This is one of the most expensive fast food chains around. Had a pineapple mango quencher & ube pie. The quencher was delicious with a great fruit flavour. The pie was alright - the ube flavour was weak.

This location is located at Centerpoint Mall. I usually come for the Palabok because I love Palabok and the one from Jolibee is a quite fix and flavour is not bad at all. I do prefer the thicker Palabok noodles though, the one they serve here is the thin one. But tonight, I came here to try the spicy chickenwich. It's nice and crunchy even when I took sometime to get home and ended up cold. But even when the burger ended up cold, it was still tasty, very crunchy and a good level of spice with the jalapeño. Good addition to the menu!

We were in the neighborhood and noticed the relatively new Jobilee perched right next to Pickle Barrel. We were there a bit before noon on a Saturday, and went through the entrance on the outside as part if COVID-19 precautions. We cleaned out hands and were met with a warm Jolibee greeting. The cashier directed me for the combos and we order one 2 piece chicken and fries and another 1 piece with spaghetti. After placing our order, we were told to wait outside. After about 10 minutes I was directed back in and being told to have a "Jolibee Day," I collected the order and brought home. Having surveyed the contents, we noticed right away that the one piece was missing from. The spaghetti combo. Keep in mind that this was our first visit, and an incomplete order which amount to about $22.00 for a little bit of food is an automatic fail. Otherwise, the chicken is very good (a once in a lifetime treat) but a small leg and thigh piece, and of course was missing from one combo. The spaghetti is famous, but come on guys chef boy r dee with a few sliced hot dogs is a similar flavor profile. But its a fun bite. The mango pie is one you need to share, as its a fried two biter. The pineapple juice is similar tasting to the stuff in the pineapple can, and very sweet. So my one piece of advice is check your order before leaving, which can be an issue once the line grows around the block. Maybe worth a try, but not.likely to repeat any time soon. -Zuk

Busy place. A bit pricey compared to the competition but the taste is there. Chicken is moist and fried skin is crispy. And it's nice to have different pies available compared to the other places that only offer apple or cherry.

Got their sweet spaghetti, chicken and rice with their gravy, fries and their Spicy Chicken burger Their spicy burger was sooo good I highly recommend, get their spicy chicken instead of their regular and their gravy is so good with their rice so comforting! perfect pair! Also got their new banana jackfruit pie out for a limited time! I love it more than the original peach mango pie~ Also if you are getting a drink make sure to try their pineapple juice!

    They served us old chicken

We bought the $20 10pcs chicken promo today at 6464 Yonge St branch. Picked up at 11am. When we ate the chicken, it was so dry and tasted like old oil. So it seems we were given re-fried old chicken. We went back to the store to request for an exchange. The staff did not know what to do and when she went to ask the manager, she did not even bother to come and check what the issue was. On top of that, the staff rudely said we will just change whatever is left. Does the manager think we are trying to take advantage and so treats us this way. They should actually change the whole order. Having driven for 45mins to North York to be served old chicken and treated this way is really disappointing and unacceptable. I hope Jollibee can address this poor customer service in this branch.

We were lured in through some mail in ads that showcased their daily specials. which are pretty great. When we were there it was $15 for a burger with a side and a pint of beer or $2 less for pop. We each got one of those and ordered a lb of wings to share as well. They serve wings in the original format which is less breaded and the breaded version is bigger and more crispy and maybe caloric. We opted original for the wings and fries. For our burgers, we went for veggie sticks and an upgraded bowl of salad to balance out the meal. I'm just surprised that the greens were super fresh for a bar. I'm so used to crappy old salads from a pubs. Burgers were nice and juicy. Wings are as consistent as I last remembered it. The server even allowed me to customize a sauce blend because it wasn't too busy that night. We even peeked at their drink menu and cocktails are like only $8 something and it's regular price. Overall great experience.

Jolly Good Chicken !!!…read more We were in the Promenade area and decided to have lunch. Since my kids had never eaten at Jollibee's before we decided to give it a try. Jolibee is a fast-food chicken chain from the Philippines and now has locations in Canada. My kids and I have had chicken from most of the North American chain restaurants like Popeye's, Mary Browns, Church's Chicken and KFC as well as local fried Chicken joints like Krispy Cajun, BB.Q Chicken and Mr. Sixx however they have not had the Pilipino style of chicken. When we arrived we had time to peruse the menu, and the person at the counter helped my kids pick out their meal. They were curious about two items they had not had before and we ordered some chicken meals, a la carte chicken as well as the Sweet Spaghetti and Palabok. I have to say the Palabok and Sweet Spaghetti were a hit and my kids loved it. I personally like the chicken at Jollibee's as they have a unique marinade and the chicken is always juicy and tender inside and the coating keeps the chicken crisp on the outside. My kids said they liked the chicken, but it wasn't the greatest as they are biased towards Popeye's. The meals were filling and the kids overall enjoyed them, Since our inaugural visit we have gone back a couple more times, mostly when we are at the Promenade for shopping or the movies. Overall, Jollibee's is always busy at this location and in the Thornhill area, this is our new go-to for fast-food chicken, Sweet Spaghetti and Palabok.

