Staff can unlock the door remotely. For years, I backroad it home from work. I pass by Centerpoint Mall and rarely drop by. I just haven't had a need to be there. I have mini goals. One of them is to visit every Jollibee in the greater Toronto area. I had this goal in Winnipeg, which was easier to achieve with three locations. I knocked this Jollibee at the mall off my list last Wednesday. I came here after work. This eatery has a separate entrance from the mall. It makes sense that if the mall is closed, you can still get your Jollibee fix. Mall entrance 6 is next door. It was a bit sad to see Pickle Barrel gone. It was the last time I dined at this mall, which would have been next door from Jollibee. I got here at around 3:30 pm. I found a parking spot in the middle of the lot. I backed into the spot and walked over to the eatery. This Jollibee has patio seating in the summertime. I walked in and there was a bit of a lineup. It allowed me to figure out what I wanted to eat. At Jollibee, I do have a regular order. However, I wasn't that hungry, so I didn't go with a side order of spaghetti. It hurt a bit, but I'll be back for some soon. I got Alyanna at the order area. She was friendly and patient with me. I got these items: - Two burger steaks with steamed rice - Pineapple quencher - Peach mango pie I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was done. She gave me a receipt with my order number. I waited patiently for my order. It didn't take long. I forgot to get my rewards QR code scanned. I realized when I got home that the app allows you to claim it with the special long code on the receipt. The app is glitchy. I entered the code and got an error. I did it again and it said that I had redeemed the code. So confusing! It turns out that my first attempt took and I got my reward points. Yay! The error code needs to be fixed, as it's misleading. Anyway, my order number was called out. I approached the counter. Another woman made sure that my order was correct and then handed me my tray, as I had mentioned that I'd be dining in. I thanked her and went to find a spot to sit down and eat. There are tables and seats. It was busy at this hour, but I found a table towards the restaurant's mall entrance. When I exited the mall to shop, I noticed that there are more seats to sit down and eat. I'll start with the pineapple quencher. It was sweet, but yummy. I always find that I go through this drink fast. I end up getting a refill of Diet Pepsi. I did that once while enjoying my meal. Just before I headed out, I filled it up again. My go-to meal is the two burger steaks. I love the mushroom sauce that I mix with steamed rice. It's so comforting. I love the sliced mushrooms, the sauce, and the yummy burger steaks with perfectly steamed rice. It's my favourite dish. I had a peach mango pie for dessert. It was crispy with a lot of peach mango filling. It was excellent. I needed to use the washroom. It required a code to unlock it. I went over to the order counter and asked another female staffer if I could get the code. She said that she could unlock the women's washroom from where she was and I could head over there. Well, another female staffer had made her way over to the washroom and used the single stall first. When she exited, I got to use it. It was clean and spacious. No complains. Some folks will say that eating at Jollibee is expensive. My meal was $20 after taxes. I'd say that it can be expensive. However, I don't eat here often and I'm at peace splurging when I do crave Jollibee. I'd return here for more good eats. It's a good stop between the office and home to grab a bite and relax. Solid quick takeout spot in the area. Store is clean and usually not too crowded. Service is cheerful, and food comes out fast. A bit pricey compared to other fast food chicken chains, but I think their pieces are bigger. I love that their spicy actually means spicy! I finally tried their food after having heard great things about their chicken dipped in gravy for years. I can certainly see why it was so sought after when they had their first location in Scarborough, and people were lining up for hours just to get some of this food. Mind you, I would personally never line up for hours for any food, but this food is truly a 10/10, and in some cases, I would rank certain items even higher than that :D -[SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH] 12/10 I personally had been craving a fried chicken sandwich all week long when I ordered this so it truly hit the spot! It is made up of their own extremely flavorful hand-breaded chicken filet, topped with sriracha mayo, jalapeno slices, all sandwiched between two brioche buns. I basically inhaled this sandwich, and then immediately wanted another one :'D It does have a bit of a kick because of the sriracha, and jalapeno slices, but suuuuuper managable since I love spicy foods -[JOLLY SPAGHETTI] 8/10 This is a dish one of my close friends had been hyping up for well ovee a year now so of course, I had to order to see what it was all about. It is 100% a much sweeter spaghetti dish that most of the western world will be shocked by - because I grew up eating Hong Kong cafe style spaghetti though, the jolly spaghetti was only a smidge sweeter than what I am used to. Jolly Spaghetti is made using banana ketchup which makes a lot of sense as to why it's so sweet, savory ham, ground meat, and cut up hot dogs. The dish is also topped with cheese. While I did enjoy it, it is likely something I would not order again BUT if someone brought it to a potluck, I'd happily have some -[CHICKEN TENDERS - 3 PCS] 10/10 (not pictured) I got the three piece set because $ is tight but I mean, when is it not LOL. I opted for the tender dip instead of the gravy since I knew I would order gravy to pair with the chicken later. Hard to describe what the tender dip tasted like but it was a tangy, and smoky aioli is the best way I could explain it. The tendera were, well, tender haha - also super crispy! -[3 PCS JOLLI CRISPY CHICKEN] 10/10 (not pictured) I got two pieces of their original, and one of their spicy chicken just to see what option I would order in the future. Kudos to them for letting you very specifically choosing how many of each kind you want, and then also for sticking little flags in the spicy version :D I personally didn't find the spicy version spicy really but it was more flavorful so I'll be ordering only the spicy chicken going forward. Dipped in their gravy, the chicken's flavors are truly elevated ~ -[FRIES] 10/10 (not pictured) I always order fries when given the option, and their fries here did not disappoint :D They also reheat well in the toaster oven, and are flavorful withour being drowned in salt the way McDonalds does it -[PINEAPPLE QUENCHER] 10/10 I personally very rarely drink drinks that are sweet unless I'm having bubble tea, and even then, I will get it with the least amount of sugar possible. Since I know that about myself, I let the ice in this drink fully melt before consuming it, and it was super delicious, and refreshing! I was a JollyBee recently, because our group of friends was doing a fried chicken challenge. And I was bringing Jollibee. I won't mention or disparage the other brands, we all know who they all are. In the end, Jollibee and it up being our topic so the chicken itself is juicy and delicious. This specific location is very busy and doesn't have a ton of seating. My only complaint is that the pricing is pretty outrageous. I purchased two 10 piece buckets and after tax that cost over $70! I don't understand what going on with food prices in Canada but $70 for 20 pieces of chicken is wow. As for the food, I love Jollibee fried chicken, especially their spicy version! read more

