Both were good; But, there's something to be said for fresh food right from the restaurant. Yesterday I stopped into the Burger Factory, Whitby location. The ambiance of this restaurant is great. It's bright and inviting. The owner Shah was behind the counter, working away. He was so pleasant and you can tell he REALLY enjoys his work. The Machine with Bacon Nashville Hot Chicken with Cheese Jalapeno Poppers Onion Rings Chocolate & Vanilla Twist Ice Cream The burgers were so flavorful and tender. The bacon strips were delicious. We had two pieces of each appetizer to try and I must say I LOVED the jalapeno poppers. They paired very well with the Factory sauce. I was pretty stuffed but I finished off my meal with a chocolate vanilla twist cone topped with caramel drizzle. Perfection. I had an absolute stellar experience at Burger Factory Whitby. I will 100% be returning to this location. Need to try the funnel cake next

The flavor I wanted was sold out so I chose something else. I will say however the corn Ribs were outstanding Fats forward to visit two. I tried the new flavor pacific Glaze as well as the honey garlic. The honey garlic were kind of dry and not overly flavorful. I was disappointed. However I quite enjoyed the Pacific Glaze flavor. This one was definitely Saucier. The Cajun Fries were also superb.and the perfect side dish. So it's been kind of hit or miss with my experiences so far. Love their sides but the wings haven't blown me away, yet. There's lots of seating and the plaza it's located in has LOTS of free parking!

I came here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon for a quick lunch…read more I had heard a lot about this place online and was really eager to try it. From what I've heard, their Ranch was pretty famous and their chicken tenders are pretty great. There were three of us, and we all wanted to try the tenders. So we got one 5pc tender meal & one 8pc tender meal for two we also upgraded one of the fried to Voodoo fries. The flavours we tried were: Original Hot Spicy Korean Mango Habanero I personally liked the Mango Habanero flavour the most The Voodoo fries were fine, They didn't really taste that unique. Something I did noticed for both the Regular Fries & Voodoo Fries, is that the potatoes were kind of sweet. It's almost as if they use Red Skin Potatoes. Overall, the service was great but the price was a little high for what your get. The flavours we tasted were good, and I'm curious about the other flavours I didn't get a chance to try, so I think I may be back. Tip: There's more options on their website than what they advertise on their menu board in person. The 8pc tender deal for 2 wasn't listed on the board, but it was listed online.

After watching Netflix 'Supersize Me 2', we wanted to find a great crispy fried chicken place in…read moreour area...This place I'd say met our quota! They make everything fresh to order, so you'd wait roughly 20 mins or so. Menu is quite simple....Everything is fried chicken! Meaning lots of calories... They have fried chicken pieces consisting of drumsticks + thighs, chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, chicken wrap, and some sides like: curly fries, poutine, mash + gravy, coleslaw, corn... We ordered extra. Here were the orders: 4 Pcs Fried Chicken ($12.99) single order, not combo (additional price difference)... You get 2x drumsticks, 2x thighs...Size is good portion. Original Chicken Sandwich ($6.99) Combo with poutine upgrade (+$4) and you can select a can pop...This sandwich is basically chicken tenders with lettuce, pickle and mayo...My partner enjoyed this sandwich. Rowdy Chicken Sandwich single ($9.99), not combo. We picked all our chicken to be spicy...Not to be afraid b/c its not that spicy...This sandwich is fried crispy chicken breast with pickles, purple coleslaw and mayo. A slight tender juicy crispy sandwich that stands out more than popeyes or any comparable chicken chain fast food joints... Poutine Curly Fries: Think Arby style curly fries but easier on the seasoning...Its mixed with KFC like style gravy and melted cheese curds...The portion size is quite generous and filling...While we enjoyed this, it does take away the crispyness of the fries mainly b/c of the gravy... While price point with these selected meals above runs to about $43 for two is a bit steeper than other chain places, but the quality is there. We've tried quite a few chicken chain franchises to come to a conclusion that this may best them all... Tried Jollibee, Churches Chicken, Chick n Joy, Popeyes, A&W Chicken sandwiches/tenders, Chick Fil A...If ranking based off of sandwiches alone, here is our top 3 choices/opinion.... 1) Rowdy Chicken; 2) Churches Chicken; 3) Jollibee

Came here for lunch because I had to work in the area for the whole day…read more I've been eyeing this place for a while since I like fusion food and trying out new places. I ordered the Butter Chicken Tacos and Masala Fries. If you don't like tacos, you can either make it a bowl, burrito, nachos, or poutine. The cost performance was solid. They were all reasonably priced and the tacos were bigger than I had pictured. The flavour was good with a good combination of toppings (lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro, purple cabbage, cheese, pineapple salsa, pickled onions, pickled cucumber, and pickled thai chili) to choose from. FYI, guacamole is an additional $1. And there write about 4 different sauces to choose from and combine. The naan was a bit burnt but using that as a tacos shell was a great idea. I just wish the flavour of the butter chicken sauce was a bit stronger since the toppings overwhelmed it a bit. But that's just a tiny thing, as the dish was still great. Masala fries was made of fries tossed in masala powder with sauce on top (mint chutney, pico de gallo, etc) and the price was pretty reasonable for what you get. Would I considering visiting again? Definitely. One suggestion to the restaurant is that since the space is quite small and you can only have a couple people inside, it may be beneficial for the customer and the store to have the menu posted for those waiting in line outside the restaurant. You can technically see the menu from the outside but the reflection on the glass and the dark lighting inside makes it hard to see the menu even when its cloudy outside. My coworker and I passed by the place yesterday and thought the place was closed based on how dark the inside is.
