Probably one of the best Jollibee's we've been to. It's really big, spacious and fairly clean. Ordering was fairly quick for us and getting the food took a little while because it was being made fresh to order, but everything was beyond our expectations. We decided to try the Kbbq sandwich and chicken pieces after a kpop concert nearby and were not disappointed at all. Definitely coming back in the future if in the area.

True to its Filipino taste! Just like back in Manila! Plus they have Poutine! They are missing the Jolli Hot Dog but everything else is yummy and spot on! The place was busy but we still got our food quickly. The buzzer system they have helps you find a table and just wait for your food. Make sure to bring a friend so you can save your table if you're eating in. Overall, a good casual dining experience in the heart of Toronto. Worth a try!

Grading on the cheap fast food scale, Jollibee is tops for me because of their fried chicken and spaghetti. I think the spicy chicken is the best fast food fried chicken out there. And while the spaghetti isn't for everyone given how sweet it is, to me it's sweetly nostaligic. Sure, I'm biased - Jollibee for me is the mix of greasy goodness that only fast food brings with a very specific tinge of longing that only childhood memories bring. Spicy chicken and sweet spaghetti is such a weirdly beautiful combination.

Came here for the first time on a Wednesday night and got the two piece with a side of fries ($10.49). The service was relatively quick. I was super excited to try their fried chicken after hearing so many things and it tasted pretty good - hot, crispy, a good amount of juiciness. However, it wasn't anything particularly amazing to me. Their fries were also a bit underwhelming. I do appreciate the amount of gravy they provide. I think it's a good quick meal option but I don't see myself going here regularly (especially with all the other fried chicken places nearby). Good amount of seating and it was relatively clean. I also took a quick bite of my sister's spaghetti, which we both agreed was a tad too sweet for us. The pineapple juice was delicious, though.

Chicken Sandwich BOGO deal : The original chicken sandwich had a perfectly crispy exterior and tender, juicy chicken inside. The flavors were well-balanced, and the bun was soft. Overall, it was worth trying their chicken sandwiches in the restaurant as their service was quick and the ambiance of the location was pretty clean and nice.

First time at Jolibee in Toronto, but was very good. Was only in for a quick snack, chicken is still my favorite. Mashed potatoes was good. But you know the mango and pineapple coolers are the best. The service was fast, and friendly. Must try for Chicken, but do try the mango peach pie.

Clean. Quick service. Love that they still have the spicy chicken since it's been discontinued at other locations. The Ube pie was not worth the calories. Tasted more like a paste with no fillings. This was our first time here at this location and won't be our last.

Juiciest chicken sandwich ever, this spicy chicken sandwich was 100 out of 10. Truly delicious, savouring every bite. I was disappointed with food across the street at quick pita, came to jollibee right after and this place was super delicious. Joy in every bite is not a lie. No wonder this place is thriving even being beside a competitor that has similar food I almost went there because I had tried them before. But I was like let's give Jollibee a try and they know how to deliver good food and exceptional experience. Service is nothing to write home about. but it is not expected of a fast food chain

I have seen the hype, by some food bloggers, about Jollibee and when I found out there was one within walking distance of the Sheraton Centre Toronto, you bet I made the walk to try it out. They are located several blocks down Yonge Street, sort of a Mecca area for all types of cuisines and corporate fast food restaurants, but keep walking and you'll find it. You walk in and the counter is in the back of the restaurant, but it's clear the path you take to go in and go out. Staff is very friendly and they don't stop. They have online orders and in-house orders that keep the front staff and back-end staff going non-stop. I waited about 10 minutes for my food, but they were clear how busy they were and apologetic so I wasn't concerned. I ordered several items to sample as I was taking it back to my hotel room. I got their deluxe chicken sandwich, their spaghetti and peach mango pies. Keep in mind Jollibee is known for their friend chicken so when they offer a spaghetti, why wouldn't you try it. The spaghetti had a meat sauce and hot dogs with some shredded mozzarella on it. You heard me right, hot dog slices. The sauce was on the sweeter side from your traditional marinara, which made me think of Chef Boyardee. The quantity was enough to satisfy a hungry belly. The deluxe chicken was still moist and crunch after a 20 minute walk back to the hotel. The lettuce and tomato still seemed fresh and the flavor of their chicken was very good. I would order this again. The piece de resistance though was their peach mango pies. I heard they were great so I ordered 4 of them. Great is an understatement. It's almost an out of body experience where you never thought combining peach and mango into a puree and then place it inside of dough and fry it. Needless to say the 4 I ordered disappeared in a hurry. I had 3 of them after my meal and saved the 4th for my morning coffee. They are delicious and strike the right balance of sweetness that is not overwhelming. I would order a dozen of these again especially when they are BOGO. They are worth every penny in my mind. Overall, I was impressed for my first experience. I will definitely check them out again next time I am in Toronto.

