Last time went there was more than a year ago. This time went there for their 25th Anniversary Deals. Check this out. Limited time offers CA$25 Jolly Offer in Canada: a.) 6pc Jolly Crispy Chicken + 2 Pies b.) 2x 2 pc Jolly Crispy Chicken + side + Soda + pie c.) 3 Chicken Sandwiches Deluxe Tasty good chicken! Don't forget about their Peach Mango Pie and Coconut Pineapple Pie too. At the same time, I find the 6pc Jolly Crispy Chicken Meal Deal at CA$28.99 is also a great deal. It comes with 6pc Jolly Crispy Chicken, 2 Regular sides, and 2 drinks. Recommended!

Got our pineapple juice!! Definitely a must have!

My bf was craving this and definitely hit the spot! I always loved their peach mango pie and never disappoint! Service wasn't too bad, we did have to line up for a bit but not too long. My daughter enjoyed playing with the jollibee statue. Place looks clean!

Giving it a 1 star for this visit for a few reasons. 1) Took so long for them to get our order out. I asked what's the hold up, one staff said it was missing the fries. I can see the other staff putting fries for other orders. I ask again why other orders that was after us is getting fries. Their response is those were medium, ours was large. Why didn't they simply put more fries in that medium order to make our large fries??? 2) There's a promised time in the receipt and they broke their promise. All because they can't put medium and small fries together to make large. 3) Quality of chicken is not the same. Not as good as before. Perhaps its due to them rushing to get chicken out. 4) MOST IMPORTANT REASON FOR 1 STAR, I ordered 10 piece and they only gave me 9. 5 regular and 4 spicy. This was a takeout order so we realized after we ate some chicken. Never (maybe as a last resort) coming back again. Luckily there's the STC location.

    They were too greasy

It's too greasy! Have been hearing a lot of good things about Jollibee from my friends and the internet, so I came with high expectations, but was rather disappointed. The chicken was way too greasy than Popeyes. If you press it a little harder you could see oil came out of it, and I'm sure they weren't the meat juice. I felt nauseous after eating one piece, and the gravy didn't help. Anyways finally got to try it.

Let me set your expectations : Jollibee is a Filipino chain of fast food restaurants .Among the establishment's best sellers are the Yumburger, the house hamburger first introduced during their early days of operation; the Chickenjoy, a fried chicken meal introduced in the 1980s which comes in both regular and spicy versions; and Jolly Spaghetti, a Filipino sweet-style interpretation of spaghetti, which is being advertised as "the meatiest, cheesiest spaghetti". If you are comparig it to some fancy artisnal fried chicken place you aren't really being realistic. The point of it is to be better than KFC and less problematic than chick-fil-a. Which is what it does. Sweet Spaghetti, fried chicken. This is probably my favourite of the fried chicken chains in Toronto. I also like going to the one in AJax. I will probably continue going.

    Miss Lady ..

Not halal. I bought a single regular thigh and Spicy thigh along with a large fries which cost me $15. It's cheaper than the 2 piece combo which only gives you a regular/small fries. And this way you can get 2 thighs instead of a thigh and leg with the combo. (if you try and swap it out in the combo, they charge you for a whole additional piece. you'll be paying for three pieces but you'll only be getting two) The fries are like McDonald's only a little bit more thicker. The chicken was tasty. Very crunchy on the outside. The Spicy really was spicy! (But bearable). It's a worthy competitor to Popeye's. The only thing is that Popeyes is halal which makes it accessible and inclusive of Muslims. Jolibee gets rated down for being exclusionary of Muslims. This is the Greater Toronto area, and more specifically Scarborough. They need to be more inclusive and accessible for the population.

I ordered on the WebApp. They messed up one item transcribing the order from web app to the actual in store receipt and charged me for wrong item. Then you go to their website to launch a complaint and you DONT hear back. Also even tried calling the store right after 4 times and they keep hanging up on you. I am extremely disappointed in your customer service and that you can't make it right. If you are listening my order # is 5139 on Feb 25, 2022.

Excellent service at this location. Of course we were there during a non-busy time of day during the weekday. Chicken is crisp and made to perfection. The meat is juicy and tender and the sodium level is to a minimal. The pies weren't too shabby either. But we weren't fans of the Jolly Spaghetti or the Palabok Fiesta. To each their own I guess. Don't take my word for it. You may love it.