Each container was of premium quality, but the standout was how well the fried chicken was packed. It was absolutely amazing! Here's what we got: Cheez Ball (6 pcs): A perfect appetizer. I tried them while they were still warm, and each piece of fried dough was filled with a savoury, gooey cheesy centre. These chewy goodness never got old, and I could have easily eaten the entire order myself. It was the perfect way to start the meal. Pelicana Fried Chicken Boneless Large (Half): These two-bite boneless chicken pieces had a thin, crispy, and well-seasoned batter. They were juicy inside, and each piece was perfectly cooked. I loved how every bite balanced texture and flavour. Pelicana Signature Chicken Boneless Large (Half): The other half of our order featured the same crispy chicken, but this time tossed in a sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy sauce. The sauce was generously applied, enhancing the already flavourful chicken. The balance of sauce, batter, and meat was spot on. Snow Fries: A great side to complement the chicken. The fries were crispy and topped with a sweet, cheesy powder. However, the seasoning wasn't evenly distributed, so the fries at the bottom didn't get much flavour. I ended up dipping them in the signature sauce, and it worked out perfectly. In terms of value, while the quality justified the price, I felt the portions could have been more generous. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would order again if I'm in the mood for a little splurge.

My vanilla cream soda was yummy, but this place doesn't offer any sugar-free drinks at the fountain machine. I neither got my sweet and sour sauce, nor a biscuit. I have eyed dropping by this Kajun Chicken and Seafood eatery for a while. I'm normally in this plaza for Montreal-style bagels at St. Urbain Bagel Bakery. I changed things up by heading to Kajun for lunch. I rarely have any issue finding a parking spot. I backed into one steps away from the entrance and walked in. Staff were talking to one another when I walked in. I was the lone customer. I realized why staff were huddled around. The young woman who took my order was new. She had support around here. Nice! They were friendly. I wanted fish tenders. I asked what the difference was between a combo and a super combo. The new staffer said that the combo gives you a side and a super combo gives you two sides. I ordered the three fish tenders combo. I wanted macaroni salad as my side. The woman staffer said that I wanted fries. The man had heard me say macaroni salad. This interaction alone already made me think that my order was going to be screwed up. I was right. I was asked twice by the woman who wasn't a great listener what sauce I wanted. I said sweet and sour. She let me know that it would take a bit of time to deep-fry the fish tenders. Fair. I asked for a cup for my drink. I got it and hit the fountain machine. I was disappointed that this place does not offer any sugar-free options. Instead, I went with a Barq's vanilla cream soda with some ice. It was cold and bubbly. It was so good. Before I left, I got a refill. It took maybe ten minutes to get my order. I was happy when the new staffer called me. I thanked her and left. The fish tenders were excellent. Each was was flaky and delicious. The light coating around each one was crispy. I ate them without my sweet and sour sauce. Staff forgot to give me some. I read the combo deal online. It's supposed to come with a biscuit. I never got one. The macaroni salad was yummy. The macaroni was al dente. It was flavourful. Maybe I'll order through a mobile app next time and see if my order is accurate. I don't fault the young woman who was learning everything. It's a combination of being trained by more senior staff who have a few issues to resolve. The woman staffer who was supporting the new one should have been better at listening to my answers to her questions and holding a higher service standard. Perhaps having these adjustments in place would ensure that my order was complete. I was the only customer there. My order shouldn't have been as messed up as it was. (430)

However, because of the limitation, those diners probably haven't tried many top spots for comparison in reviews. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my meal. We ordered the burger (the Ringer), onion rings, Southern fried chicken and coleslaw. The standout has to be their onion rings, probably the BEST onion rings I've ever had. The onion rings are huge and super crispy. The coleslaw is well-executed: tangy and not too much mayo, just how I like it. It complimented our fried meal well. I would love to try their hand-cut fries next time. The mains are decent too, and I would gladly have it again. They have an assortment of toppings for the burger, including sauerkraut, but we kept it simple this time with lettuce and pickles. The fried chicken is good though I can't say it's better than the original famous Southern fried chicken I had in Savannah, Georgia, a few months back. They provided a combination of 2 dark meat and 1 white meat piece. I'm thankful that I got to try fried white meat chicken. However, I prefer my fried chicken all dark meat like most places but it's extra to request it here. Staff is nice. We ordered a drink to share but they also offered a small cup so I can refill something else in the fountain if I wanted. A bit pricey, $10.99 for 2pc fried chicken and $15.99 for the burger not including sides. But such is with inflation. I guess I'll just have to catch them for their specials. I think I saw on the board a Shabbat special! Does that mean Friday evening through to Saturday? Is it only for Jewish folks? I want in on that Shabbat deal. It was a Sunday when I was there... I'm curious so would ask next time if I'm back. I could also see others not feeling right to ask if they don't practice the tradition of Shabbat.
