winnipeg do. What's up with that?! The only Jollibee in the GTA with a drive-thru is this one. I was so thrilled to have finally dropped by a couple of Sundays ago to check it out. The drive-thru has clear signage. The lane is roomy. I wasn't getting a meal because I had just eating a rather large lunch with friends. Instead, I felt like dessert. I got the nicest man taking my order on the other end. I got the following items: - Pineapple quencher - Peach mango pies (2) There were two cars ahead of me. The first car left the drive-thru, but had forgotten something. The man at the window yelled. The customer didn't hear him. Both the person in front of me and I honked our car horns. We were so out of tune. My car's honk sounds whiny. The honking worked. The first car stopped. Another male employee came dashing out of the store with a bag. Good deed done for the day. I pulled up and got my goodies. Customer service is excellent here. I thanked him and left. My local Jollibee is in Scarborough. It has good food. The one item that needs help is the peach mango pie. It's not crispy every time I get it. I remember getting the same item at two different locations in Winnipeg. The difference was significant. This location didn't fail me. The peach mango pies were super crispy. There was a lot of peach mango filling. I was such a happy camper. The pineapple quencher hit the spot. I don't normally do sweet drinks, but this one is an exception. I love the pineapple juice and whatever else is in this drink that brightens my day and makes my tastebuds content. I look forward to returning on an empty stomach and trying my usual items. Burger steaks. Spaghetti with hot dogs. Yum cheeseburger. Basically, the entire menu, including a bucket of crispy chicken. This location used to be a Panera Bread. It's nice that Jollibee has made good use of this space. I wish it would also take over the old Panera Bread at CF Hillcrest Mall. It would do well over there, too. (80) read more

Needs inside cleaning... I will give them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was in between the cleaning staffs time to work but it was so dirty inside I didn't want to stay and eat my food in there but my wife who is a Filipina convinced me otherwise. The tables were all dirty and floors dirty garbage cans over full and on the floor and for the money the food wasn't worth it to be honest. The next time we'll go to another chicken joint where they sell white meat and not just dark.I like Chicken Joy which is excellent. read more

This was my first time going to Jollibee in Ajax. I've been to other locations but this is the nicest one so far. It's spacious, clean, and attractively decorated. I had the two piece chicken with fries and their featured mango-pineapple drink. I opted for a mix of spicy and regular chicken. The chicken was freshly made, and very tasty. The spicy piece had a little zing to it, a bit more than I had anticipated but it was good. The fries were fresh, nice and crispy. Good food! The mango-pineapple drink was very good, without being overly sweet. I would order this all the time. Overall, the food was very good, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Another trip down to our local Jollibee and this time tried some new items. I finally tried the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, and wow, I'm impressed! It was bigger and juicier than I anticipated, I was stuffed! The new coconut pineapple pie was good as well and had chunks of the coconut, but I still like the mango peach best. On this occasion, the palabok was missing the shrimp. I'm not sure if it was an accident due to high traffic or it's been removed from the dish, will update if I can confirm this. The chicken was juicy as always. The only thing was the long wait in line to order, but service and interaction was pleasant as always. Food - their fantastic Chicken Joy. Go to YouTube and search for Jollibee or Chicken Joy and you'll see that it deliciously different than most fried chicken from the other chicken peddlers. I ordered Spaghetti ala Filipino style(slightly sweeter than the tangy Italian or American style sauce), some YC or Yum Cheeseburger and spicy Chicken Joy with gravy. They also sell peach mango pie (although I truly love the banana mango pie that they longer sell...boohooo) pies similar to McDonald's apple pies. Chicken sandwiches too! All were yummy and partial to my taste palette. Service - order at the counter and get an electronic puck buzzing when your order is up. Folks are fast and friendly. Ambiance - clean and on point when I visited. Tables are clean and floors are as well. This place has an airy feel and is certainly seems kept. People enjoying some chicken and then some! They have a gender neutral restroom as well as designated men and women restroom. Food packaging - they seem to care for the environment as some of their food utensils like fork and spoon are made of wood! Their food containers seem compostable and are made of cardboard. Good way to reduce plastics!!! The food is what one would expect from Jollibee. I love their palabok, fried chicken and mango peach pie. My husbandbon the other hand loves the chicken sandwich. The service is very efficient, and the place is nice, clean and bright. I love the layout of the interior, there's tables for families and cubicles for friends & couples. Updated review -2.5 stars. Rounded up because the location is quite clean / spacious. It's been a hit miss here . Very sad . Initially the first few times , the chicken was quite delicious . The most recent two times I visited , it got worse and worse . The latest time we came , picked up the chicken around 8pm and it was like barely warm and tasted VERY old . It was hard to eat it even after toasting it up . Disappointed and wish we discovered this before getting home as otherwise would have returned it and provided the feedback . Me and my family went to Jollibee for lunch it was pretty good. I had the chicken sandwich, I had it without mayo because I hate mayonnaise (but that's just my opinion) the only thing that I would change about the sandwich is the size of the chicken. It was about 1.7 inches thick! My sister had the spaghetti, but she said the sauce was to sweet. The strange thing about the spaghetti was it had cut up hotdogs in it. The fries were pretty good they weren't too salty. For dessert I had a peach mango pie, the pies are deep fried and a one person serving. I thought they had too much of a deep fried taste, they overflow with filling so make sure you have a napkin with you! The filling of the pie tasted great, not to sweet. MS I had the spicy chicken and it is a tough compare because I love it but was disappointing with the value (sides). I got two servings of fries to share with the family...but maybe if they had some sort of salad I would have felt less bad. Happy to know there is one in Ajax where the line-up is not as long and there is a drive-thru service. I don't recall pricing back then, but I can see its dramatically higher now and here was what we ordered... 10pcs Spicy Fried Chicken w/3x Large Sides-$40 - Sides you can pick between mash potatoes, fries and rice... We chose mash potatoes and fries. - Also added 2x pies for $3.50 each (peach pie & peach & coconut pie). Personally the pieces were okay, but I don't feel the pricing is worth it. - Ordered the Palobok ($9.50)- Its fine vermicelli noodles with their special sauce, some crispy bits, minced meat, a slice of egg. The taste is good and the noodle really soaks up the sauce, but based on the portion and the price tag, definitely not worth it to purchase tbh... - The fried chicken were good and crispy and the meat was moist. The spicy wasn't too spicy and had some kick to it. The mash potatoes and gravy were decent too and the fries were alright.
