For this location, the employees do their thing like clockwork. Courteous and speedy service. Despite some high prices, it is what it is for 2026. Jollibee has the best fried chicken of any of the fast food chains. The chicken is moist, full of flavour and has a great spice. Also being Asian, the sides (white rice) feels like how we eat at home. Spaghetti is too sweet for me, but the French fries are similar to McDs but taste less processed. Also the fact that they give you a gravy to dip is a bonus. I don't understand how people still line up for the Colonels recipe down in the foodcourt or an overpriced fried breast chicken sandwich from the establishment right next door. I was at Scarborough Town Centre in late July. I had spent a bit of time shopping and was slowly making tracks out of this mall. Well, I got sidetracked seeing this Jollibee. I hadn't been to one for a couple of years. I felt like I needed to eat something light and checked it out. This Jollibee is located in the food court area. It has its own seating area that felt private, which was cool. I stood in line, looking at the menu. There were a handful of folks in front of me. It allowed me to look at the menu at a leisurely pace. My go-to is the two-piece burger steak with mushroom sauce. I normally get two sides, but I wasn't that hungry. I ended up getting mashed potatoes in gravy. I had a cheerful woman taking my order at the counter. I also got a pineapple quencher. I got a buzzer that would indicate that my order was ready. It was effective. It buzzed and flashed lights at me. It took maybe five minutes for my order to be ready. I thanked the woman and headed to a vacant table steps away. My pineapple quencher was sweet. It was enjoyable. I don't have pineapple drinks all that often, so it was an indulgence. I loved my burger steaks. Oh, how I have missed having them. They were perfectly cooked and fork-tender. I loved them. The sliced mushrooms in gravy was excellent. I did choose the wrong side, though. I normally get rice and mashed potatoes in gravy. I needed the rice to sop up the gravy. Instead, I got two gravy items. Oops! My mashed potatoes were yummy. I actually did a double gravy dip in the gravy for the mashed potatoes, and then in the mushroom sauce. It was better than I had expected! I was stuffed, but I love dessert at Jollibee. The peach mango pies are addictive. There was a new coconut pineapple pie that I had to try. I went back in the lineup to get a couple of pies -- one of each flavour. It took no time to get my pies. I was the only person ordering. Nice! Both times, I paid with a credit card. My transactions were smooth. I thanked the woman and headed to my car. I then drove home. I had both pies when I got home. The peach mango pie never disappoints. The exterior was crispy. The filling was delicious. You got a lot of peach and mango cubes. So good! The coconut pineapple pie was fabulous. The chunks of young coconut and pineapple were generous and yummy. The exterior was also crispy and perfectly done. So good! I had a wonderful experience. Service was friendly but workers seemed overwhelmed. They missed a few items on my order and I had to go back to ask. The seating area is nice but gets very busy. Never having tried Jollibee in Canada before, I was excited to learn about the opening of this location, among the many locations across Toronto. This highly anticipated visit has been long overdue. My original experiences with the chain have been internationally in the USA and Asia, so I was curious to know how the Canadian Jollibee compares to the ones overseas. For my first time at this location I unfortunately received an undercooked piece of chicken. After a 10mins wait I stepped out to eat because I was so hungry. I noticed the middle of the chicken on the top side a huge portion of the chicken wasn't cooked. I went back to the store and the manager offered to cook a new one that would take another 10mins. At that point I'd lost my appetite and asked and received a refund. For a restaurant that specializes in chicken I'd expect at least thoroughly cooked chicken. I won't be coming back for a death sandwich. This was also right after my booster shot so now I don't know if I'm having side effects or food poisoning from the chicken. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This happened on April 6, 2022 (evening). The cleaner guy asked me to leave while I was enjoying my meal. He said they close their dining area at 7pm m. No one told me that! That's so rude and disrepectful. How can you ask someone to leave if that's person already eating?! And there were around 20 people around me eating their meals at their tables.
