I love cheese sticks so I got a Jumbo hand dipped cheese stick with pepper jack and a Jumbo hand dipped corndog for my hubby !!! I didn't chk the price but WOW!!! $9 for EACH???????? When I got my order, the hand dipped batter were like kind of over cooked to the point that they were burnt and batter was bland and burnt side was so bitter to the taste. I went up to the cashier and asked if the corn dog was the way it looked like burnt... and he replied "yes" ... but its bitter to the taste. So he willingly exchanged or replaced another cheese stick ..... but it was still burned !!!!!!! At this point I didn't want to waste my Jumbo cheese stick so I ate and finished it !! Hubby had a small bite of the Jumbo corn dog then it accidentally jumped off the table and rolled to the sticky floor ! When I was trying to get up from my seat ... bench was so sticky but i had to leave and I really don't want to stick around !!! It was a sticky situation !!! Being my first experience here the rating of 2 stars are for them replacing my cheese stick ! I will have to think twice about coming back here .... BUT the Western Bacon hot dog LOOKS YUMMY and so are the other hot dog sandwiches !!!! It might be a while for me to give this business another try in another location! Cold reception. Place not very spacious. Looks clean but stepped on sticky floor by catchup and mustard counter. Ordered two different corn dogs. They're both kind of burnt but one is more burnt. Very bitter taste of the batter (very dry too). Showed the guy and complained about the taste. Guy said that's how they do it. I'm not coming back and pay $9.00 for a burnt cheese dog. Hot dog on a stick at the mall taste way better. Corn dog tolerable burnt and batter not too dry. Diane and I came here again for lunch, and this time her huge Jumbo Hand Dipped Corn Dog with Cheese was perfectly cooked through and through, and a Chicago Dog for me was chockful of tomato slices, along with Emerald Relish, White Onion, mustard, and small Sport Peppers. A Mini order of Pastrami Fries was plenty for one. The thin Fries were very good but the pastrami on top ended too soon to adequately cover them all. Came here over the weekend with my boyfriend. The food was just fine, but the customer service was a but lacking. We walked up to the cashier with our order forms and weren't really greeted. She just took them and reviewed them. I accidentally didn't mark a drink size after circling Y on the combo and she rudely asked "so you just want tots?" With this tone and demeanor that made me feel she thought I was stupid. They were out of straws by the soda fountain so we went and asked for straws just to abruptly be told they're over there by another employee like we were bothering him. I got the western bacon dog with all beef and my boyfriend got the pastrami and I'm not sure what dog. They both looked good and tasted...fine. Not $11 fine for one hot dog but I get prices everywhere suck. Pretty sure the employees who act like they hate to be there and the mediocre food means we won't be coming back. I have to disclose right off the bat, two stars are solely taken off due to the lady working the register today. I've never been here, and walking in you have a huge wall menu and some papers and pens in it below. Initially my husband and I grabbed a paper to fill out but then looking at it I thought "oh no this is for build your own only - not if you pick a selection on the wall". So we go up to the counter and the worker ask if we have our paper and we say oh no we thought it was for build your own only. This lady literally rolls her eyes, gives a click of her tongue and huge sigh and says it's okay I'll fill it out and writes our order down. Sounds not so bad in this form but I'm telling you being there I was so startled and upset with her attitude- it's only 1pm wayyyy to earlier in your shift to have that type of energy. Now the food- not much to say. We got the Western and the Pastrami. Buns were soooo amazing, soft and delicious....and that was the only thing good. Hot dogs were pre-cooked and reheated on the flattop grill. Toppings were sparse and just presented the look of covered. White slice of cheese on the Western dog was giving me college era cheap food vibes and the bacon and onions ran out half way down the dog leaving me with only bbq covered old hot dog on a delicious bun. Same with pastrami dog... pastrami barley covered in a thin layer on top that ran out before my husband ate the whole thing. This place has options for everyone! Corn dogs are truly comparable to Disneyland. Buns are so soft. They use 100% beef hot dogs. You can definitely taste the high quality. I came here to try a hot dog and ended up getting a corn dog, which apparently was a great decision. The corn dog I ordered tasted just like the corn dogs at the fair. If you know, you know. The batter of the breading was so delicious, the perfect blend of sweet and salty. The size of the corn dog is pretty big, so come hungry. Usually, fries are a hit or miss at restaurants, but this was a hit. They were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. They give you a lot, too, which is a plus. So here's the good the bad and the delicious. The good - they have a delicious hotdog-based menu. Everything in the restaurant is based on some type of a hotdog. They even have a chicken dish served in a hotdog bun called a mother clucker! Their corn dogs and cheese on a stick is amazing! Their hotdogs are imported they are 100% all beef with no filler. Everything here is very good and the prices are also very reasonable most items you can get for between 5 to 7 dollars. With kids meals and specials straddling that lower price. Now for the bed, don't worry it's really not that bad... They have a very limited menu. If you're in the mood for a hamburger or another type of sandwich you were out of luck my friend. But don't sleep on the many options that they offer with their hotdogs including pastrami chili chicken fried eggs etc. They offer a very limited selection of side dishes including tater tot's, macaroni salad, potato chips etc. They have a great location right across from the Harkins theater nestled in between California Fish Grill and farmer boys restaurant. We utilized Jojo's to cater a party over the weekend and it couldn't have been better. Their food truck set up is perfect and was pretty efficient, not a crazy long wait for our guests to get their food. The packages were generous with choices that everyone would like- plain dogs for kids and more popular ones for adults. There is a minimum $ amount for them to come out to your event, and there's a travel fee included if you're outside of Redlands. However, I will happily pay it again because the quality and variety were so worth it. Our guests we so impressed by the selection and raved about the taste. I love hot dogs so I tried this small shop amongst several larger restaurants and I ordered my favorite kraut dog and a plain dog that I could fix up later. They were both mini sized and boy was I glad I didn't get the regular size because it would have been too much for me. The hot dog flavor was beefy and hearty tasting. The sauerkraut was crisp and tangy; I really loved the mustard they used. The service was quick and effective and the store was very clean. I recommend this establishment. read more