This location is located at Centerpoint Mall. I usually come for the Palabok because I love Palabok and the one from Jolibee is a quite fix and flavour is not bad at all. I do prefer the thicker Palabok noodles though, the one they serve here is the thin one. But tonight, I came here to try the spicy chickenwich. It's nice and crunchy even when I took sometime to get home and ended up cold. But even when the burger ended up cold, it was still tasty, very crunchy and a good level of spice with the jalapeño. We were in the neighborhood and noticed the relatively new Jobilee perched right next to Pickle Barrel. We were there a bit before noon on a Saturday, and went through the entrance on the outside as part if COVID-19 precautions. We cleaned out hands and were met with a warm Jolibee greeting. The cashier directed me for the combos and we order one 2 piece chicken and fries and another 1 piece with spaghetti. After placing our order, we were told to wait outside. After about 10 minutes I was directed back in and being told to have a "Jolibee Day," I collected the order and brought home. Having surveyed the contents, we noticed right away that the one piece was missing from. The spaghetti combo. Keep in mind that this was our first visit, and an incomplete order which amount to about $22.00 for a little bit of food is an automatic fail. Otherwise, the chicken is very good (a once in a lifetime treat) but a small leg and thigh piece, and of course was missing from one combo. The spaghetti is famous, but come on guys chef boy r dee with a few sliced hot dogs is a similar flavor profile. But its a fun bite. The mango pie is one you need to share, as its a fried two biter. The pineapple juice is similar tasting to the stuff in the pineapple can, and very sweet. So my one piece of advice is check your order before leaving, which can be an issue once the line grows around the block. Maybe worth a try, but not.likely to repeat any time soon. -Zuk read more

We bought the $20 10pcs chicken promo today at 6464 Yonge St branch. Picked up at 11am. When we ate the chicken, it was so dry and tasted like old oil. So it seems we were given re-fried old chicken. We went back to the store to request for an exchange. The staff did not know what to do and when she went to ask the manager, she did not even bother to come and check what the issue was. On top of that, the staff rudely said we will just change whatever is left. Does the manager think we are trying to take advantage and so treats us this way. They should actually change the whole order. Having driven for 45mins to North York to be served old chicken and treated this way is really disappointing and unacceptable. I hope Jollibee can address this poor customer service in this branch. read more

Ordered two pieces of chicken and got both thighs no leg. Most other places will give you a piece of leg meat and a piece of thigh meat. The portions are smaller too. I have been to other Jollibee locations and have not encounter this. Buyers should specify what type of meat you want, otherwise they will cheap out on you! Go to another location instead. read more

Staff were polite and the food came out promptly. The chicken was cooked through but not enough to my liking. The coating was just ok, as was the gravy.
