This is their third location: Lawrence Ave & Warden Ave…read more I ordered: 20 wings for $14.99 11 chicken tenders for $14.99 Unfortunately, the chicken at this location is NOT FRESH!!! The chicken wings, especially, had a sour smell/taste. Rip-off! The chicken tenders were passable in taste. I was still parked in the parking lot when I had my bite on both the chicken wings and tenders. I can't bring myself to complain or go back to get my money back (problem with lesser-known chains). Most of the time, you get into an argument with them (owners feel accused) and your money will not be returned but perhaps, given a new batch. In this particular incident, I decided NOT to pursue the matter but rather make a review on YELP to warn other customers. Customer service was friendly. I specifically asked for a made-to-order batch for both items (wait of 10-15 minutes) YET I received rotten chicken wings. Freshly-fried. Made-to-order. Rotten. I have been to the other 2 locations; the chicken in these 2 locations were ok. After this experience, I will most likely not go to the other 2 locations as well for fear of being served something less than ideal....AGAIN.

I've been curious about this fried chicken that originated from Dubai and immediately liked that they had a sign outside for daily $5 deals. Perfect for tasting something new! Server at the counter was friendly and I ordered the two piece fried chicken deal. It was awesome that it was made to order so it would be super fresh! But I had to wait about 15 min. Nice ambiance in the restaurant and many tables. More people started to come in while I waited. When my chicken arrived I was so surprised at how huge the thigh was! I was so happy because KFC, Mary Brown's and other franchises now cut their thighs in half and you only get half a thigh! This should be against the law! It was super hot so when it cooled down I was able to enjoy how crispy and juicy the chicken was. It didn't taste as flavourful as I hoped but next time I'll order it spicy. It was still really good and I'll definitely come back. I want to try their chicken sandwich and tandoori fries.

Parking is limited but I was lucky enough to get a spot in front of the store. Store itself was nothing but a counter and a couple of tables with a few extra chairs for takeout customers. Store could really use an update. Don't get me wrong. The place is clean but definitely showing its age. If you are expecting to dine-in, you may be disappointed as the restaurant only has two tables that could seat 10 people tops. Also the store is very smoky inside, so their ventilation system probably needs an update too. Fried chicken is the star of the show here. 10 pieces (dark meat only) for $11.99 is relatively cheap compared to other stores, namely KFC, which happens to be right next door. Juicy and fresh all the time, but there is always a wait as they can't seem to keep up with the demand. Also, if it matter to you, they serve halal chicken only Divey place, great fried chicken. That about sums up this place.

The fries come in different in different colours , with each representing a different flavour. My personal flavour were the yellow and orange colour chicken fries which was turmeric and tomato flavour. The spice level we picked was light and it was for perfect for me - someone who can't really handle much spice The thing I love the most about these chicken fries is it had just the right amount seasoning and crunch too it . Didn't feel really oily either. Price is a tad steep $ 10.05 for fries but since it's actually chicken , it seemed ok . I will go back to buy the actual chicken cup as that seems like a better value and I'll get to pick my fav flavour !

The colouring on the chicken fries is supposed to be natural from ground up ingredient powders. I'm not sure if the owner is taiwanese or mainlander but he was really friendly. Didn't have any tissues and also no washroom at inside this unit, but he went to his CAR and grabbed me some wet naps to clean my hands which was really kind of him. The cutlet itself was breaded well, crispy and the chicken was juicy. The price is kinda steep so if it would've been a lil cheaper I'd award 5 stars. I'm keen to try some chicken fries with cuttlefish or tomato powder on the batter next time. It's a relatively chill spot and I don't think it's as well known as it's competitors, Monga or Hot Star, but it holds its own imo.

We sampled the creole chicken sandwiches, hot honey chicken, popcorn shrimp, onion rings, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with the creole gravy. I think the food is made to order since there was a bit of wait but our order was accurate and tasty. Wish they offered more complimentary dipping sauces that's my only complaint. In terms of actual chicken pieces, and the breaded chicken filet in the sandwich, these were super tender and juicy. The popcorn shrimp felt a little dry but everything was overall tasty. I would definitely eat here again. As far as fast food goes, this is more fun than your regular Mcdonalds or Burger King!
