That was at four weeks. I was told, they were sorry, but they were not ready, but would be ready, soon. Two weeks later I called again and was told, they were done. Why was there no call to let me know they were done? Upon getting the screens home and ready to install, I noticed that the spline had not been replaced. They reused the old, cracked, weathered spline while charging full price for screen replacement. Not to mention, the screen material was not tight all the way around. When I called to ask why the spline wasn't replaced, Scott told me that it was their opinion that the spline could be reused. I pointed out that there were sections of the screen that had no spline. Scott passed it off as no big deal, and they were doing me a favor reusing the old dilapidated spline. We will not be using this Ace again.

As soon as I put it on at home, it literally fell apart and broke. I went back to try to return it, and the whole process was extremely frustrating. First, the staff gave me a hard time and said they needed to ask a manager if returns were allowed once the item leaves the store. Then another girl walks up -- not even a manager -- and asks me to explain the entire story again. After I did, she just said she needed to go get a manager (which I had already been told) and when I asked if she was a manager, she responded with a smart attitude, said "yep," and walked away. Not professional at all. The manager eventually came out and was also not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the staff here just seem rude and not customer-service oriented at all. I love the items they sell, but their jewelry is clearly cheaply made, and the experience with their employees really left a bad taste in my mouth. I honestly will probably drive an hour to the next closest location instead of coming here again. The products are great, but the customer service at this store is absolutely not. Josh and Ashley at the Greeley Lowes came to our rescue by peronally coming to the property - along with a new contractor - evaluated the situation, and resolved it completely. We're very grateful for their helpfulness and attention, and am VERY impressed with the proactive approach they've taken to care for their customer. We highly recommend this Lowes store, and will happily continue to work with them for everything we need for upcoming projects.

Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday from Greeley and it never arrived…read more Called Greeley around 4pm because product was supposed to be delivered in-between 11:30-3:30 and they are supposed to call an hour beforehand. Greeley stated it's still running on time. Called the Greeley store again at 6:38pm store stated it would still be on-time (meaning before 8pm), never arrived. Now it's the following day, called the Greeley store and they sent me to fulfillment which didn't answer the phone. Called the delivery people 303-253-6966 and she put me on hold for 30 minutes, maybe because I called so early. But she only answered the phone from being on hold once the Greeley store transferred me to fulfillment (I was using two phones) thinking that she may come back on the line if the other line rang, which she did. They can't tell me when my order will be delivered and they need 24 hours to figure it out. I told her I could have someone go get it and then she asked if I have a flat bed truck. Actually, yes I do, can I have it picked up, because we really need it today. Well, no we can't go pick it up. So, spent 2k on flooring and another $80 to be delivered and have no idea when it will be delivered. Thumbs up, for having your stuff together (insert rolling eye emoji here). Horrible, frustrating, disappointing and waste of time. I was trying to save us time by not having to drive to Greeley, I think I just wasted the same amount of time having to be on the phone.

I'll admit I was skeptical but I have fallen asleep much faster and my fiancé said, after a week, his muscle pain has been reduced enough that it's noticeable. Check out this hidden gem.