We ordered 2 platters and they did not give us one of the pieces of chicken. Service is pretty abysmal here as well.

I order online on November 13 for 20 pieces of spicy but I only got 10 pieces of Spicy , I call the store on Scarborough town center , no one answer ... I would like to send a picture , a small bag can't hold 2 box of spicy Order Number 31028467229884416.. I have to order on more 1 box again , but you can see clear 2 box and 1 box use same sizes bag ...

Always fresh and crispy, the dasher Andersen stole my first order had to order again. Sent me a pic with my food between his legs saying "delivered."...the nerve of him. They also forgot my peach pie 2nd order but won't hold it against them

We do not have Jollibee's where I am from in the United States. So after always seeing reviews on social media, I had to stop by and try it. The restaurant was fairly clean, however, the table we sat it was a little sticky so we had to clean it. We ordered variety things just to try different menu items. We ordered the fried chicken with white rice, the spaghetti, a hamburger, and one of the mango pies. I must say that I was underwhelmed. I don't know if it's just this location, so I would be willing to try the restaurant chain again at a different location. The chicken lacked flavor, but I may be biased because we had tried the chicken next-door earlier the same day and it was much better and full of flavor. The spaghetti was just not for us. The burger did not stand out. I know that this is a favorite chain for many, so I would say try for yourselves. However, we will not return to this location.

Just a heads up though, if you order "mild" it is still definitely spicy, but in a good way. That said, the service was a big downside. When I went with friends, the place was not even busy, but it still took about 20 minutes for our food to come out (yes I counted because we were in a rush). We only ordered two tenders with no drink. For something that feels like fast food, that is pretty unreasonable. I also went specifically to try the mozzarella sticks, but we were told they had not even started making them and it would take another 40 minutes, which is kind of wild. Even when our food was ready, things moved really slowly. The cashier took SEVERAL minutes just labeling and staring at each box, even though we all ordered the same thing, and then another minute just to put everything into a paper bag. Maybe it was his first day? Another frustrating part was that the washrooms were locked, so we could not even use them while we were there, which was a mild inconvenience, but I think bathroom access in a spicy chicken shop is a bit crucial. On top of that, it is pretty expensive for what you get. Overall, the food is the only thing really saving this place. It tastes incredible, but because of the slow service, locked washrooms, and high prices, I probably would not go back.

The piece of chicken on my sandwich was a rather peculiar piece in terms of its shape. It did not provide an enjoyable eating experience. When I took my first bite, after figuring out which would be an easy bite, a piece of chicken fell out which made me realize it was two separate pieces of chicken inbetween two buns. It got rather messy after having to pick up the fallen pieces. Other than that, it was flavorful but wasn't the best I've had. I prefer Dave's Hot Chicken over this. My fries were pretty salty. If given the option, I would have requested lightly salted or no salt at all. Space was small but understandable as it seemed to be a carry-out spot. Customer service wasn't quite all that. The girl took our order and that was it. Not much of a greeting nor farewell/thanks for coming. We didn't receive a follow-up during our meal to see if we may needed anything. I would have benefited from extra napkins. My friend enjoyed his meal. He stated it was a good meal but he wouldn't go out of his way to get this. He would have preferred to uber-eats it if he lived here. What made me want to go was the name. My last name is the same as the restaurant name so I figured give it a go! This location is newer but retains the same seating format inside as its predecessors. First thing I noticed sitting down was how inflation absolutely drove these prices through the roof since the last time I had a bowl. Got myself a tonkotsu broth (totally missed the gyokai option ... only realized once I started eating and casually glanced back over at my sheet). Added premium toppings and held off on the gyozas this time around. Some things to note. They removed some condiments from the table. The pickled ginger, bamboo, mustard greens and garlic all used to be available ON the table for me to grab as a customer. Now the waitress just asks you if you want them when she's grabbing your order sheet. I think they should revert to having those items back on the table. I'm still able to grind my own sesame seeds into my ramen at the table which is great. Taste-wise, the bowl was delicious and reconfirmed to me why Ikkousha belongs in my top 5 list for toronto ramen. Value though? That's another story... My bowl of ramen with premium toppings and a serving of extra noodles was ~ $30 after tax and tip which is wild tbh. I don't think any other ramen place is charging that or more except Hokkaido Ramen Santouka (which I would argue has debatable value as a diner because of their super small portions). Yes, as a resto owner you account for inflation but I can't help feeling that the current pricing has gone past the inflation curve. 5 star ramen, 2 star pricing/value. The quality was excellent hence the 5 stars, but mentally I HAVE to drop a star because the price is just too high to ignore.
