And they are even innovating with concessions to a vegan palate, like the Southwestern Hash I had. (But I doubt they have a dedicated vegan grill, but then, I'm not a vegan.) A solid plate of home fries, mushrooms, red peppers and onions, and two small cups of guacamole and chopped tomatoes. Improved for me by judicious sprinkling of some hot sauce on top. Their coffee is strong and does the job. Simple diner food. But satisfying and it sticks to your ribs. Their menu also offers lunch options like wraps, burgers, salads,... This is a chain. There are 7 booths and 5 bar chairs available for dine-in. The menu feels different from a typical diner and offers great variety of comfort food and drinks. We ordered "Sweet Potato Salad", "Southern Breakfast", and "Hot Turkey". The Southern Breakfast was a filling plate with eggs, bacon, grits, gravy, fermented greens and their famous buttermilk biscuit, while the Hot Turkey was a really interesting combination of stuffing French toast, smoked turkey, gravy, cranberry chutney and maple butter. You have to sign in as part of contact tracing in case there is an outbreak of COVID linked back to this establishment. Make sure you do not block the pathway from behind the bar, I didn't block it but a large family with several kids needed a place to stand in line and wait for a big table, because servers will get very mad at you and tell you "I NEED TO GET BY! DON'T BLOCK THE WAY!" But there is no where to stand when the lineup is 20 people deep. This is something to think about once the weather gets colder and there is a long lineup out the door. Perhaps takeout would be a better option than to be yelled at by the short haired waitress with tattoos?