Located in a busy plaza in Scarborough, jollibee's came with significant fanfare and continues to be popular to this day. Service - a bit hit and mixed. Appreciate the phone and online ordering options but it seems the communication to the in-house staff seems off. They still make you wait in line even though the order is ready if you ordered via phone or online. Food: Chicken - Super crispy and crunchy skin, juicy chicken inside. Not too salty. The spicy version does pack a punch so be aware when ordering. Came piping hot out of the fryer. 4/5 Palabok - this is a delicious mix of glass noodles with a peanut, pork, shrimp and garlic sauce. Comes with ground pork, tiny shrimp and sliced eggs. Surprisingly, really good for a fast food place. 5/5. Peach mango pie - fresh peach flavor but seemed to lack mango flavor. The deep fried exterior is crunchy and delicious. 3.5/5 Taro pie - has good taro flavor but comes with an interesting cheese flavor that is off putting to me. Kind of like taro and melted processed cheese. Not a big fan for me. 1/5. Price: Jolibees is definitely on the more expensive end when you're taking fast food fried chicken but is executed well.

Jollibee is a staple every time I'm in Toronto. This location is where I first tasted the deliciousness. There's just something about the pineapple juice, the mango peach pie, and of course the chicken. It's a must for me. The chicken itself doesn't feel greasy or processed. It's very juicy and tender. The gravy goes well with everything. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I really recommend the chicken, pineapple juice, mango peach pie, and rice with gravy as a side.

It was worth the wait. Wait as in I waited until I got the opportunity today to try Jollibee. It did not disappoint! The order was placed on the phone for pickup just after 2pm but was told it won't be ready until 4:30pm. Hard to get a hold of anyone in the beginning as they must have been overwhelmed with orders to answer the phone. We didn't have to wait in line to pick up our order so we were in and out within a few minutes. The chicken was so juicy and full of spicy flavour that I think this might be better than Popeyes. I said it. The mashed potato had a sweet taste to it. Loved the gravy. Corn was a good addition. French fries reminds me of McDonalds fries but thicker and longer. Peach and mango pie was AMAZING. Heating one later for dessert (again).

Franchise | Fried Chicken | Fast Food | Filipino Delicious fried chicken combos and pieces. Unlike North American fried chicken, you pair it with vermicelli noodles, white rice or spaghetti pasta. Gravy is included. For drinks they also carry a pineapple juice which is quite popular. Overall, great experience. This location is still quite popular so be prepared to have a bit of a wait time.

Omg. The chicken here is SO juicy. We came here expecting the lines have died down. It was in the middle of the afternoon and there was still quite the lineup, but luckily we came in before the rush and got to order pretty quickly. We ordered the 6 piece chicken bucket which comes with free gravy and peach mango pie. After I took my first bite of the fried chicken, I didn't even need to dip it into the gravy, but I did anyway because who can say no to gravy?! The chicken was really moist, and it was also very spicy! The red pepper powder was sprinkled all over the fried pieces of chicken. Definitely felt like I needed a cup of milk when I was eating this. I saw a lot of customers drinking the pineapple juice, so maybe I'll order that with the chicken next time! Typically I'm not a huge fan of pie or hot fruits - so I popped the peach mango pie in the fridge and tried it the next day. It was so delicious when it was chilled! Overall, I really enjoyed Jolibee chicken. I'd definitely return whenever I get a fried chicken craving.

The gentleman was incredibly nice in explaining what the top favs were and was even nice to allow me to add an ingredient, as one of my spuds had something removed (no coleslaw for me). My order consisted of Mexican Fiesta and Nashville Chick. My husband took his Mexican fiesta potato as is, but I ended up switching my pulled chicken for fried chicken. The potatoes were amazing! The base potato was so flavourful and not bland at all, evenly seasoned on its own without the toppings. The toppers were delicious and went well with the spud. It hasn't even been a week, and I'm already jonesing for my next potato bar experience.

The portions are large, the quality is fresh and the spice levels aren't here to play. I tried the steak burritos and the fish/chicken/carne tacos. My favorite protein option was the carne. Smokey and sweet, tender and soft, it was a standout from the rest. The fish was a quick second, followed by the steak and then the chicken. The packaging is worth mentioning. My favourite burrito place is GetnGo/Binge Burrito where the dominant flavour is the taste of the peppery and salty refried beans along with other spices. With Rico, the dominant flavour was from the fresh tasting salsa and veggies. I got my burrito made with all of their ingredients except jalapeño. Really enjoyed it. Nice mix of flavours, fresh tasting ingredients, and really generous portions. Will definitely repeat. This is right up there with my favourite burrito. One word of caution, be careful with their hot sauce. When ordering, I was told it was really hot. I have pretty high tolerance for heat but this sauce was next level. Will try the tacos next time.