Hey there! I wanted to share my experience. We ordered three hotdogs, a corn dog, chilli tots, and three drinks, all for a whopping $64.00! However, the portion of food we received was quite disappointing and left us feeling unsatisfied. To make matters worse, the staff forgot to include my fries in my combo, so they arrived later and my food had already gotten cold. But, I must say that the ambiance of the restaurant was pretty cool, although there was limited seating available. The staff was very friendly, and to make up for our experience, they kindly gave us three $3 coupons for our next visit. Would I go back? Umm maybe to use my coupons in 3 different transactions yes but after that no. I was the second guest and I was excited aswell. It is absolutely disgusting because they don't know how to make plant based hot dogs. I make better hot dogs that that. But that was not all. The bread was soggy and tasted like old bread. Smelled weird too. My boyfriend got a pastrami sandwich and he said his bread was gross. You guys need better bread and to learn how to make plant based hotdogs. Finally, a gourmet dog joint that's reasonably priced and provides excellent quality to sweeten the deal! Jo-Jo's is a fine addition to the growing food options in the sprawling Citrus Plaza shopping center(s) where orange groves once grew. Consider the convenience of being near many fine chain brands and across the street from the uber-modern Harkin Theaters. The only negative is parking. Regarding the procedure, similar to What Which, a customer has the option of many substantial stock dog options, or go it alone and create their own concoction. I almost chose the latter approach until I saw the Pastrami Dog with grilled onions and pickles. A side of Tater Tots and bottled root beer rounded out the lunch for $12.39 with tax. Sounds expensive but to me it's fair value and slightly cheaper than eating at a Dog Haus. Taste: the all beef dog the girl behind the counter recommended was yuge! I was impressed by the assembly too (see pic below). I forgot to ask for mustard, but do you know what? It was so flavorful I didn't think about it until I started this review. The bun was able to not only contain the contents piled inside, it only got slightly soggy at the final bite. Outstanding! The corned beef and grilled onions tasted fresh and the thinly sliced pickles were marvelous. Tater Tots are what they are and I love them as long as they are a tad crisp, which these were. The root beer was a perfect finish. All-in-all, this place warrants many more visits. read more

I think my wife and kids are the pickiest eaters and they absolutely had the most enjoyable meal they've had in a while. I highly recommend the Pastrami add some jalapeño and chili to it! And the tater tots are the BEST I've ever had. But the best part of JoJo's are the people. They make you feel valued and take pride in the quality and service. I have been a customer since the Redlands location was opened. I have been happy with the quality of the food. The prices have skyrocketed but I understand that is due to inflation. I placed a to go order yesterday and I was not happy with the quality of the food. I ordered two pastrami dogs and two Chicago dogs ,all beef, at a cost of $43.00. It seems the original beef hot dogs have been replaced by a lesser quality beef hot dog. They did not taste the same and were just not good. Also I had to add pickles to my hot dogs as the pickle provided by JoJo's was sliced so thin ,you could barely taste it. I am not sure I will be back. read more

The entire staff deserve several raises they were informative about the product and the varies was of complementing your dog... oh yes it pays to know the dog...!!!!!
