When I got home afterwards, I tried on my new shoes and to my chagrin, they didn't fit as well as I thought they did in the store. The next day I had to take my sister shoe shopping and brought her to this location. I brought my shoes back with the receipt and there was no hassle whatsoever with the return process. I even found not one but two pair of shoes and got both for right at $100. Not bad at all. This store is spacious, relatively clean and has a wide selection. I'm glad this worked out for me.

That seemed so inconvenient to me because i usually buy a LOT of pairs of shoes when i do go shoe shopping here. But I must say, the staff were more than happy to assist me with my pairs. I can remember Nates name and there was a young lady with a beautiful name that started with an A, that I can't remember. They made my shopping experience five star. At the register, I was a bit of a pain trying to figure out the sale amounts and ALL of the staff, to include the manager on duty were more than patient, helpful and kind. The buy one get one 50% off sale made me able to get six pairs of really nice footwear for what I would normally pay for one pair. It was a lovely experience and not for nothing, some footwear brands actually still make shoes in real quality leather. I'm old school. Pleather is cute and environmentally conscious but it does hold up. At any rate - happy shopping experience indeed and much needed.

The sales people were very honest in opinion when asked and I did not feel that they were trying to push a sale. However, despite me saying ship them to my home address the person taking the order at the store pulled up an old PO Box I used to have at PakMail. For almost two weeks the package was lost inside the PakMail. The manager there is Michael and he signed for it so I know it was there but misplaced. I thought it could have been returned to sender also. So I called the New Balance store to tell them about the mixup. The store tried to make it right by ordering a second package of socks to be shipped from the Mall of GA store. It's going to be delivered to my house. Today I stopped by the PakMail to see if my package was found. It was at the bottom of a bin. I don't know why they couldn't find it last week. I just called the Alpharetta store to tell them the package was found and I wanted to pay for the second package. Mark answered and I tried to explain what happened and that I wanted to pay for the second package of socks. He must have been busy or in a bad mood or he didn't believe me. He curtly said enjoy the free socks. If it was a screw up on their part I shouldn't have to pay. It just doesn't feel right. I'm an honest person. Oh well, I go there at least once a year to buy shoes and socks.

As of today, I still have not received my order or any pickup confirmation email. I purchased these jerseys specifically to support Colombia during the World Cup period, and the order has now been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date. The delay caused me to miss the entire tournament despite ordering well in advance. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. When I contact Adidas customer service, I am told that the order has already been sent to the store. However, when I visit the store, I am told they cannot provide the order and that I must wait for an email stating the order is ready for pickup. Adidas customer service and the store continue to provide conflicting information, leaving me without my merchandise and without any clear explanation for the delay. I am not requesting a refund. I want Adidas to locate my order and provide the Colombia jerseys that I purchased and paid for. I also want Adidas to provide a clear explanation regarding the status and location of my order and why it has been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date.

Perhaps I do not look like the typical customer, what ever that may mean, however; immediately entering this store with the intention of purchasing their park avenue oxfords, I was approached - not greeted, by a stern older man with glasses. In the 15 minutes that I spent in the store, he did not take his eyes off of me for a second. Which made me uncomfortable. When I asked questions to see if he was just eager to help, he answered back short and matter-of-factly with an intense look. I continued browsing to see if he would let me be, but he continued to stare and began tapping on the table as if he were rushing me out. I have worked retail in the past and I can understand employees attempting to prevent theft, especially if shoplifting occurs frequently. This overt aggressiveness was shameful and unfortunate.
