The chicken wings, especially, had a sour smell/taste. Rip-off! The chicken tenders were passable in taste. I was still parked in the parking lot when I had my bite on both the chicken wings and tenders. I can't bring myself to complain or go back to get my money back (problem with lesser-known chains). Most of the time, you get into an argument with them (owners feel accused) and your money will not be returned but perhaps, given a new batch. In this particular incident, I decided NOT to pursue the matter but rather make a review on YELP to warn other customers. Customer service was friendly. I specifically asked for a made-to-order batch for both items (wait of 10-15 minutes) YET I received rotten chicken wings. Freshly-fried. Made-to-order. Rotten.
