The meat was tender and really juicy, with a nice mix of different cuts including wings and drumsticks. Here's how the four flavors went for us: Aburi Yuzu Gochu Definitely eat this one first while it's hot! The sweet and citrusy yuzu gochu mayo works really well with the melted, torched cheese. Together with the juicy and tender chicken, it was easily one of my favorites. Unfortunately, it wasn't nearly as good once it got cold. Good as Gold White truffle and black truffle oil. Surprisingly light for fried chicken! The truffle aroma really comes through in both the crispy skin and the chicken itself, without making it feel greasy or heavy. Really enjoyed this one. Golden Lava Salted egg yolk with chili. This one was disappointing. It tasted pretty close to the original fried chicken, and I could barely pick up either the salted egg yolk or chili flavors. Sambal Oelek A Southeast Asian-style chili garlic sauce. The garlicky heat was quite strong, but personally I didn't think it paired that well with the fried chicken. Once you get past the sauce on the surface, the chicken itself doesn't have much seasoning or flavor.
